Im so happy for Sisters Beauty Supply, their wigs are good quality, and the customer service is excellent. Theres is a African American lady who works there, she is so helpful and she reallly cares about the customers.

I found the little girls that I wanted is just that the attending person that work there she was kind of a not wanting to go back and forth but I continue until I found exactly what I wanted yay I got it overall I would rate her for but the store is so packed its hard to get around its hard to see exactly what you want so you got to ask questions right?????;😳

I just ask of they can play something other than gospel all the time. I dont understand why they feel it would make us comfortable and at home if you have gospel on. Im not saying turn too E93 or something, just give us something played with it.

I have frequented the store countless times and never experienced horrible customer service from an employee. The employee who was finalizing my transaction had no idea clue of how to execute customer service. I greeted the employee and was totally disregarded. I spoke again and relayed to the employee that I spoke earlier and yet in still no response. Implementing customer service is essential when servicing customers. I am very disappointed.

Very little selection, tight tight quarters, it was sketchy/ dirty outside the store, and the workers uncomfortably follow you around the store. I wanted to look them in the eye and say honey, I dont need to steal!
