I had minor damage done to my car and my insurance provider set up the appointment with Caliber. From drop off to pick up, the process was seamless. I was kept informed of the progress. The turn around was quick and the work done was excellent.

A deer took out the right front of my 2010 Mazda MX5. Caliber replaced the bumper, right fender, grill, entire right headlight assembly and some under body pieces. They did a fabulous paint job. The car looks like it came off a showroom floor. I have recommended Caliber to several people who commented on my car.

They returned my car after 9 days with my lights put in wrong, and a a piece to the hood door was not placed properly, seemed to me like they were just rushing the job, Andrew wasn’t pleasant to talk to when I told him my concerns on the job they had done, they had a rental ready for me then stated that I didn’t need one that they could fix the mistake within 20 mins so after 15 mins they come out and say they have to keep my car again to fix the job so that I would need a rental. Then they fought back and forth with my insurance to see who was gonna pay another 3 days for the rental about 1 hour by the time they figured it out enterprise didn’t have a rental for me anymore and enterprise had to drive all the way to another facility for a vehicle. It was a nightmare I won’t ever get any work there again. Tried to reach out to someone higher about the situation and I’m still waiting on a call back🤣🤣🤣

They are the best Collision Experts and professionals I have ever had to deal with. I would always recommend Caliber Collision to anybody.

This is how they leave their work. We paid out of pocket for this and their technicians cant even hang a bumper properly. Oh and they got white paint (cars color) all over the windshield AND the passenger window. If youre painting a bumper 1 you should take it off to paint it and 2) how do you even get paint that far away from the surface your painting unless you didnt cover the rest of the car properly. And it isnt dirt either thats on inside or outside of window. I brought it through car wash multiple times and still didnt come off. They said they would clean car and detail it. They never did. Avoid this place like the plague. Go elsewhere. Heck the dealership would have been better for these repairs. Oh and the manager fixed the bumper but refused to fix over spray on windows

They really made the process simple and easy! We had a next day appointment after our accident and upon arrival a rental car was available for us onsite. Andrew kept us updated every step of the way and Clay and Biggie repaired our vehicle and had us back on the road a few days earlier than initially expected. Our vehicle was returned to us washed and detailed both inside and out which was a really nice touch. Thank you for making this a painless experience and for taking care of our van.

I just got my car back on Monday August 15, 2021. While repairing the rear damage, I was told the painting process damaged my front windshield. The caliber employee I was dealing with told me that they were looking for the same windshield for another customer and it could take three weeks to come in. She urged me to pick up the car and when the windshield comes in they will replace it. I felt like I had no options. I mentioned I thought it was illegal to drive with a cracked windshield. Spoke to a friend who is a police officer. He said don’t drive with a cracked windshield, ask for a rental until they repair it. I insisted on that and was told they would do that.I returned my first rental car that Geico had paid for as it was not large enough to use for our vacation. Caliber was supposed to pick up the contract at that time when I got a second rental car. Despite multiple phone calls from me Enterprise never got a purchase order. I got a call from them ( while on vacation) asking me about returning the car. I called Caliber yet again and was promised the “girls” would take care of that. Finally when I was asked to drop the rental at Caliber and they could not give me a zero bill or something saying there was no damage I said I am taking the car to Enterprise myself. This location does not have an Enterprise location on site despite your advertising that they do. When I got there, there was still NO PURCHASE Order from Caliber. At that point they called Caliber and were given a purchase order.Today is two days since I picked up the car. The molding on the bumper they replaced is pulling away from the car. I now need to go back and get that repaired. This morning I went to a different Caliber location and they had to take off the rear bumper and add screws and brackets. I now have doubts about whether this repair was done correctly regarding the parts that I cannot see. I was given no guidance about when I can get the car washed when I picked up the car. When I called the Colonie NY store they said no car washes with bristles for 90 days.Looking online for a corporate customer service contact I could find ZERO. I called their corporate office. I have been on hold at this point for 32 minutes.I have used Caliber before and recommended the Colonie NY store before. They were wonderful to work with. My nephew used that shop based solely on my recommendation.My issues were with the SCHENECTADY NY location.I hope that someone from Caliber will see this and respond ASAP.

