Wouldve liked it more if they had starter pots for seeds. Found great soil today. Also found a decent prices trash can. Great rug or mat selection. Also, great selection of bird feeders and birdbaths. I loved the beach/ocean and mermaid options!!

My husband and I recently visited this store for the first time since it’s opening. We were amazed at the selection and the layout. Even though there were employees readily available to help, we easily found our way around to get what we came in for on our own. The amount of products and variety was amazing with prices comparable to other hardware stores in the area. A very pleasant shopping experience! We will return often!

Ive layout excellent service. The prices are on the higher end 10 to 25 percent higher then big box stores like Walmart but they have a wider selection and helpful staff which you dont get at those locations. Overall this is a great place for either those niche items that are hard to find or browsing.

Ive been doing repairs and landscaping for my brother this last week so have come a few times to get supplies. Each visit Ive encountered friendly and helpful staff. A staff member also made sure I was getting the correct replacement part/size to fit pre-existing holes in vinyl siding.

Went to order a part, I was told it would be better if I ordered myself online. That I might get a discount by doing so. I never stated that the price was an issue, I just want the part. I dont want to create an account with them. I was referred to the mall Blvd branch, whom advise that they would have to order it as well. Why cant the 1st one just simply order the part for me like I asked in the first place???

Pin in Google maps is wrong. It takes you to a house. You need to type the address into the search field to get to the right place.I was at this location to pick out some Benjamin Moore paint samples. This is a nice, small, well kept hardware store. Staff are friendly.

This place is super cool. Sure you will find your typical hardware store staples here, but this is no typical big box store. They have a very cool section of local items youd never expect a hardware store to have. Clothing, nick knacks, hilarious signs, fun toys, ukuleles, local dry rubs and hot sauces. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They will spend time explaining grills, plumbing, painting whatever.....I love that personal attention. Oh, if you want any kind of screw, nut, or bolt....they have aisles of them. Seriously the screw mecca of the west side.

This was actually my first visit to the store. After hearing so many rave reviews from friends, I went this morning and I totally understand what they were saying. This is a truly nice store with everything from a gift shop to pretty much any household item you would ever need.

This place is amazing. The store is clean, organized, employees are super helpful. They have a variety of items. Even a cute little “boutique” for gifts inside. I would love an Ace Hardware like this one in Richmond Hill!!!! I would never go to Lowe’s again.

Surprisingly wide selection for a smaller store when compared to Lowes or Home Depot, plus I dont have to drive 20 minutes to get here. The employees have literally dropped what they were doing to just ask if I needed help as well, so that was nice. Overall Ive been happy with my few visits so far.

This may not be the cheapest storage place but the staff and security are excellent. You pay for service here but you get what you pay for! A+++++

This is seriously the best Ace Hardware I have ever been to. All of the associates are very knowledgeable, and there is also a huge gift and clothing area that I cant help but get lost in every time I go. LOL. I definitely recommend!

The only thing this store has over other hardware stores in the area is its location relative to my daily commute, which is about the only real reason I go here. The prices are very high relative to similar items at other places locally and the constant nagging by the associates is very off putting and makes you feel extremely rushed rather than being able to take your time to make sure youre getting the right item. The final straw for me was today when the older lady in the garden section had a snide remark for me as I left, make sure to hold onto your mouth so it works properly. I can only assume this was in response to her not hearing me respond when told to have a good day. Regardless, Im not going to spend more money on higher priced items to be treated like a child by anyone when Ive been nothing but respectful. Ill just start making the drive to Lowes or Home Depot from now on.

Walked in looking for a variety pack of screws and bolts and within 5min a worker came to me and guided me to what I was looking for. Since I found was I was looking for so quick I decided to look around a bit more. In the next 10min I had 2 different workers ask if they could help me with anything. Prices are a little high for me but the service is amazing!

This place is way bigger than it looks! Prices are slightly high but they do carry stuff that you more than likely need or want. Its hard to look through everything tho, but is organized properly for the most part. Pretty much, my new favorite hardware store go to!

This store is brand new . They have a wide wide selection of products that I was looking for. If this store has a drawback I would say its the help. The first time I went there I knew more than the whatever he was ( i.e. salesman, expert). The last time I went there the female cashier was gossiping with another employee and someone standing in line behind me instead of waiting on me and ringing up my purchase. In all fairness they may be new like the store and probably get better over time . But this store has it all and pretty good prices too. I mean its not as big as home depot or Lowes but its right there in the neighborhood and I think it will do well. I know I will be going back. And with Kroger right there by it,what a convenience.

Great store, but the older lady who works the register in the garden section is a little annoying. Ill probably drive a little farther to Lowes next time just to avoid her. It is indeed possible to help too much. Also, dont go overboard on trying to get me to sign up for a rewards card.

I don’t understand why they advertise that they are open at eight but when you call no one answers the phone I am on my way there now let’s see what will happen.I need a 25 inch chain for my saw and I’m hoping they will have it.Well I made it to the store I was greeted by kindly staff was told a staff member would meet me back there right away in the chainsaw section until I went back there to select my chain and no one never came I waited about 20 minutes and no one never helped me the guy said he would be there in a minute and never showed up. I was able to find my chain and check out with no problems.The employees were Wearing masks which was comforting. I will say the store was put in a great location and they have just about everything imaginable in that store that you could possibly need. I gave the store three stores for being neat new and having everything that you need but I only give that store one star because I could not get no one to help me I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and then when the person said they were going to help me they never showed up horrible horrible staff this is a brand new store and they just opened I hope they will see this review and fix their problem especially with answering phones.

I went in asking where I could find acaulk gun and a dryer vent brush. A man immediately walked me right to it. Then he got on a phone and requested help to locate the brush. Ill definitely be back! 30 seconds in I was asked if I needed help from a guy almost sprinting helping another customers need and he stopped to guide me to find a T-square. Literally after that, another lady asked if I needed help, then another gentleman did the same when I stumbled on the isle across, and then finally one older gentleman asked me to assist with my purchase on some lumber work. Like the energy so ill be back.
