Absolutely loved this place. Very clean and welcoming, with reasonable prices and a great variety of options. The employees were wonderful. So sweet and friendly. And the coffee and smoothies were excellent. Highly recommended. Wish we lived closer, because wed be there all the time.

I love the Stainless S. Tumblers. Tumblers have a good feel on grip and the wt. is perfect. I ordered 4 Tumblers for my friend and her family. She expressed to me her family loves the Tumblers. I could tell she was smiling as she expressed their like on Tumblers. I felt as though I made a good purchase for their family.

We stopped in this cafe after reading great reviews and really loved this place. Staff is very friendly and view is beautiful even though it is in a mall. Loved small pool with statue of liberty and garden. This is a great place to stop by and grab a bite to eat or have a cup of coffee.

I am so glad I found this place. I ordered on grubhub and I am over the moon to be able to get a nice smoothie and a good sandwhich . 10/10 will order again. Also the lady who worked there was very nice in offering substitutions.

Placed an online order 9/9/2021 for pick up. Everything went through, once I arrive at the store its closed with no indication online. Come 9/10/2021 my credit card shows that I was charged for the online order I did and never received. I go to the mall again on 9/13/2021 to try to get my money back and theyre still closed.

Excellent croissant, cookies, and brownies at Chipmunks coffee and tea. in a dying mall though so, there is no line to wait in for your coffee and pastries. the workers there are very friendly and appreciative. seating is comfortable and clean. contemporary decor and not loud. good variety of pastries. they had just finished making a batch of brownies on site that i quickly bought. i think they make everything onsite given all the amazing smells. I cant say enough wonderful things about the experience we had at Chipmunk Coffee and Tea yesterday. We brought our son to the mall on his second birthday to visit the aquarium and we stumbled upon this shop while walking around. As we were ordering our son a smoothie, we were casually chatting with the owners and it came up in conversation that our son had just turned two that day. What happened next touched my heart and completely made my sons day - the owner and his wife and son came out from behind the counter with two cakes on a beautiful wooden platter and presented them to my son while they sang happy birthday. It was so very sweet. My son beamed from ear to ear; he was so proud to blow out the candles and he promptly scarfed down the delicious cakes. Kindness and attention to detail are what set the great businesses apart from the rest. This place is one of a kind! All of our thanks to the owners for their kindness on such a special day!

Chipmunk coffee is the best! Got a Dunkin coffee this morning and was not very good, went over to my favorite people at chipmunk and got an amazing cup of their cappuccino! Their food and fresh bakery treats are mouth watering. Definitely recommend Chipmunk Coffee and Tea to anyone looking for a cozy cup of greatness!!

Excellent place. Owners are friendly and the workers are very pleasant. Good ambiance with a modern selection of music. Menu has many options ranging from omlettes to breakfast sandwiches to milkshakes. The coffee is good and the baked goods are made fresh every day. Highly recommend!

Chipmunk is a bright spot in an otherwise uninspiring mall. Chipmunk is operated by Mufasa, one of the most customer service centric people Ive ever met. The man is generally concerned if you are unhappy with your order and works to immediately fix it if you are. That said, I personally have never been disappointed with my orders. When it comes to food options, From breakfast sandwiches, to pastry, to lunch wraps, chipmunk has something for every taste. Chipmunk also has an incredible drink selection, highlighted by the Turkish Coffee. If youve never had one its delicious, and the presentation is wonderful.Overall I cant recommend Checking in enough. Its worth a stop.

Chipmunk is my absolute favorite coffee shop in the Schenectady/Rotterdam area. The prices are fair, the coffee and food is of amazing quality. I would reccomend this place to any regular coffee drinker or someone looking to grab a quick bite to eat.

Hot applecider for fall, hot chocolate all year long, healthy sized muffins and great all around food. They even have ice cream! great hidden gem in Rotterdam Mall.

We stop here and get coffee before we see a movie everytime. The selections are endless. The same girl works the weekends, she is nice, friendly, efficient!! A pleasure to give business to this store !!

I have so much love for this place. I stop in frequently, usually on lunch breaks. My favorites are the chicken caesar salad, the chicken pesto sandwich, the salep, and the fresh bagels! There are so many options to choose from, youll be tempted to buy one of everything. Everything is reasonably priced and delicious. Im so happy that I discovered this place. Bahar and Mustafa are seriously the sweetest people, they definitely work hard to make this place awesome! ❤️

Im not a coffee person, and I havent tried them yet. I didnt​ know that they had tea available. I think they have sandwiches​ there, but Im​ not sure. And they do have ice cream...Yum!
