They don’t answer the phones apparently you can only pick up orders from 7am to 9.The store front you cant just walk in to any more to get what you need. Way to go for being available when commercial customers need something last minute.And if its covid that excuse doesn’t really fly. The fastenals in Texas, Utah, Az and Montana figured out how to be open safely.

Overpriced. They have an impact driver priced at $520 that you can get from Home Depot for $380. American Greed is alive and well.
