Very unprofessional atmosphere. Just stopped in out of desperation for a helmet because of a bad first experience. While looking at the helmets I couldn’t help but hear audio from a movie someone was watching behind the counter, audio that wasn’t suitable for a work atmosphere. Then in trying to get a different size I was belittled because I didn’t see the boxes on the floor. After asking for a small or medium the sales guy that finally came out of his office tried pushing a large and xl on me. This is after I already told him I had a helmet of the same brand sitting on my bike. All in all the staff that I’ve felt with on both visits have had very little knowledge on the products I’ve asked about and then have tried pushing another product that doesn’t fit my needs on me after I’ve expressed my concerns. Will not be going back

I spoke to a guy name Ron he was very rude on the phone. I don’t know what his problem was but that’s not how business is conducted. I simply asked him did he have Rentals for Polaris slingshot and he raised his voice at me. I kept my composure and was cordial about it. I would not conduct business with anybody with unprofessional behavior like this because it is suspect It shows that you can’t trust the business if you are not respectful to peoples questions. Looking at all these other comments on here I don’t understand how this is a 4.0 rating. Maybe their employees are manipulating the rating by posting positive reviews?

If I could give no stars I would went inside to purchase my first ATV and right away I was stereotyped its really sad but I would like to say never judge a man but what he looks like I felt very disrespected but I kept my cool but ill be shore to stop by in the future to see about your attitude next time treat others how you want to be treated

Very impressed. Within an hour of when I arrived, I left with an aluminum car hauler including them doing final assembly, fitting up for a hitch, spare tire/wheel, and lots of laughs with father and son. And a busy Friday it was.

Purchased a piece for my helmet in the store. (That I live an hour from) forgot all about it til this season. Called to see if I could come in and grab it. And they tell me they can RE SELL it to me. But since I didnt pick it up theres no record of it🤔 even though he could pull up the sale. No record of the transaction and its not on the shelf waiting for me. Funny. I never got a refund. Told me life happens and I had plenty of time to come back. Sure, but that doesnt mean you get to keep my money and the product.

Requested a quote for a $20,000 RZR... NEVER BOTHERED getting back to me... i wonder if they realize Polaris dealers are dime a dozen.... if they dont want my money i will be happy to spend it somewhere else...Update.... got a great deal at Edelmans polaris. And they got back to me in 1 day

Really 4 1/2 stars..They were good enough to mount tires I had bought online. Work was done right and when promised but forgot to replace my metal stem caps. Not a big deal I had extras. Purchased an oil filter for another bike and price was cheaper or very competitive with anywhere else.

Bought a helmet, gloves, and a jacket from here as a first-time rider, and I received exemplary service and advice throughout the whole process. The salesman made sure my helmet fit correctly, ensured that I had quality gear, and arranged to have gloves and a helmet of the proper size shipped to their store for me. I needed to buy a new remote for my sure Trac dump trailer that I purchased from Griffin Motorsports last year. I called and Ron said he could take the part off of another trailer and then place a restocking order it was no problem. I drove up there to get the remote only to find out they wanted over $240 for it. I dont normally question prices but the seemed odd I looked up the remote online to order from another dealer it will be at my house in 3 to 5 days for $37.99 including free shipping.

Ive taken my bike here quite a few times since moving back to the area in 2014. They dont try to overcharge or oversell services which is appreciated. Recently i had an issue with my bike not starting and they were able to narrow it down to the aftermarket clutch lever i had. The best part was they didnt charge me for the time since it was a quick fix. Great customer service!

We stopped in today. We waited forever to be helped while the owner sat behind a desk and said nothing to anyone while we all waited to be helped. Then he was very unprofessional and did nothing but curse throughout the entire time he was with my husband(which was about 5 minutes) because he obviously didnt want our business. We were told on the phone the trailer was mint and drove an hour o see it with cash in hand to find it was far from mint and he said he wasnt doing anything but go through the lights. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there to purchase a decal let alone to spend thousands on any type of equipment.

Ron worked with me on a low price on the cycle I wanted and his son, Bob, worked with me searching for the somewhat hard to find aftermarket parts and accessories. A long time friend of mine gave this business a $500 deposit for a Slingshot several months ago. They kept delaying him all summer and now at the end of the riding season, he got tired of waiting and went elsewhere. When he tried to get his deposit back, they had the audacity to deny him. I dont know what manner of business is willing to risk its entire reputation over $500, but I for one will take my business elsewhere.

It blows my mind a business would turn away a sale. I E-mailed them twice inquiring about a specific bike and received no response. When I called, they were rude and acted like they couldnt wait to hang up. Definitely taking my money elsewhere since they obviously dont think mine is green enough.

This place is great. It is family owned with a very knowledgeable staff of all machines, parts and gear. Its a friendly comfortable environment. I cant believe theres a 1 star review on here with a guy complaing he couldnt have his chain tightened for free and was charged $20... lol! are you kidding me!? Bring it somewhere else, some shops get a minimum fee of almost $100! Ive been loyal to griffins for quite some time, not once was I ever disrespected or put in the wrong direction. Even a few of my machines that werent purchased there they do everything they can to help me. Some people are treated a certain way when they act a certain way and then leave good businesss a poor review. Dont let that affect your decision of trying griffins or continuing your business with them. Got a new bike today and very happy with my experience there! Wonderful costumer service, great selection and quality products. The staff is very knowledgable and help you enjoy the process...as a first time rider, I really cant ask for anything else!Also, through all the research I did, I found their prices to be very fair, and was pleasantly surprised at their low prep fee in comparison to what I saw other shops had in the area.

