I was in a bind and needed carpet installed SAME DAY. I knew that was a very tall order, but I had faith it could get done. Tim was wonderful in helping me choose flooring, find someone to install. Unfortunately, after the carpet was in location and already cut up into room sizes, the installer realized he was short some carpet. Shannon worked with me to pick out some LVP that matched the carpet and wood stairs enough because there was no more of the same carpet left. I wasnt crazy about having to buy MORE flooring that I wasnt planning for, but Shannon worked with me and it came out beautifully. I would 100% recommend these guys.

Best experience you can possibly have while dealing with the stressful renovation process. The entire team was knowledgeable, super patient and helpful. They also really know their products line up, and can provide recommendations should you have questions from start to finish. I would strongly encourage anyone thinking about doing or redoing their floors, to give them call or visit their store.

I have worked with them over the last few years with construction projects and community projects that sometimes her involved great imagination. At times if I were them, I would probably head for the ocean as fast as I could run seeing me coming. But the team is always been very helpful, interested, and very pleasant.Due to the fact everything is always met the deadlines I have had. For those on a budget, they had good quality carpet at a far better price than Lowes or Home Depot. That was the main selling point for me. Along with the memory foam padding, the bedrooms are so much more comfortable to walk on. Definitely worth the extra money that I wouldve spent on carpet alone.

My vinyl flooring looks great. Contractor was fast laying it down too. Just a word of caution so you’re aware up front, when the 1/4 round is laid, you are responsible for the caulking and filling nail holes. But overall happy with my experience.

It was fast and easy. We were adding to some flooring we already had replaced. They knew the name and I was out of there fast. Yesterday returned what I didn’t need. No issues. Would appsolutely use them again!

I got laminate flooring installed at my home by Joe Martin, whom installs flooring for Floors Direct in October 2020. In January or February of 2021, I noticed that the boarding was detaching from the wall in some areas. I stopped by Floors Direct and spoke with the Tim (the manager) and showed him pictures. He stated to call Mr. Martin and make him aware. I was hesitant to call because I know he rarely return calls and his mailbox is always full. Nevertheless, I called and no answer. I also texted pictures and explained my concerned. Over a month later, still no call. I reengaged Tim and updated him on what occurred. His respond was to be honest, the installer job is not attaching the boards and painting.I explained to him that he is not a painter and wasnt hired to paint and I was aware that painting was not included in the install. However, it was his job to place the boarding back which is now detaching. He stated that he would give me $100 to get it fixed. I agreed because at this point I was tired of the back and forth.Tim stated to call him in 15 minutes. I left the store and I called him back 30 minutes later. I explained to him that I would whether have someone to fix this mishap rather than the money. Tim stated that he would find someone to fix it and someone would contact me by Wednesday if not for me to contact him. As usual, no one contacted me back. I actually didnt reengage him until Saturday when I went to the store. I spoke to Gabe; I was told that Tim doesnt work on the weekend. Gabe wanted to know if he could assist me. I explained the situation. Game stated that he would speak with Tim on Monday to get the problem taking care of and he would call me back. Gabe called me on 10 May about 1130. He stated that Mr. Martin would be contacting me within the next 30-45 minutes and he would call Mr. Martian to remind him to call me. Of course, I didnt receive a call. I called back to the store on Tuesday 11 May to speak with Gabe and was told that he was off and would be back in the store on Wednesday 12 May at 1000. I called the store and left my name and call back number because Gabe was on the phone speaking with a customer. Hours later, still no return phone call.

I purchased a carpet from here on 7/21. I needed a 12x14 carpet for the garage. The carpet I picked out was 12x16 and the employee offered to cut it to size. They didn’t measure what they were cutting and didn’t cut it straight. I measured the cut off piece when I got home it was 21 inches on one side and 16 on the other. When loading the carpet in the truck they used a beat up half cardboard roll to roll the carpet. This caused the other half of the carpet to bend when transporting home (only about a mile). This bend ended up scraping on the road leaving holes in the carpet. Overall I was happy with the selection and price but the attention to detail of the employees was non existent.

Lets talk service. I was not a big sale. Im a DIY guy who had a very small home project. Despite the fact that I miscalculated my materials and had to return multiple times, I was given the attention, time, and level of service as if I was a top customer. Dan even carried the one box of material I purchased out to the truck for me. Dan and the team at Georgia Floors Direct exemplify how business should be done here in the South. If exceptional service is what youre looking for, youll certainly find it here.

Couldnt cut us the carpet we wanted because it was at the bottom of all of the rolls and they didnt want to spend 30 min trying to get it out when the store closed in 15 min. Very lazy and clearly didnt want our business. Also he was pretty rude about it. Hed be happy to cut us any other piece of carpet that was at the top of the rolls, but obviously none of those matched what we needed. Wow.

We also called to inform GA Floors how disappointed we were and to explain the situation to the manager and they did nothing!!! I wouldn’t reccomend this place of business.
