Never had a bad experience. Use the drive thru frequently. Its understandable that the wait can be long...but thats because customers doing more than picking up ready prescriptions use the drive thru when they should just go into the store and talk. Personal are always polite and friendly. Never been gruff or rushed.

Awful, unprofessional, incompetent pharmacy staff. Its almost laughable how bad they are.

The store personnel are friendly and helpful. The technicians that work behind the pharmacy counter, who think they are pharmacists are snotty, and arrogant. They also lack the attention to detail needed to be behind that counter.when they have made an error and call back to the store to inform them, they are abrupt and rude!!. Like I am the reason they filled the wrong script or billed the wrong insurance co. The upper echelon of CVS should start to hold the pharmacist responsible for the conduct of these individuals. They supervise them directly and I am certain they overhear their conversations...

Used to be great, unfortunately the weekend pharmacy staff is atrocious. Had one young lady, actually tell me to go get a calendar and count out 30 days. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. Will definitely be letting the patient base at my employers office know this is not the best choice in pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Love this pharmacy! Everyone knows who I am and always greet me. They know my families medications and genuinely care.

Been going to the Carmen Road CVS for years, never had an unpleasant experience. Entire staff are helpful and always pleasant.

Very Expensive,Walgreens is better.
