Very bad service . The stuff is incompetent and doesnt know what they are doing. Have been waiting for 20 minutes for the only stuff member who knows how to print to come over and print.

Won’t be coming back here. After walking in last Saturday and interrupting the associate’s movie watching, we asked for help and were told to use the automated service. Once we walked over to the self-service station we heard the movie go back on. After a few minutes trying to use the automated email system, I ended up paying 12 dollars more for prints from their workstation ( instead of the email system in self service). Since I had to use the workstation it cost more per print.. Never going back here again and what a huge contrast to the service level at staples.

Convenient for copies and sending packages. Good service. Easy parking. Open 7 days a week. Prices are fair as well.

Used to be a great place. Now it is kind of we don’t really care if you choose to work with us or with any other place. Not sure I will be returning to this store.

I went in to mail two packages and was offered a very quick and professional service.

Im using this location all the time because its convenient location, friendly and easy to deal staff and not crowded store. I highly recommend this FedEx location.

Update 9/9/19. Dirtier than ever. You have to wait on line to get an overnight envelope. No supplies out anywhere. Defeats the whole purpose of print your own to save time.Awful place. Maybe the core daytime staff is ok. Way understaffed. If theres a line for shipping youll wait forever just to pick up a prepaid print order. btw - what genius came up with the idea of doing away with shipping forms in favor of a customer reciting all the info to a 2-fingered typist?My most recent visit went like this - wait 15 minutes, decide to come back later. On the return, wait 20 minutes to find out the order was incomplete. They called you. No, the did not. Say here they did. Nope. Well, you have to resubmit the order. Never . . . ever . . . again

I Always Send People To This Drop Off Location But This Is My First Time Coming Here & I Must Say That I Love This Drop Off Location. The Staff Is Super Friendly And Helpful. I Felt So Welcomed And Very Comfortable. Honestly They Felt Like Family Lol.

Extremely unprofessional. Unnecessarily having us wait while 3 other employees were standing around talking and laughing behind the counter. For the woman who helped me, no one wants you touching their packages after you are scratching your scalp like that. Especially during this pandemic. Yuck. Never using this location again.

Terrible customer service.I went to this location and requested help to print something from my iPhone. I asked for help and the girl sent me to the printer machine. I told her that I was in a hurry and never used that before if she could help me. She ignored me and Worse she helped another customer that came afterMe, even when I said I was late.After all I realized there were 2 people there sitting. NO ONE CAME TO HELP. Lazy people, and who hired them I have no words. Probably they are underpaid to be so rude and helpless.

I love this store. Amazing service every time from Ashley. They are lucky to have her. I come about once a month and she’s always got a smile on and happy to help.

Lawrence could not move any slower. For almost ten minutes he never looked up from his call assisting someone else to simply say hed be available soon, he was working alone, to thank me for my patience. I expect to wait, but I also expect a basic level of courtesy. 8/29/17 at approx 8 PM.

Maybe have more than one working printer and one working computer.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. From shipping to printing wide format drawings - they know their stuff! I will definitely come to this location over others whenever Im in the area.

One place where you can get so much done, I print out my important documents make copies and then overnight them to clients a one stop shop of greatness.

Ive been a customer at this FedEx for at least eight or nine years. Earlier today I needed to ship something out and went to the FedEx location in Elmsford which is closer to where I work.I did not realize how lucky I am to have Kevin and the good folks at this location until I had the Elmsford experience. These guys smile, theyre friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

Brett was super nice helping me ship overnight. Not as scary as the reviews make it out to be and not too crowded.

Did not have the best of experience I feel everything was a little more difficult than it had to be. I really wanted to simplify my printing and shipping for my marketing projects but it seems like it best not too.

The service here is great. I ship hundreds of packages a year via fedex. Most locations are terrible;this one is good. Staff is friendly and curious. Do not go to the elmsford location. They are terrible and going there will crush your soul.

Can the employees please communicate with their current customer so the customer knows how much longer their job will take? Its all I ask. Although you can receive a free FedEx card, this store states it does not accept the card for payment of selected goods and services as stated to me by the black girl. This was an annoying visit, now I had to go get cash inconvienced to receive my copies.What was the FedEx card used for? Cash in their account?Why would you go to a FedEx to notorize a document people, you go to a Bank not a mail order shipper, really dumb residents in Westchester.

Have dropped off quite a few packages at odd hours (theyre open pretty late). No issues.

The staff is helpful, but they always seem to be shy at least one person. The one in downtown White Plains is my preferred FedEx Office in the area.

A little wait time but overall it is fine

Very disappointing. I went in for some copies of a lease and came out ten minutes later with nothing, not even the original document I entered with. The Fed Ex employee shredded my sample in the machine and told me to come back with another copy ... no thanks.

There is no Notary Public here and there has not been one for years. Google/Fed Ex should c0rrect this.

Terrible staff. They block opening or printing all pdf files.

Mixed experiences here. One was great, and I got help and just what I needed, The other one was OK, since I felt like the woman who helped was having a really bad day.They are alright. I will use them again.
