On this visit, October 18, 2021, there were hardly any Halloween donuts left. At least we did get fresh, hot donuts to go.

My first time ever going and will be my last. I order a medium caramel mocha latte iced and it is nothing like what they advertise. Tiny drink they show it with whipped cream and caramel drizzle as you can see i got none of that.

This is a clean, nice well managed donut shop with a friendly, courteous staff. Although it is not a warm, cluttered mom and pop neighborhood donut shop, it still has a friendly vibe and presents its wares in beautiful clean glass cases. The original glazed is why we came but my wife found a little something more. I enjoyed a great cup of coffee while we sat outside although inside dining is available. I highly recommend this place and if your timing is right - your donuts will be warm!

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts, but YOU need to bring your own napkins. I had paper towels and spoon in the vehicle. If you dont drink you coffee black, you have to tell them how much of whatever you want in it...they add it! No napkins, stir sticks, sugar, etc. are out for costumers. But, the donuts were great! Service was great, also.

Been 6 years since I had Krispy Kreme. All I wanted was Raspberry filled doughnuts got all the way back to the hotel just to find out they were lemon filled. 😭😭

Whoever was on drive through duty at 1 pm ET can NOT communicate well and shouldn’t be doing it. We had to ask multiple times what she was saying

Ordered 2 coffee, 2 custurd filled donut...coffee was not hot..not cold but did not like it. Donut was Ok!!! Choclate did not taste like one but more sugary.... donut was small and less filled with custurd cream. Ok!!! Not bad...

You go there and ask for simple orders and half the women get it right the other just give you a box of glazed…. All it takes is moving a doughnut from the rack to a box quit being lazy

The customer service here is lacking. Came through the drive through at 10:00am no one in line and the young lady rushed my order and did not communicate well. They never have any raspberry filled doughnuts! Ever! Seriously considering another location!

The donuts were oddly shaped and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence in the store. Its was like 10:25. The donuts didnt even look fresh. The glaze was patchy. Very disappointed. Will be going to the pooler Krispy Kreme from now on.

The line was long as usual. I love kk donuts. They are the best. Thats what keeps me going back. Its definitely not the customer service.They are not known for their friendly smiles and Ill leave it there. Maybe some classes might help!

I mean its Krispy Kreme. As long as its clean and the service is good, and it was, how can it be bad. Maybe Im fortunate but Ive never had a bad experience at Krispy Kreme. I highly recommend it unless you have the diabetes. Then no. Just keep driving.

Honestly, I dont know why these little treats are so tasty. I love that you can find a special such as hey the second donut dozen for $1, or 2/$13.99. My children especially loved the Christmas themed donuts. Be careful, theyre addictive! This location is always great service, even during busy moments.

Its krispy Kreme. The product sells itself! The staff on the other hand seemed a little clueless they were nice but after telling them we had a mobile order under our name they asked if we were door dash and after telling them no we have a mobile order they messed up the whole order. Hopefully it was someone training and will work itself out.

Very quick and my drink is always perfect. Try the frozen lattes! Mocha with Hazelnut tastes really good!

They never have cake doughnuts. All the coffee beverages are disgusting. The frappe is so sweet it will throw you into full blown diabetes. The iced coffee tast e like old burnt morning coffee with ice and milk in it.

Stopped in today, ordered a dozen of donuts...1/2 glazed 1/2 chocolate iced creme filled...shouldve checked my box before leaving cause they had given me 1/2 glazed 1/2 chocolate iced (not creme filled). Im an hour away so really not worth going back to get the right ones. Ugh

I like being able to watch the doughnuts get made. The best part of this doughnut shop is Gloria.

Donuts were good as usual but service was extremely slow. The HOT sign was on so there was a long line. A couple of cars pulled off before getting their order.

What can you say, hot doughnuts and a glass of milk.....Heaven. Kudos. Fast service and delicious Doughnuts.

Only had 3 varieties of donuts on a Sunday morning and were incredibly slow. Poor girl working the window was by herself filling orders and taking money. Donuts were tasty but service was at a snails pace

Light, fluffy, sweet and fried- whats not to like. Im a fan and find the doughnuts here far better than Dunkin donuts, which no longer make the doughnuts on location and are shipped in frozen and the baked. This is far from ideal and are less than fresh. Krispy Kreme are always made onsite warm, crispy on the outside and light as air inside. Krispy Kremes are made twice a day because they do not sell them after 12 hours of being made. Dunkin donuts are also very likely to be out of their most popular donuts after the morning rush, like do not bake a second round and the doughnuts will sit until closing time. Life is short- eat a doughnut.

