This was a very enjoyable experience. It was the first time Id been in this grocery store. I liked it a lot more then Family Dollar Food Lion Dollar General or Krogers! I think Im going to make it my new go to store.

The store has been remodeled and it is very clean with a nice selection of products.

High prices, low quality. I hate that its in my neighborhood. There is another Red and white less than 10 minutes away from this one, in another TYPE of neighborhood, and its much more attended to, stopped and even different selection of quality groceries. I only go to the red and white in my neighborhood as an emergency, I will drive an extra 5 minutes to the Publix or Kroger nearby. The parking lot is even jacked up, and the store managers LET homeless individuals and panhandlers linger around. They do not have proper employees or workers to maintain the grounds of the store. I hate it. The cashiers are nine times out of 10 if not on their phones when you walk up to their line or they are having a personal conversation with another employee, they dont even greet you or give you any kind of courtesy when ringing up your purchases. Most of them but not all of them, some are very courteous and nice. Again I hate it!

Visited for the first time today. Good prices. Staff were pleasant. Store is clean and stocked well.

Remodel is beautiful, I havent been in this particular Red and White in about a year. Very clean and staff is friendly.

I actually go to Red and White for the Lipton teas 5/5.00 so a dollar a piece. And the ginger cookies I use to eat as a child are in the store in a 1.00 bin. Also the meat you cant beat the price I went today for the 5 mix and match for 19.99 and to my surprise they changed it the family bundle you buy 5 and get a dollar off each package and no limitations, thats great for a large family. I did great filling my freezer.

I went to Red and White today while on lunch break. I went down the aisle and found a Red and White employee on the floor on the phone texting. I stood there for a few minutes to see if he’d ask me if I needed help. He never moved. Even when I pulled out my phone to take a picture of an item....he was still on the floor. When I started to walk away, that’s when he stood up. He didn’t care to ask me anything let alone speak. The first thing I thought was “where is the MOD?” Wow! Talk about lack of service....

Absolutely love the deals along with the meats that they offer. They can clean their store with another type of disinfectant. The smell u get pass once u get there n get all u need n get out.

Red and White on Ogeechee Road owners need to invest more into the quality of produce, poultry, dairy products, and can goods they sell within their store. There is a significant difference in the items sold in their store located on Habersham Street. I had to give 1 star to post my comment, but the store does not deserve 1/4 of a star.

Found anything that I wanted

Its a convenient place for me to grab groceries on the way home from work. Prices are the same as any other grocery store. They do have deals on meat packs usually. Most cashiers are a drag most of the time, you can tell they dont want to be there. Other than that a good store overall.

I love shopping at Red and White onOgeechee Road, Everyone is friendlyI have been shopping their since I movedIn Liberty City 2004.

Personally I give red and white 5 stars because red and white produce is so diverse it for all cultures, the food from the deli is delicious and its not over price,the produce like theyre fruits, vegetables fresh very very tasty and the the meats always fresh . The staff is always friendly and is very helpful

Very Good Prices on Meat.

Five times Ive bought products from this store that were expired. Just threw away half a two liter of Mt. Dew that expired 10/18 and its 3/19. They really need to pull expired products. Used to love shopping there, scared to buy anything out of this store now. I wonder if the owner knows. This is a definite law suit just waiting to happen.

The store is literally deplorable. Don’t get me wrong, they have a relatively friendly staff; however, I went in today to grab a quick snack and to my dismay, everything didn’t go as planned. For starters, there were flies IN THE MEAT. There was a pork chop package with flies actually IN the meat. There were flies everywhere in that section.After I left the deli, I purchased some Lunchables to hold me over in the meantime; but when I got to my destination, I noticed something odd. THERE WAS MOLD IN MY HAM LUNCHABLE. I didn’t return to the store because I didn’t have time but this was by far the worst visit I’ve ever had.

I had a random stranger ask to borrow my car for two days before I went into the store. On my way out I had a man ask me to give him some money 💰 and when I told him all my money was on a card he asked me to buy him some poptarts. The employees were good but the parking lot is full of crazy people begging for stuff.

I was in so much pain going into the store and I was very irritated. However, my cashier took notice of that as well as others who helped me shop and find whatever I needed. I never do reviews but in this case RED&WHITE can thank cashier 701 (Ms. Jeannie) because today she went over and beyond with her conversation with her care and concern and I honestly wont forget her she really made my day today and I needed that. Looking at her cashier number I know that was nothing but God because her number is also my birthday 😁. Because of her and the other associates I will be returning because they really didnt have what I wanted a great deal was in a store but didnt have what I wanted. Yet and still I say again that to was okay because of her.

I wish we could give ZERO or negative stars, because this place definitely deserves it .This is the MOST DISGUSTING store I have ever shopped at. Every part of this store is dirty and disgusting, bugs everywhere, trash all over displays and on shelves. I tried to give this store multiple chances because it is very close to my home, but now I WILL NEVER step foot inside this place. Cashiers are rude, almost all the managers have a nasty personality or attitude. The owner and his whole family are full of racists, always thinking someone is stealing and even when they are wrong they refuse to apologize. The meat they sell here is so old and reeks of a strong fish odor and shouldnt be sold. They sell moldy fruit and bread and refuse to take it off the shelves. Someone please close this place down. They are really struggling. AND somebody call the health department for an inspection.

This store definitely has friendly staff as far cashiers, but that end there. There customer service staff suck! I brought some meat from there for a family BBQ;they were just about to start seasoning the meet when they realized it was no good! I literally had just left the store 35 minutes and I couldnt not find my receipt. The cashier who checked me out was still there and remember me and I had my bank statement on my phone as proof of my purchase which was only the two packages of family chicken a whole 15.65. This customer service lady argued me down about me needing my receipt in order to return something and I was like well can I speak with your manager, because Im pretty sure yall can pull her register and get a print out of my receipt, because I was just in here. This purchase is still pending on my bank statement. She then tells me she is the customer service manager and her word was final. I was no maam its not. You may have won round one, but this fight is not over. Mind you I have the spoiled meat in the ziplock bags with the Red and White wrapping in the red and white bag.. So I go outside the with intent on look one more time for the receipt, but I go in my car and call the store and ask to speak with a store manager. Im immediately connected to the manager who is clearly in disbelief about the story Im telling him. I then tell Im in my car talking to you so he then tells to return back in the store and ask to speak with him to see what they say. I do just that while on the phone with him and ms. Rudeness lies and tells me his not there. So he then tells me he will be right up. The look on her face when he come up there and ask he why she lied and whats going on.. I not a nasty person, but you cant win when playing dirty all I wanted was my money back for the spoiled meat not her paycheck. He gave me my money back and try to give me a $100.00 gift card, but I told him I will not be returning here so I dont need it. This was over a year ago and I have never step foot back in Red and White and never will..

Im giving Jones/red & white this low review. I shop regular at this store; all cashiers are friendly & kind. I dont know the mans name but hes there most of the time; the boss. He is mean, nasty & really show he hate coming to his job around black ppl. He never smile nor does the big fellow working in meats another nasty & disrespectful. I would never again ask him a question again. If & when I have my own transportation Krogers here I come. No 1 grocery store; everyones pleasant, kind & helpful on Gwinnett Street.

Bathrooms are horrible. The caahiers need to smile. However the store is well stock.
