We stopped here first then went to several places. We ended up going back because Chris was genuinely helpful, not at all pushy or disingenuous, the price was comparable if not the best, he didn’t start out by showing us the most expensive mattress (all others did) and he was wearing a mask! ( this tells me he cares about his fellow humans!)Great experience overall!

We were in the beginning stages of researching mattresses to replace our master bedroom mattress. Dan, our salesperson, was so helpful and patient with us. Our original plan was to gather information on style, price, etc, at several locations but Dan was so helpful we bought our mattress from him the same day!

Dan was super. The store was welcoming. No pressure sales or pushing to purchase the most expensive mattress. He was very helpful with the different mattresses and pillow options. Visited several other stores and found Mattress Firm to be the best deal. Would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

We have purchased 2 mattress from Chris at this location in the past few months and have been super happy with the products but also the service! We were able to walk away same day with the mattresses and Chris was super helpful in picking out the best beds for us.

Chris is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew how to ask questions and provide information in such a way that allowed my husband and I to discuss things and narrow our search. He also knew when to give us some time alone to discuss things before circling back to check in. This is an art that Chris understands well! We were not interested in buying a mattress online and really wanted to test them out. I would highly encourage folks to give this place a try when looking for a new mattress.

Dan is knowledgeable l, kind and attentive. He easily narrows down the best choices which was much appreciated. There is a lot of misinformation online about the “best” mattresses. I would highly recommend shopping here first before you decide. Wish we would have come in sooner!

Mother and son together day looking at mattresses. Sounds exciting doesn’t it. The bed was for my 15 year old. Now that’s he’s a teenager bargaining and meeting in the middle is the name of the game.... I have an advantage though. I’m a little bit wiser and better than he at manipulating things to swing my way.Patrick was great to work with. Professional, respectful and kind. I was impressed with his knowledge. After getting all the information we narrowed it down to two. Of course now we were on opposite ends. Decision making was fun. We sat in the car looking at our notes, researching on Google with Star Bucks in hand.Yup.. I got him to swing. Mom wins again!

Furnishing a vacation home with new mattresses. We wanted to be comfortable the minute we arrived Mattress Firm manager Daniel Michaud helped us accomplish this! We returned to buy twin mattresses and again Dan was very helpful. Good delivery service and good pick up service! You have a customer for life!

I love this particular Mattress Firm. They are my go-to for my furnished rentals and Airbnb’s when a new mattress is needed. They don’t try and push you into anything you’re not interested in. I know exactly what I want, it literally took me 10 minutes in and out for my last visit. And the mattress will be delivered sometimes next day if it’s in stock. Thanks for being awesome!

My experience with mattress firm was wonderful. My family and I came over looking for a reasonably priced mattress. We started at Bobs furniture with no luck and disappointing customer service. Daniel was so helpful! I had an emergency situation where I needed to furnish a new apartment in about 24 hours for a month long Airbnb guest, who’s original space was taken out of commission because of a water leak. He was responsive and straight with me about my options for a bed in a box. I was able to pick it up at the warehouse just down the road a few minutes after I purchased it, and our guest was sleeping soundly on it later that night! Thank you Daniel! We really enjoyed our shopping experience at Mattress Firm today. There was no high pressure sales or someone trying to get us to upgrade to a more expensive bed. Dan (the salesperson) thoroughly explained our options and repeated things to our clarification. He had two other customers come in while we were there and he still made us feel that we were important .We ended up buying the bed we wanted and for less than we figured. Ask and paid for Gold Star Service which was basically removal of the old mattress. Then when the delivery was made they refused to take the old mattress. The 3rd party delivery service they used refused because the old mattress was stained. My mattress was 8 years old and used, no holes, no damage other than some slight discoloration on the pillow top, there was ABSOLUTELY no reason to refuse removal. Just know that if they say they will remove the old one, they most likely wont.
