Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Ryan tried hard to get my old phone to be the same on the new phone. He got my photos and contacts which were the most important, I was able to get the apps on my own. The tall manager was nice too. Thank you so much!

I recently visited the Scarborough AT&T store with my father who is older and has anxiety about technology. Craig helped us get new phones for both my parents. Craig was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took care of the whole set up of two new phones with a smile and efficiency. Moreover, he kept my father at ease during the whole process. I was lied to about my qualifications for a promotion in December 2020. I was told by an employee that my current plan was eligible for a trade in toward an upgrade. Turns out that it wasnt and now at&t nor the management of the store is taking any responsibility for this error. I traded in my phone and received no value, so now its basically stolen from me. Working to get in touch with the owner of the store to proceed to small claims court. Beware of this store and their employees. Im not the only one this has happened to, search the reviews.

I had the most excellent service . My rep took care of every need. I came in to ask a few questions about an upgrade.And talking with Rep and his manager I decided to buy AT&T TV and also added a I Pad to my service plan. He offered me a couple great discounts and I was pleased and couldn’t pass up the add on. I B love my new AT&T TV package . I have 3 months of premium channels to try out . And I can download my favorite apps to my channel lineup. It’s as easy as changing the channel and opening apps when I select my App channels.Overall I rate this store and AT&T 5* stars and will use them and their services as long as the service stays excellent.Joey G

Lets not mince words here. The world has heros like Batman and Robin saving us from bad guys, but they really need Jake Foster and Leslie Hamlin to save you from bad wireless service!My experience at this store was something written in a fairytale. I expected to be there FOREVER because thats how wireless companies work. WRONG.I expected to pay activation fees and service fees and termination fees and transfer fees and any other way for Big Wireless to steal my money, and it was far easier than that.The team there was extremely helpful and the experience was rewarding.You dont need to ask for them by name, but Jake and Leslie are rock stars at what they do.If you are tired of overpaying for service, please do yourself a favor and look at AT&T. Im glad I did.

Not truthful. Lied to. Was told that the trade in for my daughters phone was going to be $800 from the store manager. It was almost closing time so they asked if we wouldnt mind bringing both the new phone home and our trade in and do the software update and conversion ourselves. I agreed. They said I simply had to drop off the trade in phone to any ATT location and we would be all set. My daughter dropped it off for me the next day at the Windham location and they told her the trade was only $350. She didnt know what to do so left it with them. Now, the store or ATT customer service wont make good on the difference in trade in amount. Definitely shopping around for a new carrier.

Are you lonely? Do you want to talk to exciting people in distant lands? would you like to be on a first name basis with the AT&T staff of your local store?I was lonely and had lots of extra time until I tried to get my AT&T phone working. It was just as easy as going in and getting a Razor phone and now I am spending dozens of hours on the phone getting to know primarily people in the Philippines. They have helped me embrace all that is Karen by placing me on hold for hours and insisting that I come into the store in a Covid 19 era.Thank you AT&T for taking all of that pesky free time I used to just sit around with, thank you staff who repeatedly says things like they understand to try to show empathy right before they drop my call, most of all thanks AT&T for making me get off electronics. If I had a working cell phone who knows what I would do!

I had an amazing experience at the store a week ago. I WAS a Verizon customer in need of a new phone because I was having trouble with mine. They chose not to help me, but the great people at this store not only solved my problem but went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left store. Seems like Verizon is using this pandemic as an excuse to avoid customer service. Its nice to know that you can still count on people to do the right thing even in the worst of times. I was a LONG time Verizon customer..... I will be an at&t customer for along time to come thanks to this experience. I even took time to go back and thank them personally i was so happy with the service I received.

Att&T owns Direct TV and supposedly sells/services their products. Stopped in to get a new power cord and were given a card to call customer service. Asked them to ship to ATT store and they dont do that. So, what do you do when traveling in an RV and need service???

This location is by the WORST service I have had. The sale person Justin right from when my husband and I walked had an attitude, told us we needed to come back to see the manager who just happened to go break as we showed up. No other customers in the store. The other sales person didn’t even acknowledged we were there. Just made a rude comment when we were talking.

Leslie was a mess. I went in to completely transfer to apple for the first time. Got iphone11 and a pro 12.9 iPad. She gave the rep the wrong phone number to transfer, so she had to go get another phone and start over. She told me they will ship the iPad. Umm ok.Was told I’ll get an email when it’s shipped(3-5) days. This was 6 days ago. I set up my att account and she inputted the wrong email address. Have another, Leslie.

I am not a very picky person, but the customer service of this store must be improved!!! I ordered an iPhone and when I tried to pick up the phone, I was told the phone was returned to UPS because the store did not accept the shipment from UPS. The man at the front desk told me to go to the ups store in Scarborough, ME and pick up the phone myself. On the next day, I went to the UPS store just to find out the phone was returned back to the shipper. I went back to the store to figure out my next course of action, but no one would talk to me. I waited for 50 minutes while they helped everyone but me. I asked for the store managers business card and he told me that he ran out of them and he ordered new batch of business cards but they have not arrived yet. Instead he gave me a bogus name that he wrote on a small piece of paper. I know it was a bogus name because I called another store and I asked who is the manager of 456 Payne Rd, Scarborough store and I was given a different name. As result, it was very disappointing to experience such bad customer service. I have been with at&t for over ten years and I have never experienced such poor customer service like this. Please go to any other store, but this one, save yourself the headache. I know I will never go to this store ever again.

We sat with Tim and he made our day. He was great and really knew his stuff. He took his time to show us features about our phones we never knew, and just went so far above and beyond our expectations. We have had many problems with AT&T in the past but going into this location Tim really made a difference for us and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Signed up for a new plan on 8/10/2016. Asked about acquiring a new Galaxy Note. Employee with a Goatee said Galaxy Note 7 release date was set for 8/19. Ran my credit, and said I didnt need to put a deposit down on my new line due to my score, and told me to come back in on 8/19 for the Note release date. Insured me all I would need to do come the 19th is walk in, pay the sales tax on my phone ~$50, and leave. Signed up for a 1 line plan that day, and used an old burner phone in the meantime. Walked into the store on the 19th - new associate and manager tell me I need to put down 30% on the phone (over $310) and Im not eligible for an upgrade until the 11/11 because I am an at risk customer (I have an 800 credit score). Store manager completely unwilling to work with me and tries to sign me up for more lines on the account to waive a $445 balance of some sort that I still dont quite understand.. Thankfully I was able to contact customer service who informed me that Goatee forgot to run my credit on the new phone, thus completely misinforming me, and even went as far as to advise me to cancel my new line and start a new one due to thus colossal screw up. Evidently AT&T is unwilling to stand behind their word and the word of their employees, and their supervision is even more inept. Id recommend just about any other AT&T outlet. This one was an absolute mess.
