Replacing my counter tops couldnt have been easier. Leslie was amazing to work with from the moment I set foot in the showroom through the complete install. They sent someone out within a matter of days to do the template and were back to install the following week. The counters are beautiful and flawless.

We recently replaced the counters three bathrooms. The customer service throughout the process was over the top. Sheila was extremely responsive in getting us samples. The man who measured was timely and also gave great suggestions which we are happy we implemented. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Bought our new countertop from Home Depot on their 20%off sale. Multi stone supplied the quartz Viatera “Scorpio”. Excellent service and install. Would definitely recommend. Installers were able to work the countertop into this 160 yr old out of square home. Absolutely verklempt!!!

We recently used MultiStone to remodel three guest bathrooms. We were very pleased from the initial design phase through delivery and installation. Their in office project manager keep us informed of the scheduled delivery and installation process. We live on an island accessible via private ferry service and their installation personnel did not hesitate at the adventure this process required for the installation. The installer was not only very knowledgeable but very pleasant to have in our home. The results of the remodel have exceeded my expectations. We would recommend MultiStone to anyone interested in their products and services.

We are pleased with the end result of our new granite counter-top. Things that we particularly liked about the process was a) the ability to see the granite sheet before it was cut into pieces, b) the ability to review how the pieces would look together once cut, c) the precision measurements for the cutting and d) the quality of the installation itself. We had one minor problem (the riser behind the faucet wasnt tall enough) . Sara worked quickly to resolve the problem and had another riser made and installed in short order.

Sol and his installation partner were very friendly and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up when finished. The counter tops look beautiful and we would definitely recommend MultiStone to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.

So so so pleased with this company! We went directly through MultiStone to purchase our kitchen counters in our new home and I am so in love with them! Mike was amazing to work with. He came out to the house personally to make sure everything was done perfectly. He even suggested the leathered granite and we are soooo happy with it! They got the work done quickly and showed up when they said they would (not all of our other contractors were so reliable!). Thank you so much Mike!

They were courteous, pleasant and very thorough. Their professionalism was second to none, it was a pleasure to do business with them. We were doing it long distance and they made the transition very smooth, would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

The measurement and installation of our new countertops was well done...certainly above our expectations. However, there is two small scratches in one of the tops that need to be fixed or the top replaced. The MultiStone technician is not available to make the determination for nearly 2 weeks, and if the entire top needs replacement, then we would need to add more time for fabrication. Recommend MultiStone hire more technicians so these issues can be addressed in a more timely manner.

Quite satisfied overall. Shopping was somewhat difficult in the bins. Cheri was helpful. The two men that made the delivery were great. There was no follow up but I didnt need any as I was very happy in the end.

Multistone did an incredible job on our kitchen counters. We live in an old rebuilt farm house, nothing is square or level. They made our kitchen look like a master piece. They came out and measured, our stone was cut in a very short time frame and it was installed without any issues. The installers were fantastic, cared about their work and left the kitchen cleaner than when they found it. I cant recommend them highly enough.

GREAT COMPANY!!! My wife and I had new countertops done in our home and could not be happier with the quality of the Granite and the work! The staff really knows their products and made it easy for us to choose the type of edges that would look the best in our home.We even got to see the exact piece of Granite they were going to use. They came to the house and built the template and the work was done in about a week. We love it!

Customer service is garbage.We purchased through Home Depot in Savannah & nothing has gone well since.They called me to tell me they were on their way to measure my counters at a time that had not been scheduled, just called me saying they would be there in 20min. That technician apologized and told me he would give my number to a scheduler to call back & schedule a time I would actually be available. The scheduler never called, now 2 weeks later.I called Home Depot to try to get ahold of them and was provided with a name & number. Ive now left Sheila 2 voicemails over the past 2 weeks, left another person a voicemail, and I am typing this while listening to the receptionists phone ring for what has currently been 8min with no answer yet.I am about to take this up with Home Depot and try to get my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. When working with thousands of dollars per order, I expect a certain level of professionalism & MultiStones services have been an complete disappointment up to this point.UPDATE: After 14minutes on hold, the line clicked and was disconnected. No one ever answered the phone. Online it states that theyre open from 8am-5pm today and I made sure to call before they might go on lunch (now 10:35am). I will be doing my best to get my money back and move forward with a more competent, professional company.

**Update: Another technician came today with the proper kit and fixed our chip on the new countertop. I haven’t seen it personally, but my husband said it looked good. It’s not the smoothest experience with them, but over the time, I do see they improve and have become more responsive. So I guess at least they do care as a business.—————————————————After spending $$$ on our countertop (via HomeDepot, but MultiStone is the actual installer), our countertop has a small but noticeable chip. They sent a guy to fix it. All he did was to apply some sealer, but he lied to me, saying this would fix/smooth it. He left within 10 minutes. Due to the strong smell of the sealer, I didn’t go near to check and believed in him.Now woe is me. Our chip is still right there. After I googled what sealer does, I realized the sealer won’t fix the chip at all. I’m disgusted by his open lie. I wish I could post a picture to show the chip.**I will come back and update it if they successfully repair it. Currently we are being told that they will have to get a kit to repair our chip. I do wish they (as a company specializing in stones) had the kit ready soon.

We love our new kitchen countertops...cant sing enough praises about Martin and Norlan who did the install. Even though the horribly cold weather froze the slabs together they were able to thaw them and install them perfectly.Would highly recommend them.

