Primary service performed was installation of 22 KVA Generac whole house generator and associated wiring/panels. Entire project was to standard and effective. Service (now a year on) has been fully reliable. Subcontractors were identified and organized by Mr. Chuck Lawrence, owner/operator of Waverly. Other electrical work has been performed (unrelated to generator) at homeowner request. Mr. Lawrence possesses good communication skills, able to explain all details of project. All work has been within estimates. Homeowner had obtained generator installation estimates from other firms; all other bids were substantially higher. Homeowner will continue to rely upon Waverly and Mr. Lawrence, especially because he has other extensive building experience (prior to becoming Waverlys owner). So, his ability to perform electrical work in conformance both to code and existing conditions is sound.

We used Waverly electric to install a gas whole house Generac generator two months ago. Mr. Charles Lawrence was very professional and timely in his response to any questions or concerns. The generator installation went smoothly and according to the schedule that Mr. Laurence provided. Mr. Laurence also followed through and assisted when a slight timing issue occurred with Georgia Power. The generator installation went smoothly and it is great peace of mind to know that we will not be without power in the future. During these challenging times, the peace of mind of having electric power cannot be overrated. The whole house generator was definitely an investment worth the price. Initially I was pleased with the installation. However when I had the first power outage my A/C did not work. I called the installer (the business owner) and he said he would be right out to fix it. He never showed. I left him numerous voicemails (he was apparently screening my calls) and he never answered. I finally hired an electrician to complete the job he had started. Poor installation, poor testing and terrible service.

These guys are incredible. They go the extra mile to do the job correctly, and they clean up behind themselves. Working outdoors in the hottest weather of the summer, they installed new outlets, new lighting fixtures and basically straightened up the mess some other electrician made when the house was built. Very reasonable price.
