One of the only places downtown to get açaí bowls. I get my caramel macchiato here. Every time I go here I get great service. The girl today was very nice and got my things ready fast. Drop in this place for a quick fix. Highly recommended by review daddy.

Great little place, most creative coffee choices I have seen. I got the Nutella latte. Only reason not 5 stars is because my coffee wasnt hot enough to last the 5 min walk to a restaurant, and was only warm...tasted great though. Also asked for cold brew with simple syrup, and not enough was added, but they quickly corrected it when I asked, so still a good place to check out.

Worst Bubble Tea I have ever tasted! Absolutely disgusting consistency of the boba and it tasted like chemicals. Maybe if I had got something else my experience would have been better, but I almost threw up because of that horrid drink. Waste of money!!

I used to really like this place. Super cute ambiance. But recently I’ve gone in there and things just seem messy.I was there a few weeks ago and got bubble tea, but something tasted off— I believe they do not make it properly. There was also only one person working and they seemed to be under a lot of pressure.I went on a date there just last week and the iced coffee I got had a funky aftertaste. My date also stated the coffee they got was not as expected. I think it’d be a really nice place if they had adequate staffing with knowledge of how to properly make drinks.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The drinks we got were amazing and I loved that we could customize the sweetness to make sure we could enjoy their incredible desserts!

Love. Crepes, DELICIOUS panini, cocktails, and desserts. Please take all my money. Their cocktails are really tasty, and some are so unique. I had the Korean BBQ panini, and it was amazing. The cupcakes and key lime pie also on point. The daytime staff were so sweet and kind, they really made my day. During my evening visit, the staff seemed a little confused and took a while to get orders out. They were training a new employee at the time, so maybe that was the cause. Whatever, the place is so cute and the food so good, its worth the wait.

Stopped in for late night coffee. Place was clean and staff helpful.Ordered a $5.50 special Maple Cinnamon Latte. I believe they forgot the maple and cinnamon. Also got a tea, which was not very hot. Both drinks were small sized as well. They were also out of decaf coffee. Id think that would be a big seller late night. Overpriced und underperforming. Hopefully this is a one off occurrence.

Stopped into Shuga Girl for a quick breakfast before leaving Savannah. It was an okay experience overall. They were out of many things on the menu, including the smoothie bowls and the bacon for their featured crepe, which I thought was odd. They also had no savory vegetarian options, which forced my friend to order a Nutella crepe for breakfast, which she did not want! I highly recommend they add a savory vegetarian option, such as a veggie crepe or mushroom crepe for those who want no meat.The crepes we received were quite good though and we also ordered a couple bakery items which we were also happy with. The drinks were excellent as well! I had a lavender matcha latte which I highly recommend!

Website said they were open until 6:00pm. Arrived at 5:30 and the sign on the door said they were open until 9:00pm (thinking we had plenty of time).Lady would not serve us. Very rudely said they were closed. We explained the hours on the door and website and she still said “it doesn’t matter, we are closed.”A sign needs to be hung to properly reflect their hours if they are not going to update their website.

Girl working with purple hair was so sweet. there were a lot of people she was serving and she handled it so well. she probably could’ve used another person to help her out.

Inviting from the first step through the door. It felt comfortable like somewhere you could actually sit and take your time when you have time...better yet, even when you dont. The bathroom was amazing too! If the bathroom is great, the rest of the place has to be at a great standard too!!!

This place has SO many options and its one of my absolute favorite places to visit downtown. The vibes inside the Cafe are super artsy and soothing what with the lofi and kind workers.

This is the best place for crepes outside of Paris France. And unlike France, the service here is 10/10. Calling this place 5 stars is a disservice as it is a 10 star joint. Ray made and hand delivered our crepes to the outside dining area. He treated my girlfriend to her first ever crepe. This place is not only delicious but has the best service in the great United States of America.P.S. Ray does not own this place but he acts, dresses, and works in a way that someone who has skin in the game would. A real class act, and honestly the hardest working person I have seen thus far in the restaurant business in the wonderful state of Georgia.See the attached picture for proof

The drink selection is small but each is really good. The iced thai tea is one of the best Ive had, even compared to NY or ATL. Staff is quick with the orders and doesnt take long to be in and out. Snacks are quite good as well.

Went in for a boba tea, two teenagers didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and I had to get their attention to order. Then seemed confused at my basic order and when I got it, it was very unflavored. I don’t believe they know what boba tea is and how it should be made.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. It has a great atmosphere and is so beautiful and quaint. The sweet smells of coffee and treats are so inviting. I went here to grab dessert and boba tea with a date. Wanted a Thai Tea but they were out (understandable! it happens), so I got a coffee milk tea with boba instead. Take one sip and it’s... not good. Milk Tea by nature is supposed to be sweet, and there was absolutely no sugar in there whatsoever. Really wish that they would put that the drink is unsweetened on the menu to give a heads up. The tapioca pearls were also very warm which made the cold drink lukewarm. So disappointing! I was really looking forward to a good drink. However, the creme brûlée crepes are KILLER!