I am disappointed again and again by this company that was contracted through Lowes. First, they promised no seams and then they arrived with the granite and said they were incapable of carrying the granite into my apartment unless they cut seams into it. The manager claimed that the template person should have reported the problem but didnt. The granite could be carried into the apartment by stronger men, but the manager decided he would rather not chance injury to his installers. His installers were small weak Mexicans. Then I had to wait like a month with no kitchen for them to go back through fabrication. Then they came about a month later and finally installed it with seams. This time, there were entirely new people handling the install and they were farmed out from another company (not company employees). These installers forced a section between a wall and the refrigerator so tight that the refrigerator can not be pulled back from the wall anymore without doing damage to it. Also scratches were found in the granite shortly after the installers left. Its over a month later, and Im waiting for their people to show up for an appointment we made a month ago to correct these problems. Again, they are over half an hour late so far as I write this review for which I would give them a 0 star if I could. This entire installation will have to be redone to make this right, which likely means another month without a kitchen. BEWARE!

The folks at Multistone are true professionals! We had a ruptured pipe and a flooded kitchen and these folks came to our rescue to safely remove our beautiful granite countertops so that the clean up and abatement crew could get their job done quickly. They were responsive, respectful, and did a beautiful job preserving my countertops. I highly recommend Multistone if youre looking for beautiful new countertops or for somebody to preserve the beautiful ones you already have during an emergency cleanup!

We are somewhat disappointed in our coutertops. It may be the quality or not be as familiar with granit as we should have been. When running your hand over the finished product, we feel small pits in on the finished surface. I am worried about germs, etc. getting trapped and unable to keep it clean. But our biggest disappointment is when we went to install our stove (which took awhile after the counter tops were finished). Our stove will not fit in the opening. The granite top is 1/16 to tight for our stove to go into the opening. When we called the company, they want $300 to correct THEIR error. Said it was because they didnt get called sooner. Bottom line, whether it was one day or one year....the stove wont fit the opening! Very disappointed in their customer service!

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would have. We ordered countertops through lowes and the process was very simple. 2 weeks after templates were made, we got a call from lowes saying that we had to pay an additional $450 because we had s big island. We asked for more information and we were told that Multi-stone was the one charging that and that we need to discuss it with them directly. I called them and I was told that it was lowes charging it and it’s in their contract. Long story short we were lied to because lowes was able to provide proof that they were only relating the additional charges to us. We were very happy with the service we got from lowes but unfortunately multi-stone does not have good business ethics. The amount was not the issue. We just wanted an explanation of the charge. We needed up canceling the order since fabrication had not begun yet. We will not be doing any business with them again and unfortunately when it comes to countertops, lowes lost our business as well for something they didn’t do.

My wife and i love our new counter tops... Shannon was our sales rep. And she was amazing.. she answered all our questions.. made us feel right at home.. after we chose our granite.. they templated 4 days later and 2 weeks later they were installing our kitchen and vanities... everything is beautiful... my wife loves it.. which makes my life great... happy wife happy life... thank you Shannon and multistone...sounds like some of these other people should find the common denominator, appears Lowes and Home Depot blame Multistone for their own lack of communication.. Multistone never missed a step with our project.

Do not use this company. We ordered our countertops through Home Depot, which uses Multi-Stone out of Savannah (Brunswick store). Not at all happy with our experience. First, granite has natural patterns, etc...but on our backsplash, it looks like circular oil spots. Second, we specifically told this company we wanted to install a custom spice cabinet--to leave extra overhang/have counter longer than the original counter. The template guy understood this. On the day of installation, the granite backsplash was too short, so the installers (who had no knowledge of what I told the template b/c nobody communicated) asked my husband what they should do--my husband (his fault) said have it match the backsplash piece. Had the backsplash piece been cut the correct length, this would not have happened. The installers also should have called the home company and asked why there was a discrepancy. Additionally, the backsplash piece is too tall and the installers shimmed the countertop supports and theres a very visable gap at the breakfast bar. The installers told me not to put weight on the breakfast bar part until this is repaired b/c that piece of granite could fall and break (meaning, I had to hire another contractor to come and fix the countertop supports....). There is also an area where the seam is and you can easily feel it sticking up--that area should be smooth. I have had two other contractors come in and look at what Multi-Stone did and they both noted the poor workmanship. I also called Multi-Stone and asked how we could remedy this, recognizing that my husband telling them to cut the counter was our fault, but that the backsplash (first major error) was their fault. I spoke with both Kelsey and Mike--her supervisor--calling them twice in the same week....this was almost three weeks ago and they have yet to call me back and remedy the problem. We still cant use the breakfast bar. I also called Home Depot and sent them pictures of the poor workmanship and told them what the two other contractors told me. Stay away from this company. We thought we were getting a good deal, but you get what you pay for.

Multi Stone lacks any decent communication whatsoever. Lowes contracted them to install they skipped on dates didnt show twice. no one will return a phone call no one is ever in the office. They are less than sub par. They are by far the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with if it wasnt too late and my slabs werent already in their facility I would find a local company that actually cares about out business.

The granite was beautiful and when you first looked at it after installation it looked fine. When they left I as looking closer and found that it varied in space between the wall and granite not sitting flush on over half of it. We contacted them and a guy came to look at it. They asked us to pay more for their mistake to fix it. We insisted they did. Since then they have ignored every email or call we have made! They are very rude and I wouldnt use them EVER!!!!!

Do not contract them through Home Depot or Lowes. They are the worst company ever and use sub-contractors. The whole damn purchase was a miscommunication and after 8 weeks I still didnt have a full set of countertops I paid for. What a disaster! Never again!
