I love EB Games! Me and my family visited this place a couple of days ago. My son picked out a Nintendo switch game and my other son got himself a stuffed toy. I got myself a brand new PS4 game. I always go there just to see what they got and this place never disappoints. The customer service is great and plenty of things look at. Lets of marked-down items as well!

GameStop is clutch, they always go above and beyond expectations, employees are knowledgeable and have good taste in vidya, and they wont lie to you to upsell you something. All in all this location is fantastic

I bought a copy of skyward sword today while we were traveling. When I got home, nearly 7 hours later, I realized that there was a long cut along the plastic film where the box opens. My game was missing. I can’t travel back to replace it. So upset.

Very bad costumer service, they take money from me for delivery .I not get my delivery, I pay 10 dollars for express delivery to get it next day .5 days I not have my delivery .When I contact the shop they tell me this is your problem contact fadexNo not my money or my delivery

Good amount of games. A little lighter on collectible items but still a lot to choose from. The shirts are cute and plentiful. Saw a Monopoly Mandalorian or Overwatch edition and I really wish I had gotten them! (But personally no more space at home to store)

This is the best GameStop Ive ever stepped in. Jordan is so helpful, they didnt mind helping me one bit & literally spent over an hour getting me taken care of just so I could get my pops in the mail. They spent time past closing just to help me get my Funko Pop. I 100% recommend going to this GameStop. Nicest people ever.

I recommend this location for the staff. Alex and Jessica were on their game. Literally. They know and push their products. Ended up getting very lucky on a used game that was still pretty new but through whatever means ended up getting a brand new deluxe edition one with the soundtrack for the used price. Score.

For a GameStop in the mall theyve got a pretty good selection of games. Most of what they offered when I visited was all for xbox1 and the new PS but their array of used games was also quite full (or at least I thought so for someone who hasnt been the biggest video game player). The one woman working the front was helpful and knowledgeable about her work as well. All in all Id probably go back if I were in the area but they dont offer as many side items (toys and misc. items, etc.) that Ive seen at other game stops.

Sales clerk helped us decide which version of the upcoming Shonen Jump to pre order for my husband and made sure to share all our financial options (trade-ins, etc.) with us. She didnt know us or whether we knew their policies, but she took just as much time with us, regardless.

I love video games, and I am a huge fan of GameStop. This one used to be EB Games, its by the food court. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hours were not correct hours. Website says 10am but they didnt open until 11am. Please update the website. The customer service was friendly. Even though they were out of stock, he ordered me a controller and advised when it would arrive

I was calling all morning to check the price on an xbox 360 and the answered the first time.. After that the line stayed busy a HR afterwards with repeated calls, no worries Im going to the pawn shop now though to get 1.

Called in (never been there) with what type if console I wanted- they didnt have it but located a store that did have what I wanted exactl. Very professional, friendly. Tristan simply took that extra minute most retail folks dont. Dont normally leave reviews but felt worth it.

Kinda small bit had great prices on DS games.

Yea first they sell me the ps4 with no controller. So I had to go back to the store and buy a controller. Then I got home and realized there was no USB cable for my controller so I used my cell phone charger. Then when I finally get everything set up, it says error every time I try to update it. So I have to take it back tomorrow. Never buy refurbished systems from Gamestop!!!

This is store no.1350 inside Oglethorpe mall..The cashiers are so rude, they kept chatting chatting with each other without acknowledging us. Then he mumbled “do you have a rewardsa card” then I’m like oh now you talking to us? Obviously he didn’t care about his rude behavior, and just carried on to say the total...What was even more rude is that the girl working with him kept talking to him through it all... I’m actually getting more upset as I type. This particular GameStop doesn’t deserve my money... We have better customer service in Pooler. I’m returning the game now and will purchase elsewhere where they value the reason they are actually there.

I bought a ps3 controller used and they charged me 48$ and some change and there was no charger for it at all.. then he tells me they don’t even carry the chargers so why and the hell did I pay 48$ for a used controller and no charger can we say they ripped me off back to the store I go don’t waste ur time if ur looking for a controller for a game system cuz they will rip u off

I dont ever recommend going to this GameStop because for my first experience there the store employee was so rude to me and my brother its almost like he was talking down to us because we couldnt buy an M rated game we got that part and understood but he was just being so rude to the point of where we walked out of the store along with some other customers that walked out too because of his rudeness his description is that he is a black male, in his 20s, overweight, and his body doesnt look that well maintained in other words he looks sloppy
