Went in Tuesday morning and the girl there was putting on lip balm and mumbled something like “Can I help you” while she was continued to do it. Then, when I asked my questions, she didn’t look up but twisted her hair and sounded very bored while she supposedly answered my question. I didn’t thank her. I just walked out. I usually have good service there, but not that day!!! She needs to be let go. She’s certainly not an asset.

I didn’t visit this store, I called my local store to get help with my husbands phone. When my local store didn’t pick up it was automatically directed to another close by store. I ended up with Dalton at Whitemarsh Verizon in Savannah. This man knows his stuff. I was on the phone with technical support for two hours one day and one hour the next with no luck, they couldn’t seem to help me transfer data from my husbands old phone to his new phone. The old phones screen was black so I couldn’t see another to link the two phones. Dalton had it fixed and working in 16mins!!! Yes 16mins was how long the phone call lasted. My husband and I were so grateful and impressed this the professionalism, kindness, effort and knowledge this gentleman has! In my opinion Dalton deserves the manager job!

Ask for Brian. He knows all the products and their features. Excellent salesman. Not pushy at all. Very helpful. I would recommend this place to close friends and family.

On hold with corporate now awaiting to file a complaint . Walked in the store stood at least 10 min and 2 employees . Neither one of them acknowledged me at or even bothered to say hey we will be with you in minute .

I went in and asked to see a particular phone. Sales person said right over there near where you are . Mind you i’m the only one in the store. Guess he was too busy on his phone to help or want to make a sales. I’ve been to this store many times but have never encountered anything like this. I walked out.. I’ll take my $ else where .

DJ at the Verizon Wireless store on Whitemarsh Island in Savannah, Georgia is one of the most polite and helpful persons I have ever met n]in customer service. He is always very helpful and very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to fix any problem you might have. He should be commended on his work. If I ever need to purchase anything that he might sell, I will definitely go to see him.

Will was awesome! He took care of me and my wife’s problems, put on our screen protectors, and he didn’t try pushing us into anything we didn’t want. Way better customer experience than Victory Drive. Definitely see him!!

I travel all over the USA and have never had the type of help anytime needed as I receive at the Verizon store on Whitmarsh. I highly recommend them to everyone. They will stay late with no problem. Will and Del have gone above and beyond to always advise and help.

Early this afternoon our Verizon account was compromised in a Best Buy store when someone in another state bought an $1100 iPhone in my husband’s name there by manipulating our Verizon account (without having to produce an ID). His phone was then disabled and we were beside ourselves. We called the fraud division of Verizon which was already on it and went to our local Verizon store and there met DJ, the manager on duty. He was awesome. He explained what happened to my husband’s phone, spoke on our behalf to the Verizon fraud unit, and got my husband’s phone working again. We were really grateful for his help and that of Verizon’s fraud department. They were all at the top of their game. I felt well cared for and Verizon will definitely keep my business.

We have made 2 visits in a week to get 2 different things taken care of. Will helped us both times, very efficiently! We are.very appreciative.

Will was AWESOME! He was so helpful, courteous, and kind. He stayed open late to help me with our home phone dilemma. Cant thank him enough! Make sure to ask for him!

Verizon beats any other network out there they have also shortened the waiting period in store by allowing people to activate there own phones. Very helpful staff and they go out of there way to do what they can for all your cellular needs

I needed a replacement phone and I had trouble activating the new one. I brought it into the whitmarsh island location and Will was extremely helpful. He was able to get the new phone up and running and all of my information transfered over.

DJ was great! He was very helpful telling me what to dealing taking me through step-by-step and very thorough and very knowledgeable about his job.
