Very rude right from the start, got nasty looks as I walked in. Then i asked nicely about the shoes I called about and immediately got an attitude. I work in retail and I would never speak to or act towards a customer like the employees did. Made me want to leave, ended up not getting anything because of how rude all three of them there were...
I experienced discrimination in this particular Journeys by a cashier named Laura, on January 2, 2020. The mistreatment that I encountered with the individual should never be tolerated when representing a business. The emotions I feel regarding this matter is indescribable!
Went for a pair of shoes for myself! Got them and love them my first pair of Vans. Couldnt be happier.
Had an amazing experience buying shoes for my nieces. Everyone there was super helpful and beyond nice. Main person helping me name, was Bryce. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought two pairs of vans for my nieces and matching socks!