Of there was a way to give a negative rating Id go with -10, just think they will get u if u dont know what you are looking for an the price for the part was only$8,then to charge me for antifreeze when they drained it, they did get my quad running but kept it for a month out in the yard, the thing that gets me Is I just had it there a week before it started to stall they changed all the fluids an then it had a problem, the guy said it was gonna happen even if I hadnt got the oil an other fluid changed, BS I say an to picked it up all rusted up an they said it took 118 hours to figure out what was going wrong with it, I talked to a friend he said they would have had to work on it ever day if their a business an thats one of the things they specialize in,they should have known more to say and charge me for 118 hours for what they did, an found for my quad to still run worst than when I took it just very much disappointed

I called because I was searching for a Camo Northstar edition, with Ride Command. The sales department answered and I stated what I was looking for and they said What? again, I stated what I was looking for. Then they asked if I was a dealer, of which I said no. He yelled in the background to see if they had any, and came back and said they had a blue one, I said thank you but I was looking for Camo, and before I could get that out, he just hung up on me. VERY RUDE and I would never call them again.. VERY unprofessional!

Terrible place. They only want your money . I bought a used bike they got on a trade in. They told me they changed all the fluids and cleaned the carbs. On the way home it shut off three times. And Started shaking when using the front brakes !!! I called when I Finally got home they told me to try to bring it back so they can look at it when I brought it back an hour later he called me and said that there was nothing wrong with that he wrote it for 20 miles so I found the old registration got a hold of the old owner he told me that it needed new bearings for the triple tree they told him that that they would charge him 900... They sold me a bike inspected it knowing that the steering needed bearings I change the oil it was black as hell I left three emails called twice left two messages and nothing has been seven months

As motorcycle enthusiasts, we purchase our bikes for a variety of reasons. One of the more common reasons is the support of the dealer. I can tell you this from first hand experience....sadly, I laid down my Roadliner in an unfortunate accident.....and when I needed assistance, the people of Griffin Motorsport (Ron owner/sales, Mike -service manger) were exceptional to work with. They run a first class operation and I would highly recommend them anytime you need service or to purchase a new Motorcycle.....their support is second to none!...

Dont bring your machines here. The reviews are written by their own employees to pump up the reviews. This place will over charge you for anything possible. I was charged $20 for them to tighten my chain after i asked if they had the time to do it free of charge over the phone. For the 5 minutes it took them to take my money I could have read online how to properly perform this method yet i was unsure Id be over charged for nothing. As i waited they charged another gentlemen $150 for a front dirt bike tire....i bought two quality tires online for my dual sport for $121 total....do the math. I brought them to JAF HONDA ON SARATOGA RD and had them mounted and balanced for $100 total. While griffins charges you $80 a wheel. This place is unprofessional as I waited here I took a phone call and the owner was walking around swearing and yelling who knows why. I will not be back here.

In october i was told They STILL could not get what i wanted so i finally told them to forget it. I was told my crwdit card would be refunded by Bob, then less than a week later when i realize i was never given my credit he tells me They refuse to give my $500 back!!! HE SAID Sorry i ordered you a machine already (which still never arrived). Fraud!!! It was a 2017 slingshot. Not even released yet. He has to order them anyway. Was not special order by any means!!!! Mr. Ron griffin is the must honest man I have ever done busses with. He beat the other dealers hands down. And his son bob junior I very knowledgeable. His wife is also nice she handles the finical department very well she gets the approvals none quick. I have brought many atvs there and my 2 boys have brought snow mobiles and motorcycles there. They are family owned busses. They take pride in there customers and there service is great. And Ron has a sense of humor to he is a funny man .I can not say enough about them. THEY KNOW THER PRODUCT THEY SELL VERRY WELL.

Good experience shopping for a helmet this week. Went there after work, got there at 5:40, and the salesman was very helpful and patient. They stayed there an extra 10 or 15 minutes, said they will beat or match online prices (which is pretty wild since they have to pay for their showroom and salesforce)I walked out of their without one of their many helmets because I wanted to do more research. They had HJC, ICON, BELL, some others brands, and a good selection of SHOEI .When I figure out if I want a dual sport or a modular style helmet Ill be going back to these guys to pick one up or order a specific one.**They were way more helpful than Ronnies, who told me they had dual sport helmets in stock when they in fact did not. I was not impressed when I drove all the way there to find out for myself.

The worst dealership I ever did business with!!!!!! Had my UTV for over a month to do warranty work. I went to pick up and nothing was done!!! They even removed a clip on my door but I was so upset at that point I couldnt even go back in there! Poorly managed dealership!!!

I will say this I did my business with them and for the most part they followed through until recently I had a handlebar change on my motorcycle the mechanic told me a 1 week then the guy at the front tells me no more than two weeks everyone kept giving me the runaround...finally after 3 weeks of my bike sitting there I decided to give a call to see what the status of my bike was and spoke with the operator to the business who was an older woman I told her of what was going on and she not only told me I cant help u she said I need to relax with calling only called 2 times out of the 3 weeks it was there after that phone call I got another later on by her son WHO SCREAMED AT ME on the phone and told me I CAN LEAVE YOUR F****** BIKE AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY AND YOU CAN PICK IT UP and continued to yell at me...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY CARELESS LOST A CUSTOMER AND HAVE TOLD MANY ABOUT THIS PLACE.
