Got brand new Mac book pro display fixed.Fixed it for free while it was still in warranty.Went to Best Buy to compare prices( also the place I bought the Mac from 8 months earlier) Best Buy told me me estimated cost was 500-800$ so super grateful for this place. Always shopped here and staff are super cool, professional and efficient!
Computer advantage did not successfully complete the objective of fixing my laptop. Instead they charged me $300 to hand me back a halfway fixed laptop. Once I got home with my laptop I realized the speakers did not work. Furthermore, once the laptop died, it did not come back to life. They only fixed the laptop the the extent that I wouldn’t notice it was broken in the store. They only get 2 stars because they are responsive.
Took a phone there for a repair on charge port, did a quick clean out and a new cord, works great. Only charge was the cord. Staff super friendly
My name is Suzana Barton, and I own a design company called Happy Great Day®. I work an average of 40+ hours a week online. The performance of my computers is critical to the success of my business. Thankfully, I cannot brag enough on Branden, at Computer Advantage in Savannah, Georgia. Most people who know me well consider me to be “technical” and a “computer geek.” What they do not know is that Branden is my secret weapon! He is the ONLY person I would purchase a computer from, and he is my first line of defense for Apple products’ repair.
Brandon was very helpful. He helped with my MacBook connection issue and also helped my external hard drive be compatible to my laptop. Great service from Brandon and saved me $$$$ on buying a brand new laptop will deff go back for any future purchases and tech issues
Always provides top notch customer service. Very friendly and helpful.
They tried charging $700 for a simple re-solder. Avoid this place at all costs.
Very friendly and professional. Skip the frustration and anonymity of Best Buy and come here for any Mac related problems or purchases.
Great Mac repair shop! My iMac desktop is the nerve center of my business. After a Mac system update, the machine would no longer boot up, couldnt access any of my accounts and time was of the essence.Computer Advantage got it fixed in a shorter time than estimated, saved every last piece of existing information and all for a very reasonable price. Entire staff were very courteous and professional with Luke in particular being a standout!Couldnt recommend more highly!
Branden was extremely professional, patient and answered all our questions - we highly recommend Computer Advantage in Savannah! Branden definitely deserves a raise! 😊
Awesome experience when I went to have my iPhone 11 Pro Max looked at due to speaker issues. Awesome people in the place too letting me know what to expect and if for some reason the fix they did didn’t work, what my next steps were. Very knowledgeable and good music playing too!I had a sticker on my iPhone and thankfully, they were able to salvage it!
This place is awful. After setting up an appointment through Apple, I tried to take my iPhone in to get the ghost touch repaired. They immediately turned me away, saying they dont do any hardware work on iPhones. My MacBooks battery recently failed and I had no other option but to take it here, as I needed it for school. They charged me $340 when it should have been $200. When I picked it up, all of my stickers were gone too. They are so rude to customers and will overcharge anyone that walks through their doors. Extreme elitist attitudes yet not very knowledgeable about what theyre doing. Take your business across the street to Geek Squad at Best Buy, or to the Apple store in Charleston or Jacksonville.
Did a quick fix in shop that would have otherwise cost me $800 which Apple wasnt willing to pay for. These guys are the best, and after two successful repairs a year apart, I can wholeheartedly endorse them. Definitely my go-to for deep local Apple repairs.
As a person that travels to Savannah for work, some 300 miles. I had an urgent need to have screen replaced on my MacBook Pro. Within minutes of them having my computer, the parts had been ordered. Parts came in and computer returned in less than 3 days. Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff.
Great services provided and got my Macbook fixed in only two days time! Highly recommend them for all repair needs, will definitely come back again!
Went here to get my screen fixed because it had lines across it, and they fixed it in a couple days. i never received any updates on the situation, just a call saying it was ready to be picked up. however, when i got my laptop back all of my stickers were gone. they replaced the entire top part of the laptop and shipped it off to apple without bothering to tell me any of that. when i asked why they didn’t call me when they figured out they had to do that, so maybe i could come salvage some of the stickers that were from all of my travels and concerts and limited time ones from my favorite artists, they said “didn’t someone tell you this would happen when you dropped it off?” no. nobody did. rip those stickers and rip my business at this place ever again
Joey helped me and he was informative and patient. He answered all my questions when deciding how to handle my issue with my MacBook. (My issues was that I did a software update and the laptop went kaput and wouldnt load anymore.) Computer Advantage was convenient and kept me updated on progress in rectifying the problem. I got my Mac back within four days and that was with them sending it off. The store is quiet and all the employees are helpful and friendly.
