Mac is located inside Macys second floor. Too expensive 😡

Amazing, welcoming and helpful staff. Booked appointments for makeup trial with Seun and she is the best, did an amazing job on myself as well as my mom. She suggested the best products and matched them to our skin tones.

I have never gotten my makeup done by MAC, but I always heard good things. I stopped in the store while strolling around the mall and met Sara while asking about getting my makeup done for the first time. She was so nice and welcomed me in. I feel as though we were friends instantly. My makeup was great and she made me feel beautiful for my event that night. Thank you Sara! I WILL see you again soon.

The girls are just wonderful. They did my makeover with care and they are very knowledgeable! Jen and Claudia were great. I will be back!

Seriously bad customer service but this store has a super outstanding male employee, hence the 4 stars.I walked in looking for a primer and foundation brush but was ignored by the heavily made up female employees. I must have looked a little lost because the male employee came up to me after he spotted me wandering aimlessly through the store.He was awesome and helped me with choosing the correct brush and steered me in the right direction for a good primer. Im sad to say that I cant remember his name but he really helped me out a lot.

The staff go above and beyond to help you, they are also very knowledgeable and dont try to heavy pressure you into anything which is AMAZING. Their products are also amazing.

Makeup is nice however, I can’t stand the people that work there. Yet again I have gone to get my make up (last night 10/23) and I was told they couldn’t find me.This is a tactic they use to get your email address and it’s irritating! I have come to this location for almost 10 years and they usually find me in the system with no issue. That is until they get a newer person that thinks they can play stupid by not finding you in the system. I always know what I want and I’m in and out of the store until they wanna play games and irritate me by keeping me there longer then I want.I had cashier # 479045I will go to the Macy’s location (or switch completely) if needed if ever told again they can’t find me Bc they are not caring about the consumer and just want to get emails and contact info.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Today is my birthday !!!! Im literally tearing up right now!!! Ive been waiting 40min to get my eyes done. The manager is horrible. I immediately felt discriminated against!!! SMH!!! I feel so bad for the employees at this location. If I can rated a 0 I would. Thanks to Katie and Eric for calming me down. This store needs a better policy to ring up employees and do make-up at the same time. Ask Sephora ..they may have some pointers..👀

This location has one particular rude employee. I was interest in the strobing cream, but honestly didn’t know what shade to get. As I approached the store nobody cared to greet me. It was pretty busy, so I understood. I walked around and searched for the item I was looking for. As soon as I saw it, I decided to swatch them to see which one would be best. There was two sample tubes, BUT both were the same color and the ones in stocks were the other color that didn’t have a sample tube. One box looked opened, and I decided to open it see if it was tested. Sure enough it was, and I proceeded to swatch it on my hand. I stood there for about 10 mins looking at it and deciding which one to get. Mind you nobody ever offered help while I was trying to figure out which one to get. Then out of no where this dark skinned big lady with a very heavy accent came up to me and said “THESE ARE NOT TESTERS!” And I looked at her, and said “I’m sorry, but the two samples are the same color” Instead of her taking one tester, and replacing it with the correct tube she proceeded to say “WELL YOU SHOULD’VE ASKED ONE OF US AND WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN YOU THE CORRECT ONE FOR YOU. ILL TAKE THAT FROM YOU”, and literally took the box out of my hands without asking, if I was going to purchase it. She walked away and proceeded to say “WHO NEEDS HELP?” With an attitude. I walked away and decided to search around the store and as I got down to the end of the small store I found more strobe creams close to the register which upset me, because she didn’t have to be plain rude and could have directed me to the rest of the strobe creams. Not ever did she ask if I needed help, if everything was okay, if I needed help with picking out something. Nothing at all. I am sales rep, and I know a lot about customer service. I know when to offer help and I know how to treat customers. She needs to learn a couple of things cause she’s totally doing her job wrong.

The employees acted like it was inconvenient I was asking for help. I literally was the only customer in the store and the was 2 employees working. Definitely wouldnt waste my time or money at this location.

You let 5 girls who are probably 12 and younger just completely run around your store touching everything.

Went in for my very first time yesterday, November 10, 2017.Im barely getting into make up and since Ive heard so much about MAC, I thought Id stop by and ask for help, tips and such. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt out of place everyone was in their own world talking amongst themselves. I decided to ask for help and I asked about primer and setting sprays and the lady gave me a slight attitude saying that they do have it and mentioned the price in away that there is no way I can afford it. I brushed off her attitude and asked where I can find these products but she acted as if she didnt hear me and walked away. I had high expectations and was excited to buy some products here but the customer service was bad and made me feel out of place. I definitely wont be coming back to this location. Ill try out other locations in hopes others have better customer service.

Want makeup, go here. Staff and product selection are good. Copying other review if one of these listings isnt here in the future.

I see all these bad reviews but the last two times I came (march 2015, august 2016) I had great customer service I wish I had gotten their names. I guess customer service has gone down but I guess it just depends on who assists you

Bad customer service: you cant serve 5 customers at the same time. She, Katie-employee 421197, said she was the only manager at the time, so she is the only one who can do overrides and stuff, but I think she just wanted too much commission on sold products.

Went here for makeup appointment since Sephora was booked the day I wanted the makeup done. I booked a week ahead. The day off, I walked in before my scheduled time, and it took 2 employees to figure out I had an appointment, and then 20 minutes before the 3rd employee came to do the makeup. It was beautiful makeup no doubt, but still, having to wait 20 minutes over the appt time? Then whats the point of having an appt? Probably not coming here for an appt again.

Wrost wrost wrost !!! Zero star !!!I was very excited about mac first time i went there wanted to buy whole makeup like foundation concealer primer etc. But because of customer service i was very very disappointed . they told me to wait for 5 minutes and they will be coming back but i was waiting for alomst 1/2 an hour nobody os came . one girl came after half n hour and went back for billing!!!I asked them please come here but they all were busy in billing and making money not customers !!So i never go again there not recommend to anyone!!Sephora customer service is much bettrr !!

AWEFUL! The african american man that helped me was rude and to be honest kind of scary! he was pushy and not very nice. Ive been there a couple times...a rather robust for lack of a better work african american lady who helped me was also kind of rude. Didnt seem very knowledgeable about make-up and over all by the look of the bunch...not as classy as I would have expected for MAC. Wouldnt go back again.

Bad customer service. Never have the product you want. Salesgirl said it wont be in for a month. A month I will have bought 10 more things somewhere else in the month.
