I brought in a return package to be shipped out on October 4 and on October 27 there still has been no update on the tracking information for when the return was going to arrive to where it came from so I called and got transferred over to shipping and the guy from shipping all he could tell me was that the tracking number I had was invalid because their tracking numbers are only 12 digits long even though whenever I clicked on the tracking number on my end it opened up the FedEx website and brought me to the tracking information page which said “ready to be shipped” they told me that my package cannot be located because there was no information on it even though I had the tracking number that was given to me and worked on my end. Do now I am out $100 because my package was lost in the return process due to FedEx.

Terrible service and attitude. I brought in a package for delivery yesterday and the girl said, take it back to your shop and call for a pickup. They broke a very epensive item that they packed. There is no end to the time and money they have cost me. They do not deserve even one star.

I came in with a VERY last minute rush job with over 50 pages in need of rush printing. The attendant was very accommodating and very able to work in my needs and I was able to meet my deadline without hassle. This FEDEX saved my life and I cannot be happier with the service I got!

I was so excited to find out they opened before I had to be at work so I could take care of some urgent packages. Showed up to a building with lights on, and a sign that says they are closed. Maybe they should open at 7:30 like their sign says. That would be great

I had a major presentation. Our design team was late with artwork. Not their fault… Our own internal decision making. So I show up and meet Holly. Holly says that the queue is at least four maybe five hours. Its 9 AM. I need the materials by 2 PM sharp. I only needed seven color images boarded with easels. But it wasnt fair to cut in front of the others that were already signed up for print jobs. Holly suggested we work together. She printed out gorgeous color copies. She sold me the self-matting board and easels. She lent their professional box cutter with straight edge. I made the cuts, I affixed the printed images then easels on the back. The presentation went exceptionally well. Sharp thinking, quickwitted, great customer service. Thank you Holly for helping make Savannah so exceptional!

Summary: Save your time, your money, and your sanity.This particular FedEx Office gives the brand a bad name, because Ive had great experiences at other branches. The staff are rude and unhelpful, despite my being nothing but courteous, prepared, and inquisitive with them. Im a pretty go with the flow guy, but after dealing with these guys 3 times, I will never go back.They dont know what theyre doing and their equipment was broken 2 of the 3 times I was there. Theyre using Windows XP and have no image editing software to make minor adjustments that they will say they need, even if youve prepared your files with the templates on the FedEx Office website. I checked the website and used their templates every time.The staff are the definition of dead-end customer service, meaning that they arent interested in solving a problem or directing you to resources that can help, but rather are looking for a way to get out of helping you, or doing any work at all. They are not knowledgeable about the services offered by their company or how the website works, and they dont care. You will have to milk them for information, and that information will turn out to be incorrect.I hope FedEx checks these reviews and hires new (trained) staff and gets new equipment/software for this branch.

Ordered business cards and resumes for an event. First off, no one notified me when my order was ready, no email or call. So I had to call to find out if I could pick it up. I get there and they printed my resumes on regular printer paper when I paid for card stock...so I brought it to his attention and he fixed it, great. Then, I was told he couldn’t find my business cards and they didn’t have the file to print it anymore. His reasoning was “it fell through the cracks”. He was unremorseful and clearly did not care. I am now without proper materials for my event because of Fedex. Don’t print here! Your files might just fall through the cracks!

19 customers with 2 employees. Color printing was off and gave a yellow tint to all my images, and the employees told me they couldn’t fix it despite the same files being fine the other week. Had to pay for 20 terrible quality prints.Raven is nice.

Dont go here. I spent five minutes at a printing kiosk trying to log into my Google Drive for one of the employees to tell me that Google Drive wont work because they have terrible wifi. I was instructed to turn my wifi off, stand by the door, and email the document to FedEx and they could print it from there. I did as I was told, another error message popped up, and she said there was nothing she could do. I spent 30 minutes stressed out with no help here. I walked five minutes to the UPS store and my documents were printed and copied in under five minutes.

Over the years Ive had experiences where at best Ive gotten what I needed done in a time that I felt was slow, to at worst feeling like my money was stolen. Like others have said, more often than not the employees ignore the customers regardless of how many customers there are and how many employees there are. When directed to the workstations Ive found out that the employees dont even know what software is on the workstation. Ive felt prices and discounts have been inconsistent from employee to employee. The few times where I got my prints and got out (at a slow pace), have been outweighed by the bad experiences.

Payed 130 for pixelated images... Took them three hours to print pixelated images that they blew up to be larger.... Didnt even ask for that. Plus overcharged with for special services The service was awful and this isnt the first time.

Went in to purchase printer ink.Staff will ignore you upon entering, then tell you “it’s going to be a few minutes” before they go back to silently and dejectedly staring at their computer again.Wound up leaving before staff would help me.If you need printer ink and don’t want to wait for someone to do nothing for 10 minutes before they address you, just go to CVS

The customer service here is horrific. Employees aimlessly walk around while there are people waiting in line, there is no order of who is printing or shipping and no employee speaks to you until you have to pay.The technology is awful as well. They are running Windows 98 or something, so the computer can never read your files. If you try to print or ship here, have 4 different versions of your files and at least 30 min to spare because they really dont care.
