The lady that works Saturday closed the door a minute to 5. Saw me outside and went back to hiding inside the office. This location commonly does that. Zero regard for customers that might have something important to be shipped. Yes I could’ve been there a few minutes earlier but you still shouldn’t close a minute before closing.

This is about a delivery of an item (fish) the other day not the center. It was already delayed one day than estimated. After waiting all day long at home (APT), I got a message that the delivery was attempted but failed. I ran down to our ATP manager. She told me that she did not see any FedEx person. I had to come to the Center after 8 PM and picked up. I am 95% confident that the driver never has attempted. The person did not attempt to knock the entrance door so that our manager could respond. The person did not attempt to touch the APT intercom to communicate with me. Or the person have attempted at a wrong address. There is no way to complain such incident one way or another at FedEx.

Be extremely careful when shipping from this station! I was informed by Samsung someone took a galaxy s21 ultra 5G out of the box on its way back to them to their returns warehouse in Texas. I filed a claim and FedEx claims I mailed an empty box that weighted .5 lbs when sent which makes 0 sense. Bottom line is someone at one of their stations took the phone out of the box and stole it. I will not stop until either my phone is returned. Whichever thief who works at FedEx is not going to walk away with a brand new galaxy s21 ultra while I am stuck paying for it for the next 2 years.

This place currently holds the record as being the most unhelpful location of any business in any industry to date. The amount of conflicting information they seem to provide every single time you talk to them is a feat in of itself, and what really sets them apart (in a bad way) from everybody else is when youre told one thing one day, come in and wait 45 minutes in line and then are told the exact oppostie of what you were told the other day. They always complain they have too little drivers, but even the drivers they have will lie and say you werent home and delay your package another day (which is contradicted by camera footage and being outside all day). My sincere congratulations, they definitely deserve this 1 star award.

I dont like to write negative reviews but unfortunately FedEx deserved it.So there are several problems.There is no way to contact local Ship Center. Impossible to find a phone number.First attempt to deliver my shipment happened Friday. Contacted customer service and they promised to deliver Saturday by 8PM. BTW by 8PM doesnt mean around 8PM it means any time of the day until 8PM.I contacted customer service second time (Saturday) to find out that they dont deliver Saturdays. This time customer service rep was rude and arrogant, so when I asked them to deliver my shipment Monday after 4PM I had a filling it is not going to happen. Of course I found a tag on my door that they were here around noon.Just to end this game I went to the Ship Center and picked up the shipment. I couldnt believe my eyes. The envelope was taped around with SDR tape. SDR means Saturday Delivery.I think FedEx should work harder to satisfy its customers. Dont ignore them. Residential delivery should be scheduled in specific time frame. If FedEx had to outsource its customer service people working there should be trained.Years ago I was dealing with FedEx almost daily, It was nice experience. Since then FedEx is not the same company anymore. So sad.

It was amazing, The lady that helped me last night was very kind and polite and very helpful. I gave her the tracking number and she came back with a package that had a different number but the right name. Instead of getting upset, she asked if I had a other number, while she looked in the computer. Indeed I not only had other number buried in the Email. But she found that I had 2 packages. She really saved my day. I live far away, It would have been horrible to get home and find out that I didnt have everyones new phone.I cant thank her enough. Hopefully management sees this and gives her alittle appreciation. Need more workers like her.Thank you ever so much..

The woman at the counter was polite but considering that I was dealing with a late delivery, I would think that the company would do what they could to get my package since it was on their end but they confirmed that it was there and wouldnt be delivered for another two days because it was too hard to get to. I dont know why fedex is trash these days.

Very poor customer service. We were told our package was there and we could come pick it up. It was an auto part that the mechanic was waiting for. We went there and then they couldnt find it after waiting an hour! We talked to the manager and he apologized and said that it wasnt scanned since 6:30 am. It was 4:00pm. We told them if they found it to call us. They called at 5:30pm that they found it, after we were already home. The mechanic already left, so we couldnt get the part there on time. This was a Friday. The shop didnt open till Monday. Not happy! I thought that they scan every package every time it moves...guess not.

Had ordered a phone to be delivered to my apartment but the delivery person kept leaving without making a delivery cause the intercom in my apartment wasnt working. I tried to leave instructions to message or call me on my phone instead, so that I can come sign for it but they would keep leaving the missed delivery stickers and just leave. Finally got frustrated enough to go personally pick my package from this center and initially the lady at the counter kept saying that even though the package is there she cannot give it to me directly because of some BS sounding reason and that I need to wait for it to be delivered to my home. She kept asking me what was inside the package, which I felt was unnecessary and a little shady. I saw her ask the same thing to another person in front of me and similarly say that she cant give it to him directly even though its there. I felt the situation was a little off so I waited for another employee to come to the counter and then I presented her with my info and she immediately went inside and brought my package for me. So I dont know if the first employee was new and didnt know the rules or she had other intentions for my package. FedEx had also previously misplaced my laptop in the past, wont trust this company in the future for anything important.

Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Ample parking. The staff were able to check my tracking on the phone before I arrived. Opens till 9 pm. And yes, automated doors for when your hands are full carrying your packages.

Terrible delivery service. If the FedEx driver used my doorbell Id have my package right now. Instead, there was only a missed delivery note left on my door. According to the time of the supposed missed attempt, I was a whole 20 feet away in the kitchen. I checked the doorbell and it works every time I pushed it. Im not driving here to pick it up. Use my doorbell tomorrow! UPS and USPS are much better at making deliveries here.

Said package would be there after 5pm called CS to make sure it was true. They said yes get there(an hour of traffic) they said no driver is running late. Driver can’t update system of packages are late when it’s said to be there after 5pm. Lady doesn’t know when they would be back to the facility. Dispatch can’t se d a quick message and ask?

Our company ships tens of thousands of dollars worth of FedEx express every month. For the most part we try to package everything ourselves. Occasionally we have random rouge packages that need a little tape on the box, weve had several instances where FedEx employees flat out refuse to help us out with a little tape.

Great service. Long lines but if you prepare the waybill, then you can drop off with out waiting. Most of the employees are competent and helpful. The are open till 9 pm on weekdays and till 5 pm on Saturday.

I walked into the location and the lady took a couple minutes to even come to the front desk. The entire time she gave me attitude about my package and not being at the location when it was supposed. She interrupted me as I was trying to talk and ask a simple question about why it did not state it needed a signature online as I was tracking it. She clearly did not care and was completely rude.

I am giving this to stars because my wife and I were both home all during the Dame in are extremely loud buzzer which you can hear outside was never rang the package was not delivered I had to drive up from South Elgin all the way to schomberg to retrieve my package when there is a Walgreens drop off and a fedex drop off within a mile of my house it was aggravating to have to spend an hour and a 1/2 of my day driving back-and-forth to get my package. I dont care what they say the delivery person did not ring my bell.

They always get the job done here, but I often have to wait even if there is nobody, or only one person ahead of me. And I’m always ready with my shipment (just prepaid envelope(s) for express or ground shipment) where I’m looking to drop off and get a receipt.

Unfortunately I only bothered to read the reviews AFTER I had TWO unsuccessful deliveries and missed the deadline I had to send my items to their destination because for some reason this store has major issues doing their jobs. I will obviously not be going back to FedEx.

Horrible as ever!! Was supposed to receive an important package on Monday. Took day off so I can receive the package, called them in advance so they could add my phone number in case driver is not able to enter the building (requires code) .No one called and then I got a a message that delivery timing has changed since the business was closed or the responsible party was not at home.Called the helpdesk to get a hold of the driver and I was told the reattempt will be made in 30 minutes. Stood there at the main entrance and no sign on fedex vehicle fro 40 minutes. Called again, this time a different agent picked up and she told me they are trying to reach the driver and there is no GUARANTEE the reattempt will be made. Package will be delivered tomorrow, So I will have to take another day off since the service center is too far from my place.Helpdesk was super annoying and provided false information at first attempt.Second was like I dont care if you took a day off. you either collect it or wait for reattempt which will be done tomorrow.This is the second time this has happened, i stopped using fedex for this reason only but cant control when I am the receiver.

I will never use FedEx again. I have shipped out 3 Ekg Machines on 3 separate times in a one week period. One in which was damaged and the other 2 are lost during transit. These machines were 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide. How could they lose a machine this size. They packed the item as well.

This location employs the rudest people I have ever met. Most are typically distant and unhelpful, but today one went above and beyond to start yelling at me. I thought I was doing them a favor by letting them know I was dropping off Ground (a half hour prior to the cut off time). Thats it, I drop off, everything taped and labeled, ready to go, then I leave. This lady responded that the truck is already here so it probably wont go out today, I reply that its only 3:30. She then goes off on me that shes not going to stop what shes doing to help me, theres people in front of me, etc. I didnt ask for her help, I just wanted my packages on the truck within the next half hour. Save yourself the nightmare and use the Meacham location- those guys are great!

My package was not shipped correctly (wrong address) new address is four blocks down the street. We had FEDEX ground in the store just that morning. The box was on FEDEX express which also has been at our store but could not find our new address today. ....so I had to go and pick it up. I went to the hub ....10 miles away.... twice to find out about it. 1st trip it was still on the truck. 2nd trip it was in the building. It was addressed to my business, I gave them my ID and a business card with the address. My card name for the business was different so they did not to give me the package. I had to show them the logo on my vehicle that matched to get my box of flowers.really !!!! Im a flower shop and it was a box of flowers plainly labeled. Wow FEDEX come on....... It took 2 clerks to figure it out.
