Store had everything I needed and the staff was very friendly and helpful thanks Aimee and Dylan for your help, will be back soon to shop again.

The female manager has been rude and inappropriate to me on several occasions. The final straw was when she shared my purchases and receipt with a fellow co-worker. I knew he was telling the truth because he knew what my balance was and the items I bought, and he was not present when I checked out! She is extremely unprofessional and I will never return to that store. My trust was violated. How do I know what else shes shared with customers and co-workers!? Not only that, she shared my balance with a friend! What kind of employee shares your confidential information with everyone? It seems like I was the talk of the store because of my purchases and I think something needs to be done about employees sharing customers personal information. But, I will not go back there ever again.

Every time I go there I find what I need the employees are nice Ive gotten to know them very well but the place could use a little spiffing up

Been a place where i shop for years now. But prices started to go up all the time. Making it less of a dollar store. And hard to find anything for a dollar. Recently some prices have been chopped down to a dollar. Which almost made me exit the store. I thought u was at a different store. But lady said yes its a dollar. 😂 i was shocked😳. Hopefully. It will continue. But they have allot of items to choose from .

Enjoyed shopping at Family Dollar. They had a variety of merchandise and the cashier was friendly. The wife and I got some good deals, plus I was surprised they still carried discounted CDs for $3 to $6. On another note, the place is somewhat cramped with merchandise, but it wasnt that big of a problem. Weve noticed that some items had security tags to prevent stealing. The area is apparently not in the safest part of town.

I had came into the store to purchase a pair of headphones that I had torn. My previous headphones I also got from this location and I loved them, lasted me about a good 7 months. After I left the store I noticed the right ear piece wasnt working, I came back and they easily replaced my broken one with a new pair. Great service and very friendly!!

Hire casher. Too much waiting line there. Always.

It’s Saturday morning and it’s 9:10am and their still not open.. wow how convenient manage your hours properly on google so a whole bunch of people don’t have to be waiting for you guys to open.. it’s so unprofessional..

Not too busy today 31st New Years Eve

One manager and regular associate were present and only one register was open (even though the two they have are both fully functional), with a line of 10+ with not many items wrapped around the store. (This is a regular occurrence) The manager was busy chatting it up with a girl, while customers were complaining. The floors were also very filthy and the new shipments are just left in the middle of store. And Im a very non complacent person, so this review should tell you something. This store either needs to get its act together or get a whole new staff. Ive worked retail and this is pathetic.

WARNING!!! Please do not spend any money at this location! While shopping with my elderly grandmother, my nine year old baby brother was racially profiled by the manager simply because he put his hand on his pocket to check to see if his phone was ringing. I am angered and outraged that this is still an issue in 2019. If, she felt that her accusations were valid, then she could have made the decision to check the cameras, talk to the grownup accompanying him or call the police. I am absolutely apaulled by such a display of prejudice! I urge any of you that are reading this to not spend your hard earned money at this store. My brother should never have to endure discrimination simply because he happens to be a young African American male who simply happened to touch his pocket.

There was a cockroach crawling under the candy aisle and when i went to get a drink there were cockroach eggs near the drinks there was also a little mouse in the toy aisle if i were you id just go to another family dollar all the other ones i have been to there have been not roaches or rats these people are disgusting.And they should all be fired.Also they need to shut down and they need to do it now.Also when i went to buy some sourpatch kids for my siblings the packs were already open these people dont care about us they care about theyre money.

The cashier was very nice. But they have a sign 50 percent off red tags but when you get to the register they are not 50 percent off only certain ones this is not right.

I shop here all the time. I have fun with the coupon app finding the deals!

This family dollar Ive been coming for years and it was getting pretty bad, a mess, unorganized.....Since u have Amy as your store manager and the crew she has the store is Amazing and she does a really great job....Please keep her as Manager of this store....A happy customer from the neighborhood......

Always a long line and there are two registers.needs to be a little cleaner with some training on general knowledge of products.

Family dollar needs to hire cashiers that speak english asked the cashier a question she looked at me as if I had two heads and when she answered me could not understand a word she said seriously they should at least learn to speak english they must work cheap.

This store is a hot mess. Aisles are too small. Sometimes i come in and freight is blocking the shelves.The manager there seems unhappy there. Overall this store is bad!!!
