Whenever I have gone into the Staples on Victory Drive, they have gone out of their way to help me. They impressed me many years ago, my daughter had to have something for I believe Elementary School, we walked through the door as soon as they opened, a man greeted us, asked if he could help, realized we might be late to school, this man RAN to retrieve what we needed, and then hustled back to the register to ring us up. My daughter got to school on time.

Ordered 2 outdoor banners June 8th for Community Block Party being held June 19th. (They contract with outside company to do them). Was told it would be a 5 day turnaround. Received emails on 6/14th - 6-17th no banners, 6/15th the male clerk was extremely rude when I asked wheres my order.. he asked me what did I want him to do, they aint there and walked away...ok..6/16th was given 2 indoor banners which had the wrong printed address in the place of the outdoor banners until the arrival of the originals on the 18th., the morning of the 18th was told they were on the FedEx truck in Pt Wentworth would be to Staples/Victory Dr by 4:30pm. Im excited..Get there at 5pm NO BANNERS.. for event June 19th.. was told they would arrive on the 21st.REALLY?! Received full refund.. but now I have nothing to show for the Block Party NOTHING!!This is for an event for the community, with City Officials, health officials and mainly the community participating.How will you see that the event is right here??Been member with Staples for more than 10 years.. Will never patronize Staples/Victory Dr nor Staples period.

They sell office supplies that I need at decent prices. If you need to know where something is all you have to do is ask and someone will happily lead you strait to what you are looking for.

This store needs more employees at their Print Center. Ive never seen more than 1 person there, and that person is always trying to handle 85 things

Were very impressed with the customer service we received at this Staples location. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We contacted them asking if we could extend our online orders local pickup date and theyre willing to hold our order an extra day instead of canceling our order. Thank you so much!

I needed some business cards printed out using the same day pick up that Staples offers online. The first time I ordered them the website set my home location in Atlanta, Georgia saying it was .2 miles away...I live in Savannah, Georgia. I managed to get a refund for this order. Next I made sure to set it to the correct location and I made sure that the cards were all fitted correctly and everything was in order. It wasnt until tonight when I received my business cards that all 250 of them were printed and cut poorly, ruining the design I wanted. The parameters were all correct on the website, but the job was done very poorly in store. I will no longer be using this staples location for any of my services and will instead use my own resources and skills.

I came all the way from Pooler to get some invitations and other things printed. I have had bad experiences with different staples in the past, but this location WAS AMAZING! Mary Anne in the print center made our day with her kindness and helpfulness.Not to mention, their prices are so affordable! Highly suggest this location for any and all your printing needs!!!

I had something dropped off to be laminated. I come back the next day and the job hadn’t even been started. Come back later that day and they hadn’t completely finished the job. On top of the bad service the manager wasn’t capable of refunding me due to the poor service. They said the best they could do was give us the same of the General Manager. I am astounded that several people were willing to do the least amount of work possible.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The staff at this location was so friendly to me. I arrived after closing hours, and they opened the doors for me to recieve my order.

For the most part Ive always use staples for my shipping and printing needs. And Ive never had a problem but on my last two visits maybe I guess customer service has been going downhill Ive encountered three different employees on two different days and their attitude is its hard to stomach. Did not helpful and is there very nasty Im an easy-going person and to have bad customer service is the last thing I need like I said maybe its the quality of people that theyre hiring now but the last two experiences were not very rewarding. If they see this post I hope they take it as respectful criticism and not me bashing them. I know everyone needs a job but sometimes people should act as if they need their job. When you sign up for a position whether its the highest or lowest paid position act as if it is important that you do it well.

The print shop is the only reason I visit this staples great employees who care especially Hannah she is very sweet and kind. She helped me with my phone and had a smile on her face doing so great experience I visit often

Great print counter, be patient with them bc it seems understaffed and swamped by inconsiderate SCAD knuckleheads and others that seem to think printers are faeries. Always solid job. Better than ‘local’ printers.

Deon at the print center was FANTASTIC. Service was friendly, quick AND she informed of major ways to save on what we needed printed, which is huge since we are a small business! Ive had stuff printed at Office Depot and office max and the staff there is mean, rude and not helpful but this was an awesome experience! Thank you Deon!! :)

A professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wish they could have help me with my PDF needed to enlarge print, which wouldve been fuzzy if blown up to sign & upload or email to employer HR. Thanks anyway, will look to strike fire next time!

If you have computer problems (of any sort), bring them to my man Lane at the service counter. Hes an excellent tech with a broad range of expertise.

Had a terrible experience with this location. Ordered and paid for business cards but when I went to pick up they said I had to pay again. Pretty much accused me of lying as if $16 is something to lie about. Definitely lost my business. Id suggest waiting before the product to pay.

Ugh. I asked for vinyl stickers to print on 3 times and this is what I was given. I asked after it was in my hand if there was adhesive on it because THE PACKAGE DID NOT SAY IT.She said yes definitely and, of course, when I get home its nothing even close to what Im looking for. Stole $17 from me.Very very dissatisfied and disappointed in these fools.

The staff was friendly but they definitely need more help here. And the systems for printing need a revamp - why did take 10 minutes for me to long into my email just to print out 5 pages?

I must say, to go to this location at least once a week... the customer service in copy and print department is terrible. Amanda is probably the reason people continue to deal with them . Her customer service is very attentive and pleasant. This will be my last time using them period because to spend money in staples when Wal-Mart does same thing with lower prices, I will rather go there from here on out. Spend alot of money and get terrible customer service doesnt make sense.

Got assistance immediately after entry. I was escorted to the area of my choice and determined the price higher than the store I just left. I was then granted a price match for my item. Great service, great people, great day.

I had to publish a yearly address booklet for a local club. . Deon in the print center went above and beyond. We saved several hundred dollars by publishing at Staples instead of the place we had published this booklet in the past. Deon was so helpful and it was due to her advice on how the format should look, we were able to publish this with such savings.

Even though I feel I didnt want much. This just wasnt the friendly astmoshpe. Store mgr and asst seem to do nothing but walk around and cherry pick customers they want to help.

The employee at the copy center was busy but very helpful. The negative aspect was that 2 out of 3 self copier machines were down leaving only one which required waiting longer than usual.

Everytime I am here, I am able to get exactly what I need. The print center is great and they are able to get a job printed quickly.

This Store might consider security and speed bumps. I came very close to being struck by a car while crossing from the parking spaces to the store and was also cussed out by the people who almost struck me with their vehicle. It was frightening on a few levels! Its no wonder to me why people have gone to ordering online!

Terrible service. One register open with 20 people in line. While an employee was playing on his phone, not helping anyone in any way. I walked out. Not worth the wait and frustration.

Went in to get a 30 color pages printed that would have taken her a two minutes to do. She said I would have to pick it up the next day because she had too much work to do. Wow. I was the only one there. I drove all the way there and basically got turned away.

Had the printer ink I needed and picked up some other office supplies.

Charged a fortune to send an email. Ups bystarbucks is 60 percent cheaper

Prices compared to other stores were more expensive.
