Don’t expect to be seen on time. Will have you waiting for almost an hour to be seen. Was waiting for almost 2 hours even though I was on time and early but I ended up leaving. However I did like my doctor that seen me.

Dr. Sidney was very helpful and performed the MOHs surgery on my lip due to having skin cancer. He referred me to a plastic surgeon and I received stitches at the plastic surgeons office. I had to call Dr. Sidney personally due to it being an emergency of me popping my stitches and I didnt know how to get ahold of the plastic surgeons office due to being after hours. Dr. Sidney got me right to the plastic surgeons office and was so kind and helpful through the whole thing! He also gave me his personal cell phone number, just in case if I needed his help. And boy did I need his help. And he also called me the same day of my surgery after hours to follow up. What kind of provider does that? I have never heard of any provider calling any patient after hours. I will continue to see Dr. Sidney as my dermatologist for future visits! He is amazing at what he does! Savannah and Hardeeville is lucky to have him at their offices. Highly recommend him!!!

I like the doctor he help me. My last appointment was on video and the doctor told me the nurse will call me for a appointment when I call the kept putting me on hold. Its been almost a year and still no appointment

I called on Wednesday to get an appointment for a place I was a little concerned about. The receptionist said I have an appointment at 11:10 tomorrow. I was not in a rush but I thought okay great. I left home for about a 45 minute drive so that I would be on time. I arrive at 10:45. I went in and checked in. At 11:40 I asked the receptionist if they might have missed me. She said no and would find out when I was due to go in. She came back and said that there was one person ahead of me. At 11:50 I was called back and was the last person in the waiting room. All the while people were coming in and going in to be seen and leaving while I waited. I understand waiting but this was bordering on ridiculous. So I went back and was told to put on the gown. I waited another 20 minutes and still had not been seen. I left. Many employees were standing around just chatting. I am only one. But I am one and felt disrespected.

I cannot remember the ladies names who assisted Dr. Smith yesterday with removing a growth from my sons finger. I apologize for that, Im horrible with names. I would also like to apologize for any personal injuries that my son may have caused during said removal. He really is a sweet boy when his finger isnt cold. All of you were great and professional and kind. I guess I should also apologize for any patient decline that is likely caused from the horrible sounds emitted from my 7 year olds lungs. I appreciate all of you, and if you know of a good exorcist locally were looking for recommendations.Sincerely, Deaf Dad

Excellent, caring and professional staff. Renesa and Cindy went above and beyond to help me with an insurance claim. They are always very friendly and helpful. It’s a busy practice but PA Beth takes the time to discuss your concerns.

I’ve been trying to get medication for scalp psoriasis since September. Yes you read that right, September! They play the blame game with who is responsible for why it is taking so long. I have asked for any medication that will help but they insist on trying to get Humira approved. Is it because they get a kick back? The medication is $5k per shot. I’ve given up and now I’ll be going somewhere else.

We have sat in the waiting room for over a hour. Woman at desk has nasty attitude and says we will be next and they call back other people. Watch people walk in the door and not even get seated before they are being held back?? Why have a appointment and wait a hour? But if your 15min late then you must reschedule. Really not a great place. I hope we never come back and i hope anyone needing skin care please find another place to go...

Exactly what you want in a doctor’s experience! Quick, efficient, and enjoyable. I hate more than anything when you need something done, you schedule a doctor’s apt and they look at it only to make you schedule for 3 weeks later to actually do something about it. Here, I was seen very quickly, my NP Martina found some potentially concerning moles, she biopsies them right then and there and sent them off to pathology. 🙌🏻 She listened to my concerns and eased my fears. Everyone I saw was wonderful and great at explaining things well. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know with skin concerns!

I was told at the time of appointment someone would email me confirmation and information I needed. Didnt happen. I did receive an automated reminder but it did not provide address. I looked up the info and found it myself. To be fair I arrived 7 minutes late.(got lost) I was handed a bulky laptop to enter all information. there is no comfortable way to sit and enter the information without almost dropping the laptop. I expressed my desire for them not to copy my minor child ID. I offered mine instead. I was told insurance would not be submitted by them that way and I would have to pay out of pocket that day. After much protest I just gave in. Once that was settled We waited for 45 minutes to be called back for a 5 minute exam. When trying to multi-task and get a school excuse for my son while another person filled out RX I was met with oppositional behavior from the staff. I needed to get going as we had been there 2 hours already and work was calling. The doctor that saw us, Tony was great though. Very friendly and did his job well. He is the only reason 2 stars are being given. Needless to say we will find a better ran organization next time.

Excellent service, a kind and caring staff- it was very obvious that their first priority was patient comfort and care. After a quick diagnosis, my sisters procedure was handled right then instead of just scheduling another date to come back. The clinic was busy and there was a small wait, but much shorter than I have had at many other much less busy doctors offices. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place is *ridiculous*. Had my first ever appointment there, arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. It was AN HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment time that they finally called me back. And this was after I went up to the desk to tell them I was this close to walking out because I kept seeing new people come in, get seen, and leave. I was just there to have a couple things checked out. My time with the doctor was less than five minutes. I was told that they were backed up because of one emergency after another. Why didnt they have some of the other doctors take over the patients of the one who was backed up? They completely cleared out the lobby while I was there (aside from one other patient who had the same doctor and was scheduled 30 minutes after me), and I kept seeing doctors hanging out behind the front desk, chatting with the staff.Once I finally went back there, things went quickly--maybe a bit too quickly--but that wait time... ugh. I will never deal with that again.