Terrible experience....Computer Advantage gave the wrong information that almost cost my son $275.00. They said Apple will not fix the headphones. I called Apple support and they set up the broken Studio 3 headphones to be fixed! ! Everyone call Apple directly! The guy with the red beard had a nasty attitude. He was incorrectly paraphrasing Apples warranty saying that Apple doesnt fix physical issues when they do depending on the damage. He turned red and was so upset because I didnt want them to give out that wrong info to others. Apple doesnt allow Computer Advantage to resolve physical issues, so you must call Apple directly.
So nice people they are even service also excellent
They are very profesional and helpful with the customers
Drove 2 hours to have my screen fixed, and was denied service because of a MINIATURE scratch on the camera, super tiny, and could barely tell. What does that even have to do with my screen. Never coming again.
This is the worst place. Seriously just dont do it to yourself. The other reviews are correct. I decided to go here through apple care recommendation as I am a graduate student and I cant afford to drive or mail in my laptop. The customer service is horrible. I have to call to get updates. They initially told me my laptop would take 3-5 days and it is now been 8. Wednesday (it is now Saturday) they called and asked me to bring an external hard drive for the back up I requested and also that I had to pay extra for the partition back up. This was not initially told to me on the first day for the $50 back up. Furthermore, they next day deliver their parts, supposedly. My laptop was supposed to have been done Thursday. I called Friday and an agent stated he would call me back. He didnt. And now my laptop will not be completed until next week. I am still waiting Just drive the two hours to an apple store if you have apple products. Ive had the same problem with my laptop before and apple did not require an external. They called with updates and it only took 4 hours ( for free as well with warranty). No one has yet to apologize for the delay or anything. Just... dont... do... it.
The staff were wery friendly and professional and well inform. I dropped my iPad off on one day and got it back the next day. Thrilled!!!!
I went to this store several months ago, as directed by Apple, for a phone issue. Apple said they should have been able to assist me with the issue, and they were completely unable to help. I ended up having to drive all the way to Charleston, to the actual apple store, where I was able to get help. Why is this place an authorized apple repair store if they are unable to assist with simple issues?
Zac and all of the employees at Computer Advantage go beyond their duties to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Thanks to these guys, Christmas came early for me and Im so grateful for them. They are honest, thorough, and speedy with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!
For 15 years Computer Advantage has patiently and with humor taught me what I’ve wanted/needed to know about the 7 Apple computers I’ve purchased through them. My debt of gratitude is boundless. This very day Blair got me out of a terrible pickle using his technical skills and his incredibly wonderful customer service abilities. Thank you so much for being who you are and for the years of extraordinary service!!Peggy Varnedoe
I took my Mac book in for a battery charging problem. Joey quickly ran diagnostics and determined it was the power cord and I was able to buy one there. It’s great having a certified Apple so close by. Best Buy wouldn’t even look at it.
Went in to get AirPod replaced, they had it done the next day. Good people and very helpful.
Even during a pandemic I got my computer diagnosed, fixed, and returned to me within 5 days. Great service!
Brandon and Harmony were very knowledgeable, honest and professional about the capacity of the product and extent of repair and options.
Expert, Apple-certified iPhone screen repair. Knowledgeable, friendly, great communication and very fast. If you need it done right, these are the guys. My phone is good as new.
Went above and beyond even though I didnt end up using their services.Came in because my 2011 MacBook Pro was having some start-up issues. My own research led me to believe it was either my hard-drive or my video card. The team that was there today offered to test my video card, and advised me on my options. Didnt charge me a dime even though I took up their valuable time; theyve won me over as a consumer and I will use their services in the future should I need them. Phenomenal service experience.
I walked in with no appointment and a young man named,Skyler, asked to help me. He was excellent about information, usage and fixing my problem. I was very impressed and hope if you have a problem you will go to Computer Advantage in Savannah. Thank you.😊👍
I took my Mac Pro tower to them with a very complex graphics card issue and they were able to solve it in two days. Great skillful crew!
Quickly repaired a broken keyboard on a MacBook Pro. These guys worked through the weekend to repair my work laptop, I only needed to go without my work computer for a half day Friday afternoon and a half day Monday morning.Very happy with this repair, considering that Apple’s policy makes it extremely difficult to diagnose & repair parts in a timely manner.
