The BEST store in Georgetown hands down. Fastest post office outlet. GREAT staff, very knowledgeable about everything hardware related. Forget the chain stores go see these guys.

Impeccable service! I drive out of my eay to go to their USPS inside their store. They really take care of you and because they base their hours on the store, they are open more than other locations making it way more convenient. Love supporting this local establishment and recommend you do too.

Johnny is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful owners of any business Ive ever shopped at. If they dont have it, theyll order it custom for you at no charge and call you when it comes in. This store definitely has the personal shopping experience and knowledge base that seems to be a thing of the past these days. Theyll learn your name in no time and earn your business just as quickly.

THEY WILL NOT/CANNOT SCAN YOUR PACKAGES IN IF YOURE JUST DROPPING OFF. This is a postal service inside a TRUE VALUE hardware store. Im sure its okay for other things. The lady was nice enough but she seemed frustrated that I was expecting for them to be able to scan it in. (Im from out of town- not that she knew that.) She just told me I need to go to the regular post office. I think Google maps needs to update the cover picture to make it clear to people that it is NOT AN OFFICIAL US POSTAL SERVICE BUILDING. Edit: Also, I knew it was inside the hardware store before I went but Ive been to several others that were in other types of businesses like pharmacies/gifts hops that were able to give me a receipt. Just dont want anyone to waste time or gas going here expecting to have their drop offs scanned in.

I have lived in Savannah for 7 years and this is the only store Ive never had a bad experience at. The customer service is exceptional. It is what a hard1ware store should be every employee knows where every item is on the shelf. If they dont have it they will tell you who does and what you need for your job. Any negative review on this page is probably because the reviewer had a terrible attitude definitely not these employees.

If I could give 0 starts I would. They were supposed to deliver a package last Friday and, instead of coming to the door and knocking, they just left a note in the mailbox saying nobody was home to receive the package. I, and my two roommates, were home. Then I tried calling the post office, several times. Every time it rings for at LEAST 3 minutes and then someone picks up the phone, and hangs up. This is ridiculous. You need to work on your customer service skills.

Great place to get your home improvements jobs done. Johnny has been there a long time and helped me so much. Always try him before I go to the big places.

Great people who know right where stuff is

Locally owned, Georgetown treasure, with a Post Office inside. Everyone there is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The owner has walked me around the store many times helping me pick out everything on my shopping list. Their selection of screws, nuts, and bolts (especially stainless steel) is much better, and cheaper than the big box stores. I had a quart of color matched paint mixed up. It was so fast and easy, I now get all painting supplies from there. I dont have to research brands or read reviews. I just tell them what Im painting and buy what they suggest. I have never been disappointed. I have also walked in there several times with a piece of PVC pipe, and they very patiently helped me pick out the parts I needed. I once had a heavy box I needed to get shipped, but wanted to check prices first. On a Sunday afternoon, I parked by the door, took a buggy to my car, and wheeled the box in. They weigh it and went over my options. The only problem is they dont print out shipping address labels. So if you dont want to write out the address, print it out at home and attach it with shipping tape. They do not have a big selection on many things, but it is always worth going there first.

I ordered an item from their website and picked it up at the Georgetown store. Smooth transaction and for that particular model of toaster oven they have the best price. Super satisfied. By the way, there is a usps inside as well.

I went to this place since my aunt recommended it to me. When I got there Mr.John guided me to the USPS counter and was extremely helpful when I went to drop off my international package. He explained and assisted me to fill the customs form in the correct manner and even aswered my questions regarding the process. Overall they have an outstanding customer service.

DO NOT USE MAIL SERVICE. I shipped a package from here about 3 weeks ago and it never got to the person I was sending it to and the person was only an hour away. The gentleman with dark hair and glasses had poor customer service, asked me what was inside of my packages I was sending, and it took about 20 minutes to send 2 packages. The owner is very nice but needs to re-evaluate some of his employees. I won’t be using this service again being as I lost $35 after shipping and what I was shipping to my customer.

This is a USPS area inside of a hardware store! I drove here to ship something when my usual USPS was closed! The (I assume) owner of this place was super super nice and helpful with assisting me in picking out the proper box size and helping me package my item for shipping!

This is what a post office should be. Ive used this satellite post office for 7 years and they have always been a joy to work with. I appreciate them taking their time to answer my questions and mail packages. Its also the right place to be during Christmas, they help you make sure everything is marked and taped to make it though the mail.

Went in for some hardware. The stock is very low like they are going out of business. They couldnt just tell me where to find hardware (6/32 screws to be exact), they had to follow me. Despite the tag along, I found what I needed on my own with the adult clerk standing right there. He then asks me the price of his product disgusted that I didnt know! I found the entire process all the way to checkout as just strange. I was the only customer in the store! No Thank you, no Come again, no knowledge of their own products and store.
