My experience at this shop was wonderful. The associate greeted us and was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the items which we were interested in. If you are a newbie in the wig game I would recommend that come and bring all questions and ask for Rebecca.

Great customer service! What makes this store even better is that it is black owned. Prices are inexpensive considering the other hair stores in town. Employees are helpful & actually know about the products they sell. This store has a variety for everyone especially older women who look for grey hair extensions! Best hair store in Savannah.

The owner was very helpful. Was able to receive the supplies that I was looking for, but unknown to me at the time or him that they were the wrong things that my granddaughter was asking for. But still overall a great experience.

I love the customer service here. I am always offered assistance even when I dont ask for it. The accessories are inexpensive. The hair is great, in quality. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I have been shopping here for over 20 years and will continue to shop here.

Treats everyone as if they are a potential thief. Make sure if you are going to purchase items from their store for somebody else that you come with YOUR own credit card because if you happen to have that persons card on you to pay for their items they will not allow you to purchase from their store at all unless that person is present. What makes it even more unprofessional is that there is not a sign posted outside of the store stating this policy of theirs. Literally the only hair store in Savannah that I have ever been in that treated me as if Im a potential thief.

I went in the store to purchase hair for my mother, I bought hair that she would like but instead she wanted a wig, found a wig but didnt have her color so I decided to just get a refund but on the receipt it says no refunds only exchange whoever the manager that was there was very rude, he could have gave me a refund I could have seen if I left the store then came back a few days later but I was still in the store. I feel they did not meet there customers need, I will never go back there

PRICE GOUGING AT ITS FINEST. DARK AND LOVELY/CLAIROL DYE NORMALLY 5 TO 6 MAX. It is 7.69 here..8 WITH TAX! Ridiculous!
