I’ve always wanted to go to a Bitty & Beau’s and was happily surprised when I learned there was one in Savannah. The staff is friendly and kind and it always make my day whenever I go. I always try to make a point of going when im downtown.

I was looking for a local business instead of a franchise. This place was recommended by a local. I ordered a peppermint mocha frappe and was told I could not order it because they didnt have it. The guy told me I could get the mint chocolate frappe. I told him I wanted the mocha and just wanted peppermint added. He said they only had peppermint syrup and they could not add it to the drink. I asked again if he was sure they couldnt add it and charge me for it, he said no. I didnt even bother arguing because I was tired, hot and wanted something cold to drink. I have never been to a coffee shop where you couldnt order what you wanted especially when it was a simple a adding a couple of pumps up sryup.

Fabulous setting with a wonderful mood. Very relaxed and quiet setting as well. Had a fruit smoothie and worked on my laptop, it was great. Friendly staff and quick service!

Awesome coffee and muffins, and an even better mission. Dont be mistaken, though, no quality is sacrificed in atmosphere, coffee flavor, pastries (I had a blueberry muffin, my wife had the cranberry lemon) or merch. Picked up a T-shirt and trucker hat while I was there. You wont be able to resist the charm of the employees, or their hand written notes on the bags of goodies or the cold beverage cups. ABSOLUTELY A MUST SEE SAVANNAH SPOT.

This is a fantastic coffee shop nestled along Congress. I have been wanting to visit for some time now and I have ordered Beaus Blend online, so when we decided to take a trip to Savanah, I knew exactly where I wanted to visit!I was immediately greeted when I walked in by James. I had grabbed a couple of bags of Beaus Blend and he offered to grind them if needed since they are sold as whole bean. I declined since I grind mine at home but decided I also needed a little pick me up and opted for an iced latte flavored with mint Milano! James finished ringing up my order and then gave me a playing card and let me know that when my order was ready they will call out my card, which was the jack of spades. I made sure to stop by the map at the end of the counter and add my pin to show where Im from and within a few minutes my card was called. I love the little message James wrote on my cup. Being kind is cool. I grabbed a straw and a seat and thoroughly enjoyed my latte. I was really excited to see just how close they are to my hotel so I will be stopping a few more times this week!!

Such an awesome place. B & Bs Coffee employs those with special needs and we loved the fact that the managerial staff was helping them learn valuable life skills. I highly recommend for a good cup of coffee and support of a good cause.

Found this place listed on the Visit Savannah website. They should be #1!!I always order the same coffee drink wherever I go as this is the only way to truly compare. First day in Savannah I tried another place on their list and they had good coffee, but comparable to many other coffee shops. Today I tried Bitty and Beau. The shop is super nice and inviting, the service is quick and yes, it is truly wonderful that they employ people with different intellectual abilities. But if we want to truly be inclusive we must move past that and talk about the coffee. It is SUPERB!!!The staff deserves to be recognized for their professionalism and because they serve truly good coffee!! Wish we had this coffee shop closer to home.

I love the concept of this business. The service was great, the muffins were good and the coffee was fine. I would suggest a better bean or roaster. Other than that, I would highly recommend!

Pros: great ambiance, fresh brew to order coffee (can get it flavored). Gift shops area with shirts, mugs and umbrellas etc. Good quality of service although the gentleman forgot to put my half&half creamers.Great area for shops and walking around.CON: strange tarot cards used to wait for your order. And of course, the guy who forgot my creamers.

I cant say enough good things about bitty and beaus!!! I have a disability so the fact that they only hire disabled persons really touches my heart. #notbroken is the most amazing business motto! The staff is so incredibly kind and its a customer service experience that you cant find anywhere else. The coffee is great, so are the smoothies. But you honestly go for the atmosphere!. You feel the love the moment you walk in the door!

Amazing thing about Bitty and Beaus coffee is that they employ disabled staff and what a welcome we got there today. What a beautiful move!! Coffee was nice, only thing is that we didnt have much option for pastries but the muffins were delicious. Please visit this place!!!

I got a simple iced latte and it was great. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the extra care this place puts into the product and service speaks volumes. They also have cute merchandise you can purchase for a pretty decent price. If I was a local I would come here all the time!

Great place..... until you have to use the restroom!No public restroom, however the barista can nicely explain to you direction to the nearest restroom, that about a block away.....sooooo don’t linger to long here!

What a fabulous birthday coffee shop visit in Savannah .. we enjoyed lemon cranberry muffins with cappuccino and black coffee. Our son, Elijah who has Down Syndrome and Autism loved his strawberry banana smoothie. Reasonable prices for fast and quality service. Rebecca and James were kind and engaging and efficient. James made our son’s visit extra special by asking him if he would like to work there one day and then giving him a Future Employee Badge. We enjoyed wonderful conversation with James sitting up at the counter and will definitely be back. Exceptional from start to finish. Couldn’t leave without a little swag for our boy. Expect for your heart to grow from the experience.

If you are in Savannah and you dont make this a destination you should be ashamed of yourself! Bitty and Beaus is an absolutely amazing place that will brighten your day no matter what! The store hires people with mental disabilities, which is what the store prides itself on. Their whole thing is changing how people view/treat/accept other people, I think the store is just amazing.Every experience here has been amazing. The workers are all so friendly and the coffee is really good!!! It’s a great little space to come grab some coffee and chill out for a bit. It’s a nice little break from daily life.
