THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED! I went in today, with a cracked screen. I had no appointment. Place was pretty busy. They were so polite, looked for and found a screen for my phone and approximately 1/2 hr later, I walked out with my phone working great! Normally, it takes at least a couple hours to get a phone fixed. I thought because they were so busy, I might have to come back another day. NOPE! Got it fixed, at an amazing price, and EVERYONE was so friendly! Also, go in and check out their merchandise! They have some pretty cool items in this store! Thanks Elvin and the rest of the team! These men know cellphones!And they are honest!My sons phone wouldnt charge. He couldnt even get the charger into the port.Jermaine took it and within 5 minutes he had it fixed.He told me it was lint and he pulled it out and tested the port and it was charging perfectly.He saved us so much money as he couldve told me anything because I had no clue.I appreciate all their hardworking and dedication in helping the community.Rock on guys!

We popped into the store yesterday on Brandywine and Schenectady and we were looking for electric bikes they had a few and pretty reasonable price for what we were looking at they had a few electric cars for the kids they had some phones at speakers or t-shirts a lot of other things they had case that cases for your phone whole box of them so you dont have to go to your Verizon store or your other store I would check them out we did theres no name on it but its across from Brandywine diner have a good day be well the end

They were able to fix my type c connection on my phone. It would only charge if it was in the right angle and only for 10-30 seconds at a time.Saved me from having to get another phone.

Fast service. I had tried to replace the back cover of my phone myself but when I took my phone apart, I noticed the battery was bulging. I took it to Wireless Hope and they were able to replace the battery and even attached my spare back cover.

DONT prepay them for a battery they have to order (and if they dont have to order it new, theyre just taking a used one out of an old phone.) I prepaid and lost my money due to incompetence on their part and when I went to get it installed THEY WERE BEING RAIDED BY THE POLICE and refused to take my phone.

Is rude and everything is overpriced if you want to save your money do not go there
