This is this is a great store to visit and to have things done they really care about the customer! I cant say enough about the great service. I had something repaired that needed extra time and they took care of me I highly recommend them!

Went in to exchange two of my 6v batteries for my solar system. They weren’t taking a full charge. I decided to get two more when JAD made it super easy and was extremely helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my visit and with the service I received. JAD was knowledgeable, friendly, and made my visit very pleasant. Because of him I’ll be back in no time!

The clerk listened well to my problem and fully explained the battery he thought l should purchase. He brought the old battery in for me and took the new one out to the car for me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been shopping there for over sixteen years and never been dissatisfied with the service or products they sell.

I dropped my phone off on 1/26 at 8 am for a repair. The repair was supposed to be completed at 10. I called at 10 and was told that they broke the back button fixing the screen. No big deal accidents happen. They said they would fix the home button but the part would not be in until 1/27. I called them the next day around noon and asked about the phone and was told they havent started on it yet but will try to fix it by 3. I called at 3 and was told it was ready for pick up. I went over there and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes while they fixed my paperwork and got my phone. I got the phone and it looked good. When I got home about 45 minutes later i noticed the back of the phone was coming unglued. I called the next morning and was told it would be a 10 minute thing if I could bring it up there the next day. 1/28. on 1/28 i brought it up there and they broke the back of the phone trying to get the glue undone. So they had to do a full replacement again. After waiting there for 30 minutes they finally told me that. I finally got my phone back and went back to work. 10 minutes after i picked it up i went to pick my phone up out of the truck and the whole back came off.Long story short, Whoever here is working on phones seems to be trying to learn how to do it. When i called back i was told to use a heat gun to reset the glue and try again. Basically i was supposed to do what i paid them to do. Complete waste of time, gas and money.

I had an 11:30 scheduled appointment to have my iPhone fixed with a new screen, new battery and new port receiver. I waited almost three hours for the repair. Although they didn’t charge me for the battery because of some glitches, I did pay the $140 charge for the screen and the port, but the discount could not make up the excruciating pain I suffered during the wait. I developed back pain from standing and sitting in a hard fold up chair. I have had work done by Batteries+ before and were semi satisfied, but I don’t know if I will use them again. I certainly would not recommend them to my friends or relatives.

I had a cracked phone screen on my iPhone 8plus and took it here for repair since I work around the corner on Eisenhower. I dropped my phone off, came back 2 hours later, and picked it up. When I got home, I discovered that my sound does not work unless my phone is on speaker. I took it back to the store today (10/21/2020) and explained the issue. The gentleman told me he could fix it and told me to return in an hour. I was already frustrated because I have to take time off of work to drop off the phone and pick it up, but I also need a functioning phone. I come back and am told that they now have to order a part for my phone and cannot fix it until tomorrow at the earliest and they suggested I use headphones in the meantime. I am now incredibly frustrated because tomorrow will require 2 more trips (totaling 6 trips to this store) to fix my phone. I paid $128 for a phone screen repair and while they are not charging me for the extra repairs, the fact remains that it is costing me still through gas and having to take time off of work to go back to this store. If youre looking for repairs, I cannot recommend this store.

Was disappointed to learn that they charge $5/lb for properly disposing spent batteries that shouldnt be thrown away (having the crossed out trash can)The battery I had was less than a lb I told the guy I had $3 he said it would be five. I would Imagine there would be a tax incentive for them to take and dispose/recycle these things where they didnt feel the need to charge you to take something you bring to them.

I ordered a key fob in december. one came in but it would not work so they ordered another one. I was told they would contact me and never did i reached out several times and still nothing. went into the store today and walked out with a credit which to me is ridiculous when the charge was made in december. so with that being said i am very disappointed in the customer service and products.

Went there to get a watch battery, according to the cashier he said their internet was down so they had to do everything on paper and he asked me what card did I want to use and I said Im not going to use the card because you have to retain my numbers and he did say yes to that so I had to pay cash which was not bad glad I had it else I would have wrote a check however we cant control the internet it was just a little inconvenience but he was courteous and kind and did a good job 😊

Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and professional, my partners phone and is fixed like nothing (I) never messed it up. It was quick and everyone was superb. Wish I would have remembered their names! But everyone who was working Jan 20th, 2020 you guys were all amazing and this compliment if for all of you. I will NEVER go to this store again for a phone repair. Went in last week for the simple repair of a cracked screen. When I picked it up, it showed that they battery needed repair (my battery/phone was totally fine before this). The employees told me that it was an error made during the repair. The new battery needed to ship from Pooler which could take a few days, which no one seemed concerned with. I needed my phone, so I made the effort to drive to Pooler that same day. Turns out, that was never the issue and my phone was completely fried. They said that they would order a brand new phone as a replacement and that it would be overnighted. I came back the next day and it was not overnighted. Took a week to come in and it was a refurbished phone. Overall, just a horrible experience at this store- always a long wait, one issue after another, and just overall a lack concern for customers. What should have been a quick fix of a phone screen replacement turned into hours spent at this store with so many issues.

