I went and got boots tonight and the lady that helped me was a saint. They were out of a lot of my size but she was very helpful and patient. Love army navy

The store manager was a great help. Two other employees couldnt find the shoe I needed (not their fault, the display was mislabeled), but she went back and found it immediately. She even gave me 10% off because I was paying out of pocket instead of using my uniform allotment card (which I lost). Very friendly and accommodating.

The employees were very kind. This is directed at management. I drove 35 minutes yesterday out there to get 2 CO2 tanks filled so we can play paintball. I was informed when I got there that out of the 3 employees who were there, none of them could refill my CO2 tank. That machine is quite simple to operate, but that’s not the point. With gas prices being as high as they are I wasted a ton of money to drive out there for nothing. The employees informed me that they were relatively new, that’s okay. It’s the managements fault that they were not properly trained. I am not the kind of entitled person who leaves negative reviews to be a jerk, however this is rediculous.

Walked around the store for 10 minutes, including the time I stood at the display counter, and at no point did any employee acknowledge my presence. Not even a Hello.

The young woman working there was very helpful very professional she had alot of patience with the new employee behind the register she knew exactly what to do and walked the new employee through the transition from start to finish I was very impressed I really hope she gets a raise and a CHRISTMAS BONUS BECAUSE SHE DESERVES IT

Very rude employee - we had a return right after Christmas for a badge/ID holder that did not fit our daughters police credentials. Somewhere in the confusion before Christmas I misplaced the receipt. I had the charge card statement showing the charge and the new item. The employee just looked at us and said no receipt no refund. Everything we tried was met with a gruff NO. Finally another employee came over and said they could offer a store credit or exchange on a different product. Perfect. Thats all we wanted. The first guy did the credit for us, very grudgingly. When we said we would spend the credit but not return after that we got a rude ok. Truly we will not go back there once we get the value back from the credit. I see others have said the cashiers are not the friendliest. Totally agree. No need to treat people like that.

Went in for boots. This is the second time I came here for boots. They have a large selection of quality work boots, and a knowledgeable salesperson right there to assist. A couple of the shoes I liked, they were out of stock in my size, which was slightly annoying, but understandable.

It was a year ago now I bought a pair of insulated safety toe boots here. Best boots I have ever owned..good customer service here.

Terrible experience. Went into store looking to purchase some camo and paintball equipment, but was turned off by the fact that one of the associates asked what I was looking so I told him. The associate continued to ignore what I said and I stood up at the front of the store waiting for 6 minutes and nobody came to help. Place must have some special old Associates ig. I was looking at spending $300 plus at your pathetic store. Good day

Further from Albany but worth the trip. Huge selection of hiking and work boots. Only place I know nearby that takes that seriously. I went with a pair of desert trooper boots because they were cheap and well made. You should come prepared to take your time.

A good place to shop for things you cant find at a regular store. They are mostly outdoor fashions they offer a wide variety of products especially boots, hiking shoes and in wide sizes. A little pricey but they usually have what you want it can get it quickly.

Large selection of items and a very helpful staff, They help you find what you want then leave you, they are available but not underfoot. Prices are reasonable.

Spent an hour there to be told every boot I requested, they did not have my size. Should have said from the beginning we don’t Carry a size 7 in any women’s boot we have displayed.

What a fun store to shop if you are an outdoorsman. I needed to pick up a few MREs and carabiners and I knew they had them. Walmart would have been cheaper but I wanted to look at their other stuff.

This store is pretty far out of the way, but I needed some camo for paintball and wanted to check it out. I got there at about 5:50, because you know, I work. Upon entering the people at the register said they were closing in a few minutes. I knew what I wanted, so I went to check out camo shirts and pants. After about five minutes they just shut the lights off on my friend and I, without saying anything. The least they could have done was just either say sorry were closed when I arrived, or politely asked to move to the register because the store was closing. Or, if they took customer service at all seriously, one of the three people working there could have stayed an extra five minutes for me to pick out a shirt and pay for it. I went into that place intending to spend between 20 to 40 dollars but due to their rudeness and impatience I spent zero. Afterwards I went to the Salvation Army which was 2 minutes down the road and bought a camo shirt, pants and a plain pair of green military wool pants for what the Army Navy was charging for an equivalent shirt. The Salvation Army staff was also much friendlier and their proceeds go towards helping the public, rather than enriching people who dont give a darn about their customers. Shop at this army navy only if you absolutely cannot find what you are looking for anywhere else.

I went in looking for some ammo cans, the prices were about right but they didnt have a large variety. I was looking for an 81mm but they only carry the 30 and 50 cal cans.
