Dottie was super friendly and welcoming. No pressure sales tactics, inviting, and very knowledgeable. They have a lot of various furniture pieces on display.

Will definitely be back!! We were there this past Saturday, the staff was very available but didnt hover at all. We were told theyd call early Monday to confirm a delivery date...early Monday it was. Delivery had a 2 hour window, they showed 20 minutes early. This was by far the best furniture experience ever! Very friendly, professional staff. Cant wait to go back!

We drove from Northern IL to check out Pierce for a new couch. Staff was very helpful and wonderful to work with. We actually purchased a couch and love seat. We needed to update our living room furniture so we drove to Brodhead and walked through the showrooms of Pierce Furniture. They were so helpful in assisting us with the buying process. We LOVE our new living room furniture. If you are looking for new furniture it would be well worth your time to visit Pierce Furniture. They also delivered and set up our furniture for free!

Went to the clearance barn in brohead wi the gentleman walked in didn’t greet us and was very grumpy the whole time and very rude. Did stop to talk to us at all we talked to lady. But didn’t but anything cus it was a bad experience and not friendly staff at all

Helpful nice choice of furniture

Nice place. Very large with lots of furniture! Seemed a bit pricey but maybe it was me as I havent shopped for furniture in years!

It was okay. We found a couch close to their closing time and were rushed through their buying process. We agreed when and where to pick up. When we came to pick it up nobody knew where our couch was they found it in the back of the other store. Its a nice couch the experience was underwhelming.

When furniture shopping we start at Pierce (their showrooms are huge). We then shop all thearea stores (30 mile radius), then we go back and buy from them. Julie is wonderful to dealwith.

Bought a sectional sofa there a couple of years ago, price was high, they would not negotiate. Quality was ok, not outstanding. They did provide a loaner while we awaited delivery. Ill probably shop there again as there are no alternatives in Brodhead.