Im sad to see all of the negative reviews because I received excellent service at computer advantage. The employees are very friendly and the manager was very knowledgable. I needed to get my hard drive replaced and they ordered me one, installed it and did a data transfer for a very affordable price. I went back a few days after they replaced my hard drive because I wanted files for a specific app and they transferred the files (which took a long time because my hard drive had been in such bad condition) and they didnt charge me any extra and refused to accept a tip. Very nice people!
Had a great experience here. Louie was very helpful and friendly. Kept us updated and got our iMac back into excellent working condition!
Ive been to Computer Advantage twice now for work on my computer and they have been wonderful to work with! I am new to Savannah and was bummed to find out there was no Apple Store, but after calling Apple and being referred to Computer Advantage and finding out that they do warranty work for Apple products, I was comforted that this place was so close to me. Everyone there is nice and I am highly satisfied with the experiences Ive had there.
Took my Mac in for a simple repair. I stated to the technician what the exact issue was yet they stated they ran all possible tests and did not find an issue that was very apparent. I took my Mac 4 hours away to an Apple Store where they immediately found the issue, replaced the broken part, and had me on my way within 30 minutes. Computer Advantage also wanted to charge me $85 to reinstall OS X when that is something I (and Apple) can do for free. I would highly recommend either taking the time to drive to an Apple Store or call Apple and have your device shipped to their repair warehouse. It would be great if Computer Advantage would give me a little compensation for my time and the gas it took to get there and back, but I highly doubt theyd even consider that because it seems as if all they want is money, and the other reviews only support that statement.
Frustrating experience with unskilled computer technicians. Their best associate/technician, Cam, is no longer working at this store, which was the only reason I have ever gone there. The remaining crew was unfriendly and elitist, and they began their dialogue with me, attempting to prove why they could not help me, rather than trying to solve my problem. They showed 0 interest in meeting my need.My experience, combined with other reviews, here, suggests they are not well-trained, unless you need help with a Mac that you purchased from them, and even then, only for specific tasks they are allowed to perform. Either way, Ive never encountered a computer technician more practiced at defending what he doesnt know how to do than at actually repairing a machine - not until the guy I met, today. I cannot recommend this outfit.
Awesome
Ive dealt with Computer Advantage for years - going back to when the Apple Newton was on the sales floor if that says anything and their name was AIS.Like all good repair shops, things change with new owners, names, and locations. Ever since David has been their in-store manager, repair times and communication have steadily gotten better. If you need Mac repair, software, accessories, or training then these are the guys to use for Apple Mac repair in Savannah.
Looks like my review was deleted? Although it was around 6 or so years ago, they lost my MacBook Pro and basically forced me to take another one. But first they tired to slip it past me. Good thing the MacBook they gave me had a sticker on the inside so I knew wasn’t mine. We went back and forth for months, I debated taking them to court but ended up taking the one they tried to slip by me because I was a student and was scared of court fees. They were very rude through the whole process. I’d never go back there again and didn’t. Anytime I had a Mac problem I made the drive to Charleston SC to one of the closest apple stores. Savannah needs an Apple store because of all the art students there. I hope they get one so no one gets fully taken advantage of. Again this was 6 years ago, but I think losing a computer and trying to sneak one past a customer is a serious offense and others need to know about it. I can only hope they’re under new management so something like this never happens to anyone else.
Great experience with Mr Gray. Husband was having issues with iPhone. We had spoken to Verizon and Apple care. Neither was able to resolve the issue. We briefly explained to Mr Gray what was happening and he found the solution. So grateful for that because we were getting frustrated. Would go back for any of our Apple product needs.
The guys at Computer Advantage are great. My iMac did not turn on and my warranty was running out so they had to rush order a bunch of parts to solve my issue. It all worked out in the end. I only had to visit twice to get my problem figured out. I could not ask for a better computer service. Highly recommended.
I fixed my dads phone and mine in less then a week! They are fast and very friendly! They are very knowledgeable about the product they sell and fix, as for pricing, its not cheep, but thats not their fault, they have to conform to the prices apple give them. Overall a great service!
Cameron was the only saving grace to this place. The manager was rude and disrespectful on top of lying to me on the phone about how long services would take. In addition Blair checked me in but had absolutely no clue what was going on and let me leave before he even checked in my phone (they were unable to work on it because of his incompetence).