This has to be the smoothest experience I’ve had with getting my car repaired. The employees at Caliber remained completely professional throughout the whole transaction. They kept in contact with my car insurance company and this really put me at ease, I didn’t have to worry about anything! They updated me daily via text message about the repairs on my car and they respond promptly. Everything that was done on my car was explained in full detail. My repairs were finished earlier than expected and I even received a complimentary interior and exterior clean... yes they washed the inside and outside of my car! he repairs were great, my car looked like new. I have had a chance to drive my car for about a week and a half now since the repairs and I have had no issues after driving a long trip of about 170 miles. The parts were painted and match the color of my car. Overall very satisfied with the repair. Andrew repaired my car and he was very happy to service me. Not only was he pleasant, but professional and respectful. I highly recommend trusting Caliber Collision with ANY of your car repairs.

I got into a car accident from slipping on black ice and Caliber Collision fixed my Jeep within a week. I had a lot of suspension damage and they were able to fix everything 100%. Very great service, would definitely recommend to anyone.

My fiance and I always take our car here if we ever have a problem. We have been hit twice in the past year and they are always quick and easy to get an estimate. As well as fixing the car in a reasonable time. Our car is always spotless when we get it back and that is awesome when you have two kids. They also bring you to get your rental so no stress there! My car was stolen and I had some rear end damage. Took it to Caliber and they did a fabulous job you would never know anything was wrong. There was a part that they needed that was promised and they kept me informed when it would be in when it arrived they installed it and my car was done. I would recommend them to anyone. I had to replace my axles today at Mavis. When they took off the tire they realize that the roeder was replaced with a used factory piece. They stole my original piece out my vehicle that I just had installed 2 months ago. They also put stuff on the estimate that they did and they did not do it. So now I will be suing them in court. For the damages done to my vehicle by caliber collision, And for theft for taking stuff out of my vehicle that had absolutely nothing to do with the accident. Do not TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY LIE, STEAL and they CHEAT!!! They are not to be trusted. They will be hearing from my attorney!!!!

Yes I had a minor car accident a week ago dropped my car off at caliber collision. Spoke to I believe his name was Andy, was very professional gave me an estimate and I start and finish time to have my vehicle completed. It was done on time and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to any of my family or friends.

First off I have never had to go to caliber collision.I had the miss fortune of someone back in December of backing into my 2016 optima.My insurance company had them listed as a preferred company.They CC were so impressive it wasnt even funny.I contacted them and we scheduled a appointment within a few days, I gave them my claim number and CC had all the info in mins.During the call CC asked if I needed a loaner and I said yes and while I was on the phone and it was the rental / loaner company. I couldnt believe how quick it happened.So with in a 3 min call between 2 companies the appointment and rental was done and scheduled.Now on to the actual repair.Thankfully enough my damage wasnt that much.I dropped the car off at like 830am and by the end of the day they had disassembled the bumper grill, head lights etc fixed the damage and painted and baked the paint and detailed the whole car outside but inside as well. I dropped off the rental and picked up my car all before 6pm the same day.I spent half my life as mechanic very few and I do mean very few repairs shops can impress me but wow.Great staff, body shop techs, management, car detailers etc.I most definitely would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.From start of the job to the end they are very impressive.Keep the job up.

We went in for two major issues. We told them repeatedly what the issues were, yet they did not fix one of the major issues. After they take your money, they just ignore you.The front desk woman was rude and very unprofessional. Avoid this place like a plague.