I had a battery go dead in my Jeep. There was some discussion about having to go to the Jeep dealer due to a computer possibly locking up if the dealer did not change the battery. A goid Friend told me about Batteries Plus. Is just a few minutes the great staff changed the battery (3 year full warranty) at a price I was happy with, and back on the road. Great Staff, lots of different items (not just batteries), & quick service !! We will use them again !

This one here in Savannah has great customer service, every employee that was there tonight was great and helped everyone as fast as they could. I recently went into the pooler location with a very BAD cracked phone, bent it was in horrible condition. The store in pooler didnt want to touch it so they told me go buy another. I went to the store in Savannah because they repaired a phone before for me but not this big of a damage. AJ saw my phone was kind of like a geek about it and said I want to take this apart and you come back at 5pm. Let me see what I can do. Came back my phone was totally new. Hes a master is craft. Excellent job!! However they didnt have the back part so I went to pooler because they had it, the adhesive never dried correctly so it had a gap from my phone to the back case. Took it back to pooler to fix, came back in 10 min as they instructed and my phone had a crack in the back of it. I do NOT recommend pooler location at ALL.

Do not recommend, LIARS, They had my tablet for almost two weeks, when I called to check on it, on about the 7th day one of the workers told me something happened to the order && now they would have to overnight it would be fixed the next day, called the next day to see if it was ready, IT WASNT !!!!, I gave them another day, then I called and they said the part just came in, it’ll be ready by 10 a.m . . . . the next morning, I got there at 11:12 a.m. and they said the part JUST arrived, hes about to put it on now, I got a refund and will not return !! Alexis && Connor were the associates names that kept telling lies

As a commercial business this store is incredible! The manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful! He even delivers the batteries to us if we can’t pick them up. And the staff is awesome. We even send people over to them for specialty batteries when we run out. Great business model for a company!

Anybody with key fobs or the keyless remote to cars it is a good idea to take them here cuz if you get the lifetime thing you never have to pay for them to be replaced you can take him to any Batteries Plus

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. I have taken several Iphones here for battery and screen replacements, service is always quick and the devices work perfectly. We also buy replacement batteries for gate operators here, they always have what we need.

For batteries, light bulbs, & cell supplies/repairs best place to go. Staff very knowledgeable. The staff member actually walked with me when I asked where a product was located instead of just pointing or telling me. He didnt just walk away either so I didnt have to go find someone again to ask a question. The last two times I have been there they have had standard battery sizes (AAA to D) on sale for a great price. Besides having every battery size made they also have a wide variety of light bulbs and cell phone supplies.

I came in for a battery for my key fob but left a fan. This guy tested my key, found out the lock button is broken, replaced the battery and gave me 10% off the next one. I’ll bring all my keys here — it’s fast, painless and they know what they’re doing.

Thank you Batteries Plus. Aiden was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to get a laser cut key from my own blanks for $10 each! We programmed them after the cut. If you need them to program the keys it is only $40 where other places it is $100. So you have my business.

I have been to this location a few times within the last few months, most recently for a cracked screen on my cell phone. The customer service has been excellent. A couple of times Ive seen them go from no customers to being slammed all at once, it was great watching them jump into action. The Superheroes of Savannah. They are a great team. It feels good to know in your time of need they will do their best. High five guys!!!

I wish that I could leave no stars. I ordered a battery on a Tuesday. They didnt have it in stock. The guy I talked to said that he would have it in 5-7 business days. Cool. So I called that Friday to check on the delivery. We were moving out in a week you see, and I needed a battery for my motorcycle so that I could ride it back home. When I got ahold of them on Friday, the guy said that they only make orders on Mondays. My battery had not even been ordered and it wouldnt be ordered until after the weekend. What a joke. But I could deal with that if that is all that there was. Anyways, we paid a premium to extend our stay for a week. A weeks stay is just over half of the monthly price at the RV park we live in. We extended our move out day to the next Tuesday.So here it is, Friday. I called back to check on it. Seeing how Im moving across states in a few days and I need my blasted motorcycle to have a battery. Today makes 10 days, and they tell me that it wont be in until Tuesday, making 14 days since I ordered the GD thing. Im so mad that I could piss blood and do a lot more things that I just shouldnt talk about online. Furious does not begin to describe my state of mind. The employees have been nice, but ineffective. So now I have to find a friend with a garage, throw the bike into my truck. Take it over there. Tow my camper all the way back to NC. I have to COME ALL OF THE WAY BACK, grab my bike, and then head home finally, all the while hoping that nothing gets shutdown due to this stupid virus. And this is all after unnecessarily paying 240 flippin dollars to extend our stay at the park for a week. All due to bad business practices by yours truly. Now maybe 99 times out of 100 they are wonderful to deal with, but if you ever see me in a Batteries Plus store then go ahead and call the police because I will not be there to do business.This has been by far the worst purchasing experience in my life. To whichever employee initially told me 5-7 days (knowing that my battery would not even be ordered for another 6 days) I had a couple of nasty things to say to you but I just decided to not. Use your imagination if you want. Terrible terrible terrible experience.

Ive had terrible experiences at the other places trying to get it replaced but Jared (store manager) swiftly understood the situation and promised to do everything in his power to get it fixed.