This place is running a scam. I took my MacBook Pro there about a year and a half ago. They basically held it hostage for a week to run diagnostics, found nothing wrong (even though the computer couldn’t even power on) but still expected me to pay the $60 fee (which I paid to get it back sooner, but it took even longer than the normal time) and then wanted me to purchase a new part that MIGHT fix it for $700+.Out of necessity I recently called them so that I could purchase more RAM space for my iMac (which is the issue that Apple diagnosed my computer with). Even though Apple already diagnosed the problem, they insisted they needed to run diagnostics again (for a fee of course) and that it would take a minimum of three days unless I paid the $60 again. When I asked what the price might be for an additional 8gb of RAM for my particular computer (if the diagnostics proved thats what I needed), they refused to tell me and acted very weird about the situation.
Honestly I recommend that you just drive to the nearest Apple Store. I dont even want to give this one star but had to in order to write this review. My MacBook Pro (13 in. early 2015) had a flex cable issue that was causing my trackpad and keyboard to not work at all and I knew pretty well that this was the issue at hand as I had done a pretty thorough research and spoke to an Apple specialist on the phone. I went in hoping it would be cheaper and they told me that I would need to get it diagnosed ($45). As soon as they were looking at my computer the issue i described was the trackpad and keyboard but they made the marks on my screen an issue when the only thing wrong w it was that it looked bad from touching the keyboard. A couple days later I get an email telling me what I already knew in two-worded jargon that the issue was with the top casing and the Main Logic Board. So basically the motherboard hardware which doesnt take half a brain for anyone to figure out. And stated that the cost would be $615 plus tax. I didnt have enough money and I had to go to Jacksonville the next day so I decided to take my computer to the St. Jones Town Center for a look. I made an appt. (Free) when I got there it took less than 20 min for them to tell me what was wrong and tell me the price ($89) which was basically the cost for labor and the actual flex cable. In addition it turned out my computer was qualified for their quality program so they said they could replace my screen for free. It took less than 2 weeks for the apple store to fix my computer and at the end it ended up costing me only $10.23 plus tax as I was told my computer was under warranty as it was one of the many of the same model that had an issue w the flex cable. Moral of the story, drive to your nearest Apple store for a FREE diagnostic and they tell you the price BEFORE they take it in. If youre still skeptical abt the price, at least check w the apple store first and then compare w Comp. Advantage. That way if youre happy w the Apple price you wont waste your $45 diagnostics fee thats basically a less than 100 worded email w three words that actually matter. Apple store sends you confirmation emails for everything and the employees are super sweet and interactive with whatever your concern may be. Without the quality program and the warranty the cost would have been over $400 at the apple store if I chose to have my screen replaced in addition to the cable but im so glad I checked and save hundreds of dollars. But keep in mind that Even without the screen the total cost was only $89.
I have only visited Computer Advantage once (because I have a reliable Mac!) for a battery replacement. My MacBook Pro was three years old and this was the first needed repair or issue ever. I was very pleased with the diagnosis and turnaround time. They are not cheap but I dont mind paying for obvious quality. Its like getting a car serviced, you want the best folks on it or you will be sorry later. From reading some of the other reviews on here it seems some users have CA mixed up with some place called AIS? I dont know of that place, but the reviews are scathing and definitely not representative of my experience with Computer Advantage. I am taking my Mac back in to CA for a hard drive cable replacement soon, as I have had zero issues with the new battery put in months ago.
Recently I went in top purchase a new macbook air since my old laptop stopped chugging along. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Luke who went over in great detail all my options. He remained patient as I was flip flopping between screen size and storage. Once I made up my mind Luke went to tieback to ask the technician Lewis I believe who explained the data transfer to me. Both men were so patient with me and surprised me by getting all my photos, documents, and emails transferred in under 2 hours. I will gladly go back with any of my apple needs.
We have used Computer Advantage for many years for our Mac repairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The new store is especially nice and bright, very reminiscent of an actual Apple store.
We were out of town on vacation and having issues with my phone. They provided great service, fast and for a great price. Paying forward for them.
Excellent prices and services provided in a timely manner. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommend to anyone with computer trouble.
Had an issue where my iphone battery disconnected internally. These guys had my phone open and repaired in 5 minutes at no charge. Will definitely be back here for future phone needs.
I thought my computer was completely ruined, I took it in, the manager Zack immediately took to a tech in the back, the tech reset my board and the computer booted up. I was SAVED. all my data was recovered. The hard drive was failing, but they were able to get the information. These guys are awesome and very attentive. thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!!! :))))
Easily one of the worst experiences Ive ever had concerning my computer. Was on vacation and dropped my computer off after a liquid spill. Was told I would get a call within 3 days to give me an estimate. SIX days later I (Myself) have to call THEM to find out what is going on... only to be told that they FORGOT about my machine and havent even run a basic diagnostic on it. They tell me to send my computer to Apple & pay 1500 for Spill damage when they didnt bother to check the machine themselves. I pick it up, take the computer to a REAL Apple Store (Georgetown, Wash DC) and guess what Im charged for the repair? 238.35$... Thats IT. Just terrible. Drive to Jacksonville or take your computer to ATL. These people dont deserve to be Apple Authorized.
