The place is great. Maybe a bit less variety than the big stores, but their customer service is unmatched and the experience is always much nicer than one of their competitors.

The store is clean and neat. They always have everything you could ask for. Im taking two stars off for lack of hospitality. Not very friendly as far as greeting you or asking for help. Yes they will direct you to what you need if you ask them... But thats what you have to do. This picture of the front door is a perfect example of not feeling very welcome. I get that you need a sign on the door about wearing a mask or if youre open or closed but this is ridiculous.

Easy in and out. My purchase was actually cheaper than the web price @ hd.Way friendlier staff also.

Really big selection and far more chalk paint than I’ve found at other locations. The brushes in stock are cheaper than those at Lowes and Home Depot. Super friendly staff.

I used to prefer coming here instead of the big boxes, but the last three visits were disappointing. Ace, you can’t beat them on price and selection, you gotta keep the service up. I never stopped going to ACE and my most recent experiences have been much more positive. Everyone has bad days I guess.

This is the new version of the old neighborhood hardware store. You go to this type of store rather than a big box store when you are in need of help, and advice. The service is usually excellent, parking is good and the store in many cases somewhat hidden from main roads. In this case the store is plainly visible. Prices moderate. Sevice as normal fantastic.

The owner, David, has a quiet confidence that helps you to know you are in the right place with the right people. He is the helpful hardware man. He surrounds himself with staff who have different expertise and can always get an answer to your home/garden questions. Equally as amazing is Andrew, his brother, who greets every customer. When Andrew is there, I challenge you to stump him by trying to ask him where something is. If he doesnt get it right, well, it will be the first time Ive ever heard that happened!

Trav (on our receipt, possibly Travis? Sorry!) was so extremely helpful. My wife and I had questions about drywall, painting and roofing and he was able to walk us through the whole store answering our questions and recommending products. Will definitely be back again!

Great local hardware store! I was able to find a certain type of latch for a screen door that Ive been on the hunt for and none of the big box hardware stores carry. Plus they made three keys for me in a jiffy!

This ace hardware is one of the best Ive been to. The people there are very friendly and know exactly where everything is. The prices are also very reasonable, and you can get coupons in the mail too. Be sure to check this store out before going to home depot, they have everything you need.
