First time going there I was greeted and offered help right away! I came in looking for CBD products and there were a lot of things to choose from. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the items as well. Was glad I made a visit, have been and will continue to be a repeat customer!

I go there often, and the guys who run are so nice to me. Theyre very knowledgeable about what they sale and are very patient when people come in to shop. I recommend this place to anyone looking for any Kratom, CBD products and tobacco products. They have a huge selection of all of it! Go there, give em a try....Im sure youll find what youre looking for from these guys!

I bought a perc water pipe, and when I got home I tried to fill it with water but water gushed out. I didn’t drop it. I called as soon as I saw the problem (not even an hour after purchase) to see if I was able to return the product since I hadn’t used it or dropped it and it was genuinely a faulty product. He said I could exchange it for something else after he looked at it, but I didn’t want to do that since there were no products similar. He said it’s store policy that he cannot give me my money back. I am heavily disappointed in this place. It’s not okay to sell faulty products to people and not allow them to get their money back. I’m sure their actual tobacco products are great, but go somewhere else to buy your glass pieces.

Tobacco Palace is 100% my go-to whenever trying to purchase any smoking paraphernalia whether its new glass for my collection, re-upping on a large selection of papers, tobacco leaves (even Grabbas in the fridge), and cigarellos. They have a large amount of vapes too, ranging from any disposable you can name to plenty of different box mods and refillable pod devices along with all the different juice you could need. The two Kings of the Tobacco Palace, Mir and Sam, are always ready to assist you by anwering questions or even placing orders for a product you need that they dont have. I will forever swear by Tobacco Palace of Savannah!

Really great people who run the shop. They actually care about the customers experience more than other places Ive been. They take their time to make sure that the customer gets what they want and put in the extra effort to make the customer feel comfortable. The actual shop is tidy, clean, and organized. This is the only place I go!

Smoke City is a pretty good, albiet small, smoke shop. They should be able to fulfill most of your wacky tobacky needs.. ;)The staff was friendly enough, as well quite helpful and most certainly knowledgeable of their products. Prices seemed about to be pretty average for this market. Overall not a bad shop but had they carried a bit more variety, more unique products or some kind of special pricing they easily couldve earned a 5 star rating.

Have been getting my Camacho and Perdomo cigars from here for years. Humidor is kept at the right settings. So far never a bad stick. Always have what I need for hookah as well.

Visited their new location at Savannah Crossing Shopping Center and their prices are really good. They have a little bit of everything. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about everything. They have a GREAT stock of all items that you may want. I would recommend this store to others and will be returning as needed.