Would definitely recommend for Apple product care. Friendly staff with better customer service than you can expect anywhere else in Savannah.
Since this is the only Apple authorized store in the Savannah area, I have come in here several times. The store looks very much like an actual Apple Store, and the staff have been very helpful. I went this week with a phone problem and the man that assisted me didnt try to sell me anything, but told me itd be cheaper for me to try to take it to Apple and have them replace it. I havent had any bad experiences here!
I went here with low expectations after the guy was a little short with me on the phone and being made to drive there from Statesboro. However, with that being said, their service was great. I received my laptop back two days after dropping it off in mint condition. Im 99% certain they took my harddrive and put it in a brand new shell. Its awesome.Granted, they shipped it to Apple and Apple took care of the rest, I am still highly satisfied that they were able to get me back up and running so quickly.
Super knowledgeable, friendly staff. Theyve definitely won my business; I will not be using any other repair shops.
Took my 2009 MacBook Pro in in early Fall because the mouse pad had stopped responding. They installed a new one after running a diagnostics test and I had it back in 2 days. Nine months later, the pad is still working great and I havent had any problems. The price was fair for the job; would definitely return for any future problems.
Helped me fight apple to pay for the replacement of my macbook screen. really nice people
Love to get my computer checked and fixed here! Best experience ever.
I have never been disrespected from a company. After I updated my Ipod to IOS8 I was missing music. So I called the company and they told me that I never purchased this music (even though I had prof of purchase) they said I never bought it. So I had to go back and buy this music. I was called so many disrespectful things from these people. Will never buy anything else from Apple ever again.
Very inconsiderate. Demanded I drive to Savannah (over an hour away) so they could visually inspect my phone. Then I would have to drive back to Savannah to get the service after they ordered the battery which they apparently dont even keep in stock. Worthless to me. I would rather pay a friendly store for a new battery than have them replace my recalled iphone battery for free. And after reading some of their other reviews, I wouldnt trust them anyway.
My Macbook Air sustained significant water damage and I brought it to Computer Advantage to be diagnosed and either repaired or replaced. They diagnosed my computer quickly, giving me all my options to repair or replace. I brought my computer in on a Tuesday morning, asking if at all possible if they could have a new computer with my data transferred ( I wanted my new computer to look identical to the old one and was fearful I was going to lose much of my data) by the weekend. They has my new machine ready to go less than 24 hours later! Not only that, but when I opened the new machine, it was identical to the old one and the technicians made sure that all my email accounts and software was functionally properly before I left the store. I found their pricing for diagnostics and data transfer to be very reasonable. If I have any issues with any of my Apple products there is only one place I will take now and that is Computer Advantage. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a sudden malfunction with your system
Computer Advantage in Savannah, Ga gave me excellent service and fixed my computer that wouldnt boot at all! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with an apple products.
Absolutely the BEST customer service. I had an issue with a Macbook Pro, they dealt with it and solved issue to my advantage, super polite HIGHLY RECOMMEND Them!!!!!!
Without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In working with Apples customer service via phone, two different Apple reps told me to go to this store - that my computer had a notation in its file that the Logic board MUST be replaced (and at Appless expense). The clerk (a young man with a slight beard) was just about as rude as he could be, refusing to take it for repair - insisting that, if it had no symptoms, he could not repair it. I asked hime to contact Apple to check - and I think that he faked it, as he said he did not find any information. He insisted that no one could tell if the logic board was bad unless it was tested. I again advised him that this was not the case, and that Apple had made clear that it was to be replaced under any circumstances, as Apple would cover the costs. He again repeatedly rejected any attempt at reason, and said Im not taking it! With no option, I returned to my home in Hilton Head, SC (about a 70 mile round trip). When I returned home and again visited Apple Support, the representative read the instruction to me verbatim - and indicated that it was posted with my computer ID. I believe that this may be the most arrogant and rude service employee that I have ever met, but also that he was dishonestly pushing for a test, which would generate added revenue for the store. Ive been a CEO in 4 corporations, and if this person were my employee - he wouldnt be long. I now have an appointment in Charleston at a genuine Apple store, an even longer drive, but worth it, as I believe that I will be treated like a customer there.David HoffmeisterAs a footnote:The next day, I drove to Charleston to the real Apple store - took them exactly 30 seconds to confirm that what I had told the Computer Advantage clerk was indeed true - that Apple had indicated that the main logic board should be replace, regardless of any indicators as to whether it had a malfunction or not - this was essentially a recall. They took the computer, are now installing a new board, and the entire process was without charge - turnaround time 2 days. Not thats service - Apple should drop this company from their affiliated service group - they are not only incompetent, but clearly more interested in charging fees than solving problems. I would recommend that anyone needing a repair never consider this alternative with their Apple product.