Caliber collisions is a horrible company. I crashed my car on October 31st. My car has been at their shop since November 1st. I haven’t received one call about my vehicle. Any information I know has been found out by my call. My car was not even looked at until 7 days later where I had to have my insurance company check into why my car wasnt even appraised as far as the extent of damages goes. The status of my vehicle was supposed to be finished the 20th or the 21st. I call this morning, November 21st and am informed that parts that were ordered were wrong and were sent back and no call received. Luckily, Kyle, last name whoever who answered the phone, says that he will check with the supervisor about possibly getting me into a rental car. 2 hours go by after making this call and being offered a possible rental car and told i would be called back about it, they answer the phone and say yes, we have an enterprise rental car for you, when would you like to pick it up. I say 5. My next question is, would you please let me know the status of my actual vehicle and when it will be all finished, the girl on the phone says, Im not sure, I will call you back in 5 minutes to let you know (to test their customer service) After 4 hours, no call from caliber collisions. If your insurance company gives you an option to send your car to Caliber or a ton of different companies. Choose a different one. Caliber sucks.

They did a good job repairing my car. I left something at the office and when I picked my car up, 3 weeks later, they had it waiting for me at he cashiers desk. That 2as cool because I had forgotten all about it.

Car repair was made but inside rear cargo cover was lost by Caliber. I called multiple times to inquire about missing part of my car (~$100 part) and was always told they are looking into it. I never heard anything back. Last time (4th time) I called they told me the manager would call me back, but that call was never received. I never leave review but the way this was handled was extremely poor customer service. Ignoring a customer until they stop bothering you for losing part of their leased vehicle shouldnt be a norm. Id give zero stars if I could.

My insurance referred me to here, and although the repairs were completed it, when I picked up my car my EZ Pass tag was missing. When I told them about it, they said that they had no idea what could have happened to it and that wasnt there when they took pictures of the vehicle. I know I left it in the car, and since the pictures were taken after I left I have no idea what could have happened in the meantime and didnt like the implication that I wasnt being truthful about leaving the tag there. I was contacted by a manager who did seem apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. Hopefully they update their policy to take photos of the vehicle before the customer has left.

Josh is an amazing manager! I had to get my car worked on before traveling and was in a time crunch. The receptionists were great and answered all my questions (occasionally finding Josh so I could talk to him personally), I got text message updates on my car, and they were able to finish the job days before the expected return! I had dealt with Collision Experts a few years ago for some hail damage and was more than happy with the results. So when my son wound up in a snowbank with my car, and I learned they were on my insurance companys preferred list, I was thrilled. My insurance company handled all the paperwork and told me I could just go any time. So I did. When I got there I was told the car was too dirty to even try to get an estimate and that Id have to make an appointment; so I did. Two weeks later I was there at the appointed time, and while I was waiting for the complimentary loaner, someone else just drove in. And guess what:? They were taken right in. Ok, theyll get to mine later in the day. No, not even close. I got a call at 3 the next afternoon telling me that they had JUST done the estimate and had to wait for parts. This was after learning that I had to put a $50 deposit on the Hertz complimentary loaner. Again, ok, Ill get it back when I turn it in. Sixteen days later the car was done. I went to pick it up and found a scratch on the door panel the replaced and repainted, the clear coat was full of dimples, the inside that was supposed to be detailed was full of mud. It looked like they used the same rag on the inside that they had used on the outside. Now I had to wait ANOTHER week to get another appointment because they were so booked. Im sorry, this was THEIR error, I kind of think it should have been a priority. So I took the loaner back to Hertz, who are VERY nice, by the way, only to find that I couldnt get my deposit back until Collision Experts paid their bill. Not sure exactly what one thing has to do with the other, but thats how it is. A week later I took my car back in and dealt, again, with Jeremia, who is arrogant and nasty. Got another loaner and still didnt have my deposit back. In fact, its been over a month and Im still waiting for that. Guess they are in no hurry to pay their bill. My car still has scratches that should have been taken care of in the first place and werent, but I wouldnt take my bicycle there at this point. After the fact I discovered that the owner had passed away last year, which explains the HUGE difference in service.

Worst experience of my life! 8 months after I dropped it off I pulled it out of the shop and brought it elsewhere! Scratches and faults in the paint, multiple trips to shop after they said it was done and the damaged door still did not open!

They apparently lie about their hours of operation. Google says the Schenectady location is open until 1pm on Saturdays. I needed a form filled out for my insurance. Its 12:30. The place is locked tight and deserted.