Not only was the crepe entirely too dense, this was the worst service Ive ever received in Savannah. Everyone who came in after us got their coffees before us, and we had to remind the staff of several things missing from our order. Sadly the experience does not match the adorable decor!

Excellent beverages and amazing crepes. The Rainbow Milk is a fun option for kids to feel grown up while mom or dad gets a coffee. Decor is fun, feminine, and golden. Staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend this to anyone looking for a breakfast bite in a chic and comfortable spot.

Absolutely amazingly helpful and kind staff! This weekend was Savannahs 20th Pride celebration and my family and I always come and show our support. While enjoying the festivities my best friends sister started having a panic attack. We slipped inside and the staff was absolutely incredible. Very caring and understanding and truly they went above and beyond. I just want to say thank you and hope everyone experiences the kindness of these wonderful people that work at Shuga Girl.

Shuga Girl has gone downhill since this pandemic...so only 1 star. My girls and I used to hang out and have Friday Happy hour but since they NO LONGER serve alcohol, we had to look for another place.

I have to give a huge thank you to these folk that were working during the pride parade and festival! I have extreme anxiety and I was in the middle of a bad panic attack during the parade and asked to please sit in the restaurant where it was quiet to come down from it. They were extremely helpful and attentive towards me. While understanding I was in the attack they asked my mom if I needed any water or anything as to avoid worsting my attack. I also have POTS and require a cooling vest in the heat to prevent episodes and they were more than happy to refreeze the packs anytime I needed it while working the festival. You guys are amazing and thank you so much!!!

This café has a really unique interior design. The drinks here are a little bit pricy and it tastes alright, if you are traveling to Savannah, I would recommend you to check this place out.

Imagine a spot so curated and so cute that you actually both admire and envy the decor. Shuga Girl is a visual delight with delicious treats. It’s the one of the few places in Savannah that serve Vietnamese coffee. They have sweet and savory pastries. Some of the baked goods come from local baking auteurs, Auspicious Baking. Plus, they have signature cocktails like the Hearts & Flowers. Shuga Girl reminds me of two places in New York, Sweet Revenge (It was in the West Village; now closed) and Butter Scotch (Brooklyn). The customer service is very friendly. It’s southern hospitality without artifice. Sweet!

I wanted to come here for something different rather than the normal coffee shop.the place was so cute, i ended up getting midnight in the garden, it had blueberry, matcha, lavender, and rose. I got it iced, it was soo good, deff coming back

Waited for nearly 15 minutes while the worker at the counter made the only other tables order. She never acknowledged us and then waited on another customer who just walked in. We walked out and went right next door and was greeted immediately. Pretty darn ridiculous.

Absolutely wonderful lil cafe and dessert spot right in the heart of the hippest part of town. Such a sweet staff and menu. Wife and i tried a few different menu items each day throughout our last weekend trip. I definite must when we revisit Savannah!

The food was decent but way too pricey.We went as a group, and ordered a pretty decent amount of food. It took an hour for me to get my food (a creme brulee crepe and a sassy chic panini). My friend got the acai bowl and said that it was sub par not, worth the price.My food was DELICIOUS and besides the wait I have absolutely no complaints about the food.If you are near and want to try something new it is a good choice but bring your wallet!

I had the savannah fog latte with oat milk and it was very delicious. I am also very happy that they had oat milk as Im allergic to dairy and nuts (no almond or coconut) and oat milk is so delicious. The atmosphere is also very cute and a nice place to rest and hangout while exploring savannah.

I am going to go with 4 stars. The interior of the cafe is very nicely done and welcoming. Even the restrooms are nicely done. Their menu is extremely varied and has a little bit of everything for everyone. Downside, their prices. For 2 peices of chocolate cake and 1 chai tea, the total was just under $25. I find it hard to imagine having a complete meal in a sidewalk cafe with such prices. I mean, if one drink and 2 deserts ran $25, imagine an entire meal. The chocolate cake was not bad, but was it in the top ten of cakes I had? No. I did not feel it was overly moist or making me want to have another peice. I will give Shuga Girl another chance, maybe I just happened to get the wrong cake and wrong tea and the next one I will get be the one that will overwhelm me and make me fall in love.

The milkshakes are amazing. However, they never have the ingredients for the paninis and it takes them forever to make them.

Nice place however crepes are so expensive and really not good. I would definitely not recommend them.
