Very professional good quality work

PROPERTY LOSS PERTAINING TO MISSING POSSESSIONS WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN CARMAN BODY WORKS CAREI would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Please do not patronize them. My vehicle was in their possession after a car accident for about 2 weeks. Multiple discussions were had with Frank (owner) and Cameron (receptionist) in regard to my coming to retrieve my belongings still in the car. I was assured on multiple occasions that my belongings would be removed from the vehicle and held elsewhere until I was able to collect them. When my belongings were scheduled to be collected, the only item that Carman Body Works was able to produce were my old license plates. The reasoning they gave was the trunk could not be opened. This is in fact an untrue statement. I was able to open my trunk just after my car accident to retrieve other personal belongings. Therefore, the reasoning that the trunk would not open is not valid. Even so, as the car was deemed a total loss, no attempt was made by Carman Body Works to contact me or my insurance company prior to the car being removed from the premise. I have contacted my insurance company letting them know not to work with this repair shop and I hope I can spare others the misfortune of dealing with Carman Body Works as well.

Someone cracked my bumper while I was parked in the street. Everything about dealing with Carmen Body Works was fast and easy. Job was done before the estimated time; they dealt with the other drivers insurance, I really didnt have to do anything; and the car was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. If I ever have to have body work done again Id go back.

They were polite and professional and gave me a good quote to begin. But the problems started when the car rental company (enterprise) showed up a half hour early. I told them 9:30am, and I got there at 9:20. I was welcomed by attitude and the snotty comment that, they got sick of waiting for me. They kept my car longer than planned complaining they had issues matching the color. I had a university alumni license plate. They snapped it in half instead of simply removing it. Now its not even 2 months later and the bumper is starting to fall off. Worst body shop ever.

I took my car in for a rear-end Collision when I picked it up I told them that it wasnt driving right they told me that it was damage that happened before the Collision it was driving perfectly fine when I drove to Carmans Auto they didnt even check it to see what I was talking about. I drove it home and the next day when I tried to drive it again the drive shaft fell off.

Fantastic service, pleasant people and atmosphere. They did an amazing job . Highly recommend if you need body work this is the place to go

We are a previous customer of Elmos and now new to Carmen Body works the work is superior we were told three days it was done when they said and most important the paint matches perfectly! I would give them 10 stars if I could thanks for our new body shop will spread the word!

After a nasty rear end collision on the drivers side, Carmen Body Works did a terrific job fixing it. They also made sure that any dings and dents in the surrounding area were fixed. Great job!

I highly recommend this place. I brought in my 2001 nissan sentra after a front end collision and my dad who had been bringing his cars there over the years told me to go to Carmans. Im really glad I did, they did such a fantastic job the car looks almost brand new! They even vacumed the front interior of the car and buffed out one of my headlights. They are super friendly and professional.