RUN AWAY.......Nice Store, TOO BAD STAFF including the manager have no clue on customer service, ethics, or trustworthy. First their prices are a lot higher then any other store in savannah, the do not snuffly disclose all their fees upfront. I had a hard drive installed and the had given me a quote including data transfer for $225- $255. when i went to picked up the laptop, i was charged an additional $100. I confronted them and they claim it was disclosed to me when it was not. Manager not willing to do anything. if you still do business with them ( and I strongly advise against this) ask for a written estimate. and if their are any changes and they call you, ask them to send you a revised quote via email.I wil not eve go there or advise anyone else to go there. Irepair is an excellant, reasonable alternative. I had my iPhone repaired there and should have gone back.
So glad I went to this place. Super helpful and nice!
AVOID THEM. The other reviews are accurate. These guys are arrogant, dishonest and rude. They act as if a customer should be privileged that they have a problem with their computer and they are willing to look at it. Furthermore, they are inept and lie. I had a problem with my Macbook. It was there for repair. After receiving so much attitude from them I was practically in tears with the associate who kept interrupting me, talking down to me, and mouthing off, I even asked at one point, do you guys ever show the least bit of appreciation or consideration for someones business and time?Attitude aside, working with them added significant time to the repair process. When an Apple representative called to simply check on the progress, they told her it was sixth in line, and then promptly mailed it back to Apple. They waited until the next day, and then called and told me that Apple had asked them to do so. Having gotten to know the Apple representative very well, I know that she did no such thing (I did confirm with her that she did not do so-she simply called to check on status). They flat out lied, saying that Apple requested this system back. It added almost a week to an already ridiculous turnaround time for a non-working system that had been fixed by Apple and authorized service centers 5 times in less than 18 months. Avoid this company at all costs!
This establishment is the WROST and they are liars. I bought my daughter Apple Phone 5C to get shipped to the Apple Store for repair or replace. I was told bt AT&T even before bring it her that there was no water damage to the phone because that was something they checked for me before I even wasred my time on the drive to Savannah, GA which is 30 miles for me. I bought the phone in early Feb. 2015 was told it would take up to 10-15 days before I get the phone back. Got a call around the end of Feb stating that I have rusted parts on the iphone due to water damage. Made you if you read back AT&T had already check for that and said there was not water damage. The guy I was on the phone with wasnt trying to hear me when I told him and AT&T had already checked for that. Now how is he telling me now that there is water damage. Mind you when there is water damage your warranty is not covered. This guy asked me no he didnt ask me he told me that the phone would cost $288.00 something dollars to fix. Now I remeber him saying when I dropped the phone off that they dont even touch phones because they are not allowed to they shio them to Apple for repair. So why are they telling me they are seating there with the phone open and I have rust damage. To make a long store short my daughters father was here on the 13 March 2015 to pick up the phone to take it somewhere else to get fixed. H calls me to tell me that they are trying to charge him a diagnostic test fee. Because they had to run test on the phone, but you told me you guys dont touch the phones you mail them off to Apple. So what diagnostic fee are you charging me? Mind you that fee didnt get paid and I got the phone back.My daughters father took the phone back with him to North Carolina and to an Apple store or Specialized dealer in his area and the phones doesnt have water damaged and he can go pick up the new replaced cell phone today. So you tell me who is ripping people off.
Need to change the stores name to Apple Advantage since they only cater to Apple products. Using Computer in its name is deceiving and to general for its service.
Walked in to get some parts for a computer I was building only to find they really only carry Apple products. Complete waste of time.
Change the damn name if you dont have things for anything other than mac
Helpful, Knowledgable, Service Oriented!
2 guys 👍🏻👌 the other beard guy in the back no so nice...
You can do everything that they want you to pay for for free at iobit just Google it do your research and save yourself a bunch of money people who take advantage of others ignorance like this make me sick
Nasty attitude, and doesnt even carry apple products
