I absoutely love that store...I also love how they Greet ylu when you walk thru the doors and theres always someone right there to help you at all times and their prices are so awesome if anyone hasnt been in there shopping you have no idea what a amazing store your missing .i urge you to gonim there today and i promise you it wont be the last time you do .and if your like me you say your going in for 1 thing but between the products and prices you leave with many many things Ultra Beauty is my favorite store i love you all....

Well its OK its a little pricey if you ask me. 100.00 dollars for this cologne. And the employees well one inparticular followed me around the store an made me feel uncomfortable. But the products seem great we will see. More to come stay tuned.

I had a really bad customer service experience I went to a return an eyeliner and the person at the front desk was a guy with the green beard was really mad at me when I ask him why I was not able to tweeze my eyeliner that I’ve been buying for many years he scream at me he said I can use a sharpener he walk away from me very upset came back with a sharpener in front of me and put it in my face saying here we go!!! terrible terrible terrible customer service he could been polite, he could’ve talk to me in a different tone he could’ve explained to me that the product have change and not be so aggressive the way he talk to me terrible customer service I don’t recommend going there anymore

They had everything my gf needed it for her makeup

My daughter came in with so many huge knots in her hair and was really embarrassed. Her stylist, Tre took over 3 hours to detangle, cut and style her hair. He explained everything before he did it and took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable with her new look. My daughter and I absolutely love her new haircut and cannot say enough wonderful things about Tre. He is an absolute miracle worker.

I have a condition across my brow & a the hairline. Dr. prescribed a steroid cream, very pricey - even with a Rx card - used it for years, it didnt really work.On the lower part of my face I was using a very expensive product to treat splotchiness & uneven skin tone, etc. (usual aging stuff :)) It worked, but was, as I said, really expensive. I asked if there werent any other products that I could try & not break the bank, & they recommended Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum. It was about 1/2 the price so I decided to give it a try. I am so ever glad I did! Not only does it work great on the splothiness on the cheeks & such, but one day I was out of my prescription cream, so gave the serum a try on the brow & at the hairline & it cleared that up too!So I cant say thank you enough!

Typical medium sized Ulta. Well stocked, clean, brightly lit. Two staff members walked behind me, neither greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Unable to find skin care products I need. If you know where your items are located or are willing to hunt on your own, this is your place.

I barely ever wear makeup but have some events coming up where I need to wear makeup. The woman helped me get everything I needed and I was able to keep under budget. This is a great place to go if you need help!

My wife loves this store, it basically has everything. They even carry a wide range of mens products as well which is nice and the prices are pretty good. This location is very clean and the staff is always helpful when I go in and need help finding gifts. I recommend checking out this store and seeing all it has to offer.

GREAT sales staff, helpful, informative, yet not pushy at all. So refreshing! The prices were fairly reasonable as well. Great selection, a definite stop for those girls and guys that enjoy looking and feeling their best. Wide selection of products.

Store is very clean and kept up with. I have shopped here a few times before and the staff is always kind. I also had lashes put on here for prom and it was definitely a good experience. Lash put ons are only $10. You just buy the lashes and they include the trimming, glue, mascara and application!

At Ulta I find all my beauty products. I always come out with a smile. The cashier even helped me with a lipstick I was looking for! Got it...💄💋😄👍!

The minute I walked into this store I was greeted with smiles. I was looking for a vegan line as I needed eyeliner and possibly mascara. The staff was so diverse it was like there was someone to talk to about any make up style you needed! In the past at other places Ive had really bad experiences shopping for make up. Not only did they point me in the right direction but the brand was amazing and Ill be back to shop this week. Its hard to find such great customer service. Thank you ladies! See you soon!

Schenectady location is not as good as the colonies.

The staff is always super friendly, and helpful! I also have to say, its always clean and organized, cant say that for a lot of places anymore.

Last Sunday I had scheduled a hair appointment for a $10 deep condition. Staff was friendly, and put in the appointment. Tuesday I was busy and unable to answer 2 of their calls, so I returned the call Tuesday night. They wanted to confirm the appointment and said I was all set. Saturday afternoon, the day of my appointment, they call me telling me they’ve been trying to reach me but I haven’t been answering (I had no calls from them since the Tuesday), and told me I can only get the deep condition with another hair procedure which ultimately ends up being around $50. I cancelled the appointment, and they did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. I was looking forward to it all week, and made time in my schedule to go out of my way to get it done, so I am very disappointed.

Ive only been here a couple times. But I always walk out with exactly what Im looking for. And its always at a great deal! Reason for not giving 5 stars: staff wasnt very helpful and kinda snobby. I will absolutely go again though!

Super overwhelming. I’m not sure if it’s the company that creates this environment or not but I walked in an immediately had two sales reps asking if I wanted to see/try/use/buy all sorts of different products. I turned them down like three times as I was just there for a specific face wash but I couldn’t get out fast enough.

I usually like this store and especially Ulta’s own brand of cosmetics. However I am very disappointed that Brittany is no longer working there. She is an excellent aestethician and I enjoyed my experience at the brow bar with her very much. Other times I had done it were not nearly as good as Brittany.

I went in there tonight and there was 2 employees who were rude, and treated me like i didnt belong in the store. I asked several questions and they werent much help, and seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Going forward, i will be driving an extra 15 minutes to a different Ulta store.. where ill be treated like a decent human

The store is greatly stocked, and on top of their deals, but the people who work there are a little snobby and not to knowledgeable about what they carry. This is based on multiple visits. I never really feel welcomed at this particular store. I’ve been to the one in Wilton and felt like I belonged there.

Good place to shop but I will like them to put price labels on ALL OF THEIR GOODS including CLEARANCES so you don’t have to go all the way to the cashier to find out the prices.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. My rating is due to the unprofessional person who works the Benefitt counter doing eyebrows. I arrived 30 minutes early with my daughter and Mercedes was on break. The other technician must have left and it looks like the business is going with, it as I was the first to register for a treatment that day . I asked if i could sign the permission document for my daughter so that I could leave and pick up my son. A gentleman asked Mercedes who was on break. She said no because she had to be present for the signing. I thought this was odd because I had done this before. While he was in the back another associate asked if she could help me and proceeded to let me sign. When he returned, I learned she wanted to be present to witness my signature. So I stayed around and waited. At 5:03 she appeared and started setting up. I said I have a 5:00 appointment. Clearly annoyed she said, I have to set up. The associate who let me sign said, I already let her sign. She turned to the associate and chastised her for letting me sign and said that I was supposed to sign in front of her. I interrupted and said that is why I waited around so that i could sign in front of you. She snottily replied, well you didnt have to do that since you already signed and rolled her eyes. I could not believe it. I said well thanks for wasting my time and told her that I was not going to put up with her attitude nor let her touch my daughter. If the point was that she needed to witness my signature and i stayed so that she could do that her rolling her eyes and telling me i would not have to sign again makes no sense. I have always been a loyal ULTA customer and amassed many loyalty points. I have only had excellent service from the prior esteticians and always tipped them well. This woman showed horrible customer service and clearly did not want to be there. She has a horrific attitude. I will now be using another company for my cosmetic needs.