If you can make it to this Krispy Kreme when to hot now sign is on 🤤 oh my gosh I don’t think I can ever eat another lemon filled doughnut that is not hot and fresh. Overall the customer service is good.

Husband order a hot Coco at a drive thru and the order taker keep sayinng Mocha my husband keep repeating Hot Coco he repeated it like 3 times, so we tought it was ok, finally got the receipt and they changed us for Mocha instead of Hot Coco so we let them know thats its supposed to be hot coco not Mocha and the lady yeld at my husband saying why not say Hot Coco? And she annoyingly make another Hot Coco. Point here is not the money but how they treat costumers. Not going to that location again.

Kept me at the speaker for 5 minutes only to not get my order right. gave me the wrong donut after I had to tell her almost 6 times which one I wanted. ordered an ice coffee that taste like coffee flavored water. then had the window shut on me twice while trying to get the total. all in all a very bad experience, the little girl at the window either did not know what she was doing or just did not care...I could not tell.

We usually look forward to getting Krispy Kreme during our travels. We were disappointed to get cold donuts that seemed a bit smaller than usual.

Nasty customer service! Please get some better employees to manage this location. Went in to get my birthday doughnuts, showed the manager my email for me to get the free doughnuts and she said That dont mean nothin. Customer service was already bad but now Covid has ALL food service even more messed up than before. I will no longer shop at this location until you get some better management and employees! This is the second time that I have come to this location to be treated foul. They act like I am bumming or something, just wanted my birthday gift from Krispy Kreme. No stars should be given.

The reviews that talk about poor attitudes and disappointment with service received are accurate. It might be a time of day thing - there are an equal number of positive reviews.I’ve hit the drive through around 7am twice in the past month and had the same issues. Rude, dismissive and totally lacking in customer service basic skills.But it’s the only Krispy in the area so what are you going to do? There is no substitute and while I visit a Dunkin D every now and then, there just isn’t a comparison. Kind of like the Soup guy on Seinfeld- you put up with the hassle because the product is worth it.

1 star for Abercorn Krispy Kreme, not the staff but the equipment needs to be up to par. The machine was not making the icing for the doughnuts.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, when they came over the speaker to ask what I would like to order, all I could hear was a female in the background yelling and cussing through the speaker. They kept asking me for my order, but it was hard to give an order over all of the noise and distraction. I asked for a moment, finally I said I was ready to order whole ordeal was still going on! I placed an order, and told the gentleman who gave me my order that the yelling and cussing in the background was distracting and not something I wanted to hear when placing an order. I believe that management/owners needs to be aware of what happened at the store January 31.

Customer service not to good I ordered through Uber eats, didnt receive all of my food. I called the store 5 times before having to drive up there, to get the rest of my food, then I called a 6th time while inside the restaurant just to test it & they completely ignored the phone, I was even hung up on once!

I visited the Abercorn Street location last Saturday about 20 minutes before closure, with several excited 6th graders. I knew that our pickings would be slim, given the time; but WOW, Chris and Jason, were AMAZING! They were so patient with the kids, who wanted EVERYTHING. Chris and Jason rolled the cart back out and pulled the trays out one by one to let the kids see what their options were... even down to the fillings. Did I mention that we were in the Drive Thru?!?! Thank you Chris and Jason for ending the kids night with kindness and patience... Yall Deserve A RAISE!!! Also, SHOUT OUT to all of the employees for practicing safety by wearing masks.

I dont usually get donuts unless Im having a party or something, but Im glad they are open at night because thats usually when I go. The only problem I have is that if I go at night between 9 and close they are usually out of a lot of donuts. Besides that they are great.

Went to get the 5$ deal on all chocolate glaze and a week later the salted caramel. Was out of the salted caramel. Had to wait twenty minutes the first time for fresh chocolate glaze donuts. Both advertisement specials but limited or no quantity...

Look for the red light that tells you the donuts are hot now! Had to find my favorite cake with chocolate frosting but that is at all the stores these days. The still have the hot glazed donuts that will melt in your mouth. The coffee is good as well. This is always a good treat to get for your co-workers especially if you want to help them gain some weight :)

Just went by Krispy Kreme. The Hot Now sign was on. Sat in line for about 20 min. Asked the young lady on the intercom if they had any specials today. She said no, not until Tuesday. Paid $13.36 for minis. Came home and found out that they had a special (dozen for $6.99). I asked twice to make sure she understood what I said over the intercom. WONT BE BACK