First off, a lot of the staff at this clinic is so unprofessional, mainly the front desk staff. I had my first appointment there at 1:00pm and I arrived at 12:45pm to be courteously on time and it wasnt until 1:30pm that someone from the front desk tells me its going to be an hour wait because they were backed up. So they couldnt tell me this when I signed in?? It was quite frustrating! Then the whole time while Im waiting the front desk staff is lounging around, talking loudly and about personal things that quite honestly, no one needed to hear. I just called the office to inquire about something Ive been battling with them for a month now and the lady on the phone kept talking to me with an attitude; the staff here needs some serious customer service training. Ive talked to different people about my problem and get different answers all the time, then when they say they will call you back, most of the time, they wont! This place will rip you off of your money and on top of that, treat you like trash. Will never deal with these people again! STAY AWAY!

Do not go here! They sent me to collections for $50 dollars when I have full insurance that should of covered this if they processed it correctly. It looks like Im not the only one with this issue. The prescription they gave me didnt even work. I had to see another dermatologist. Stay far away from this place. They shouldnt be in business!

I would give no stars if I could! WORST TIME OF MY LIFE!!! I waited 3 months to see Dr. Sydney Smith. My appointment was for originally the last month but they called and rescheduled with me because dr. Sidney was going out of town. So I went there 6/6/2019 and the lady at the desk with the pony tail was so rude. Then I get taken to the back and a student doctor comes in looks at my rash around my eyes it says Im allergic to toothpaste. Im confused how a rash around my eyes have anything to do with toothpaste? I told her I wanted to see my doctor I waited three months to see him,and she says well hes going to do whatever I tell him to do... She wasnt happy with my request. Im paying 100 to see my doctor NOT a student! She says its doc day. I told her I dont know what shes talking about? To me its just Thursday. She said I need 3 antibiotics to cure it. One being a cream. But if its a allergic reaction to toothpaste why am I even needing antibiotics? I told her please just let me see my doctor. She left the room Im thinking to get Dr Sydney Smith.. 30 minutes later someone comes in and asked me what pharmacy I use. Still no doctor. After 45 minutes I just leave. I guess they were trying to make me suffer and wait just because I wanted to see my doctor. Then I talk to the pharmacist and she says an antibiotic was called in but it was the wrong dosage. The pharmacist called them back to ask them whats going on and they just canceled the prescription all together. So the student doctor didnt even know what dose she was supposed to prescribed. Now Im out of time money and aggravation. I went there 4 years ago didnt have a single problem. I dont know what happened to Dr Sydney Smith he use to care about his patience. In the end its all about money. Its sad smh

Took my better half, M. Murphy to have basil cell cancer removed from very close to his eye.Staff was efficient and friendly.Very good experience. Dr. Sidney Smith was a consummate professional!Imagine my surprise ...as we returned home to Statesboro and a very skilled plastic surgeon was picked by Dr. Smith to finish closing up...and my partner retired early...to hear the phone ring after ten pm...and it was Dr Smith checking to make sure all was well.He hadnt had an opportunity to speak with us after the initial MOHS procedure was declared an all clear and we beelined it back to the boro.This is truly a doctor so cares about his patients. I was so touched to know that even with the amount of patients he was tasked with providing services for that day...he followed up after what had to be an incredibly ling day for him.Thanks doc.

If you want your insurance pays for your visit, dont go there since their staff unable to process a claim correctly and in the end, they sent you a bill for your visit. Unfortunately, I went there in July, and still they cannot fix their mistake and send a correct claim based on their contract with my insurance company (United HealthCare)

Do not go here. They have employees performing surgery with no degree. The staff is vey unprofessional. The worst experience of my life. I am seeking legal advice and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This place needs to be shut down.

I went in to have melanoma removed off my side and was a little worried with never having surgery before. The staff was very friendly and so was the doctor and nurse however I was really disappointed in how they bandaged me up to leave the office. I had a 4 inch long and 1inch wide of skin taken out along with 4 other moles taken out. The nurse put a 4 inch long and 1/2 cm wide bandage on the big incision and I had to go back to work with this I was thinking it was kind of small for the procedure but they have done it more than me. Well I go back to work and within 30 minutes I had blood everywhere on my new shirt I mean it looke like I had been stabbed multiple times in my side, my back and my arm my new shirt was ruined. I then went in the back of my place of business and bandaged up the incisions my self and had to work the rest of the day with a blood stained shirt. Then on top of that my stitches were set to come out 2 weeks later they call me the Thursday before to confirm I told them I would be there. I then get a call 4 hours before my appt. to tell me my appt. has been moved to 2:30pm I told them no because of my work schedule then the girl wanted to argue with me that she said they tried to call me yeah 10 minutes before I called them back the day of the appt. I usually dont write reviews ever but I felt the need in this case to tell my experience which was not very good with this clinic. I will not go back there after I get my stitches out for my follow up visits which will be at least once a year for the rest of my life.
