Nice big hardware store with a post office in the back and a clothing store section too!! All the employees are super friendly and nice . Hooked me up with the discount card. Got some really thick cozy socks, cool Mason jar light and batteries and stamps in one store. Thats pretty cool. They have a good selection of hats and other stuff to show your Georgia State spirit.

The helpful place! If I ever needed help for anything, I just had to ask, if they personally didnt know they always found a fellow worker or even a customer that could help me with my question. Better selection and prices on the things Ive been needing lately. Open later than most and the sell STIHL!!! They are so very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed for our new investment. You all Rock!!!

Its a great place to get keys made! They can make most keys with chips in them at a fraction of the price a dealer would charge. Very friendly people and its worth the drive because theyre four keys and other things you may need!

Love this unique Ace Hardware Store. When I come to visit my daughter in Savannah, I always make a side trip to this place on Wilmington Island. As you walk in the door to the right is a unique selection of gift and decor items. To the left of the door, mens and womens fashions. I know....what hardware has all that....Plus outside a garden center. And, yes you can buy paint, nails and other fun things for the house.... But I never get pass the first section of the store. Staff always friendly and helpful. Covid precautions are taken. Face mask is required at this time.

More than a typical Ace, nice sized greenhouse in back that you wouldnt expect. Even has casual clothes and shoes. Friendly staff. Long time Ace customer and fan, this was a nice surprise away from home.

Employee named Richard went above/beyond the call of duty when I needed new batteries for my cars keyless remotes. Not only did they have the right battery, Richard put them in for me. Appreciate the extra step.

As someone who lives on Wilmington Island, I am in Ace a few times a month. I find it important to support locally owned businesses. I have decided to no longer shop at the Islands Ace. I have never seen a more unfriendly, unprofessional cashier staff at any establishment. It is as if they are doing me a favor. I will take the extra few mile to Home Depot; I know the service will be better and prices will surely be lower.

Dad needs tape measures. I bought some reasonably priced tape measurers at Ace Hardware. The guy who rang me up was very nice! He looks and sounds a little bit like Paul Simon. (he didnt sing)

I should have taken pictures. The staff was very helpful. Even when the item i needed was on the top shelf buried under other boxes. They got a ladder and got it no problem!

Decent but super overpriced on small items... Cant figure out for the life of them my honered customer status.. Lol.. They send me the coupons in the mail but when I try to use them their computer never sees it.. Ridiculous nonsense to put me thru. Home Depot doesnt have these issues...

Price gouging ammunition, charging $119 for 9mm armscor that normally cost $11.99... I realize the price of ammo has gone up due to supply and demand but this is absurd, a 1000% markup should be illegal.Reply: The price was lowered to around $80 for 50 rounds of armscor 9mm ammunition. Still price gouging, still should be illegal.

This place is awesome.. Super nice staff that are eager to help. Also, the management is visible and promote a happy work environment. Even though they are a little bit higher on some things, I prefer to shop there and will forego a trip to Lowes or Home Depot who have forgotten how important customers are in their business model.

Had Cameron and Tyson help me today bring up Cali flooring to my third floor unit. They are very polite young men and did a great job. I know it saved my old back from getting to sore. I want to publicly thank them again for a job well done.

Great selection of a wide variety of products. MORE IMPORTANTLY, in my experience EVERY employee is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great place to pick up a face shield, which they have right at the front of the store. Great alternative to a facemask for those that are claustrophobic, have anxiety, or suffer from PTSD and wearing a mask triggers your symptoms. Staff was friendly and helpful with finding and getting a couple of these shields rung up.

Great selection of commonly needed items, enough that you dont really need to shop anywhere else. Folks that work here are friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

We’ve been in Savannah almost a year and this is my favorite store! It’s unlike any Ace I’ve been to! The buyer/owner has brought in boutique quality items, as well as what you’d expect to find there!

I was recently in ACE Hardware, okay to be honest I am in this store at least twice a week. There are always associates available and WILLING to help. The store is clean and very well organized.

I love his place. Shop your items and you may find them very competitive on some items and less than others. Still, for the DIY crowd, their knowledgeable staff always asks if they can help or provide advice. Try to find that at one of the monster hardware stores. Locally owned.

Best Ace Hardware I have ever been in. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is clean and big. The staff man in the nursery taught me how to care for my new and first fern year round with such enthusiasm he made me excited for winter when I could spoil my fern in the bathroom where he said if your Fern had arms, it would give you a big ol bear hug every time you got out of the shower!! (Apparently they love the humidity from the shower- and he was right by the way)! I go here for just about all my house needs that I cant get at the grocery store. Highly recommend

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted by Erin. They look amazing! And the cost was very reasonable. Erin is very friendly and professional. I thought I was just just in for a salon treatment, but it was very relaxing. The location is very clean and calming. I look forward to going back for more services.

Thank goodness for this store! The staff is always helpful, especially when trying to locate a small part or hardware for a home project. I also appreciate the USPS office inside. The lines are so much shorter than the main post office on Wilmington Island.

Always have a great experience EXCEPT JUST NOW..was in desperate need of somthng from Ace...it says on Google 8pm close..I got there and their signs say 7pm...like damn that hr..I needed to get stuff..why do they close at 7pm anyway?? Other than that Ace is always great

Ace has almost anything you need for small home jobs, outdoor decor, and gifts. The staff are friendly and helpful. I shop there frequently and the rewards point makes the cost reasonable.

Stopped by to mail a package. This store is very clean, large and organized. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The staff working the postal desk were very helpful, patient and attentive. It may cost more but the quality and service is worth it.

This is truly a unique Ace Hardware. I was not expecting that not only could I get my painting supplies, plumbing supplies, gardening supplies but I could also get Hospitality supplies, jewelry, great bath and body products which I did not hesitate to purchase. Really fun and very nice staff.

This place is so convenient and saves me so much time and gas compared to going to home depot for those around the house and gardening needs. They can be a little pricey on some items but its worth it when its just around the corner. They even sell patio and fishing supplies.

Broad selection of not just typical hardware items but gifts and other items. Bought a charity bucket for 20% off everything and saved a ton.

Going to the Ace saves me 20 minutes driving each way to get to the nearest big store, and the Ace store almost always has what I need. It costs a little bit more, but the savings in gas makes up for it, and if I cant find what I need, friendly staff are always easy to find and very helpful.
