I use to go there regularly.Yes, i agree with other folks the dark hair woman lacks custom service skills. Do not purchase electronic anything. They will not replace it and def cant get your money back! I wont ever go back right around the corner.

Well....I typically try to find the good in every experience.When I tell you to believe the reviews regarding the wretched woman who works here.... My first and last purchase here. I walked in for the first time excited to try Kratom never been here before and was greeted by her snotty attitude. I must have been interrupting her phone call. Ive ran businesses locally for almost 20yrs and the manger in me wanted to explain customer service to her.In short... believe the hype. The dark haired woman who works here is vile

I had a less-than-great experience at this store.I came in fully intending to spend a few dollars but upon dealing with the sales person I decided to leave and spend my money down the street.The utter lack of knowledge of products IN HER OWN STORE was astounding.I asked for a few products, ones I KNOW they carry because a friend buys the same products I need at the EXACT SAME STORE, and the clerk literally shrugged her shoulders...I dont know was uttered a few more times and it was very clear to me that this person couldnt care less if I spent money there or not...ID BE FUMED IF THIS WERE MY STORE!!!Personally I dont expect a clerk to fall over themselves to care for me, but if Im spending my hard earned cash I want them to seem like they are at least trying...Id never go in the store again...theres WAY too much competition to treat your customers like that!

The store looked open, had all the lights on and the open sign was on, however the store was closed, myself and two other customers were fooled. If your store is closed on a regular business day then please shut your lights off. I did not know you Guys were closed at 10:45am on a Thursday.

Need vape equipment? Come here. Awesome staff, good selection, they have a bunch of obscure (even luxury) cigarettes should you be a stickler. Yup.

Says they are open now at 8:40am on a Thursday morning, yet the door is locked and there has been a Be back in 5 minutes sign on the door for the past 20 minutes. Good to know they can waste your time like its not important.

Horrible, sleazy business practice/guy. Went in to buy a vape pen. Was given two choices one with no button, one without chose the one with a button because of the army print, and happened to be the last one. Someone had opened the vape pen package and replaced it with a non matching one. i wondered why the store clerk who sold it to me left so fast? explains. Manager wants me to buy another, sure not from you guys lol

Good place to get juice. It is a little pricy but still a good place they got a good selection but they do seem to be out of stock of a free items sometimes.

I when mixed reviews about this place ..there’s a young guy there and when he’s there I have zero issues he’s polite and helpful and pleasant BUT other times there’s a woman maybe in her 30s short with dark hair and always wears a hat and she’s very rude, not that helpful and very snarky and judgmental and Talks to me like I’m an idiot

Wonderful place to purchase your tobacco products if you still smoke but the real draw is the availability of vaping products. Wide variety of Vapes available ranging from $30 to$100. Vape coil available and vaping oil available in a wide variety of flavors and prices. Cant beat it anywhere in the Capital District. There are many stores in almost every city in the Capital District with a wonderful selection. The staff is always helpful and available to assist customers. They are friendly and knowledgeable and a joy to be served by. There is even one employee that looks an awful lot like Alanis Morissette! True story! See if you can figure out which one she is. LOL truly and enjoyable place to shop.

They do not have enough juice for e-cigarettes. I spoke with the manager anout always being low on choices and she said it’s the warehouse that doesn’t have enough to order. Blows my mind on how much money they lose out on because of their inventory is not properly stocked
