Last year I showed up and said my dog ate the remote. The guy basically reached behind the counter and said here you go! Today I exchanged my box bc it was wearing out. In & out in 5 minutes. These folks are faster (and frfr friendlier) than most coffee shops.

Greatly appreciate Jamaal Rhodes assistance at Xfinity today. Had a nonsense of an issue regarding a SIM card arriving at my service address (thats not my mailing address) that FedEx and Xfinity both refuse to take responsibility for or take the opportunity to fix the issue. My only issue with Xfinity, and Jamaal took care of it quickly and understood. Thank you, Jamaal.

Looking for quality, affordable internet? Then try somewhere else! Service is terrible, cones and goes, while the prices only go up and up! If youre outside of the Savannah area, then your best contact option is by phone. However it is more than likely they wont have any better deals for you, but theyre one of the only viable options in the area. So youll be forced to keep overpaying for poor quality service, thanks Comcast/Xfinity!

Excellent service and very quick. They started helping me practically before I got completely in the front door. I was out within 5 minutes. Everyone was very cordial and nice and accommodating even though there were lots of people inside needing service. I didnt see one person standing in line to wait. Great job! I would give them 5 stars.

I went to get a credit in July but still have not gotten it yet. There is now a thing known as NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I Wont deal with them anymore as far as getting cable service. They charge you for service even if you call to inquire about service!! No good Reps on the phone...go to store instead.

We were having issues with our previous phone service provider. We decided to check Xfinity out on theirs because we already have them for our cable and internet. Well, needless to so, we are VERY SATISFIED with our new phones and how much we were saving switching over. I feel like Im Xfinitys happiest customer. I have internet and mobile phones from Xfinity. Service is reliable and the support is good. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the mobile phones. This store is conveniently located, not crowded, well staffed, and comfortable.

I went to cancel my Internet and TV service (30 minute drive) and they accidentally cancelled my cell phone service too. Called customer service and they said I had no account. I had to drive back to the store (30 min drive) The Rep in the store couldnt even find me in their system and said I need to call customer service with an account # I never had previously. 2 hours later (in the store) They fixed the issue. Lost nearly a full days work and who knows how many customers that day. Terrible Xperience.As always terrible customer service.

I have been a Comcast customer for over 18 years and my internet comes and goes never get a credit on my bill. I pay for Extreme internet but it cuts off several times a day on some days I check with them,they say everything looks good? I looked at the reviews it looks like google only post good ones. Four stars because the in-person customer service was stellar. I was returning equipment we no longer need. One star taken away because our internet and wifi started acting real janky afterwards. Coincidence? Likely. Word on the streets is that Comcast has been doing some upgrades, but when I asked the rep I spoke to who helped to troubleshoot some speed issues,she didnt know...🤔 Anyway, I still cant stand xfinity on principle.

Tried to add on a free box that actually comes with the free cable my apartments have, they told me I packaged my service months ago in some double play that is no longer offered (which I never remember doing because I called to lower my bill and the rep said hang on, I didnt know she packaged anything because my cable is free), I was told they would have to repackage my service and my bill would go up just to get a free box that Im actually supposed to have. Comcast literally stinks. Im about to cancel my internet and go with ATT next month and go back and get free box!

Natalie said I could only return an item through email. I asked 4 times if there was any other way to confirm and she refused to answer my question and kept giving me rude answers. When a Manager finally showed up she found another relay to confirm who I was, purposefully wasting 20 minutes. I think I made a mistake in getting Xfinity.

Unorganized, incompetent, no customer value...Had a technician survey the house to say a tap needs to be ran closer for Comcast/ Xfinity to service my home. We had to open a construction ticket and I was told I would receive a phone call explaining the details once the team hashed everything out.I never received a phone call, it was during the holidays so I figured I’d touch base with them after. When I called to check the status of my ticket they said it was canceled. I explained everything that happened and what step of the process I was in and what I’m still waiting for. The representative was confused and not sure why it was canceled she reopened my ticket and assured me that a team will come and dig a tap closer to my house and set up my Internet but the date may vary due to the availability of the equipment.I receive a phone calI confirming the date of the install along with an email containing a list of things I need to prep to make the process go smoother. I comply and what do I get on the day of?.... another technician saying the same things I already know and had no clue of what was going on, same goes for the manager.....It has been over a month since my first phone call.....Comcast/Xfinity is an unorganized incompetent company with ZERO customer value!!!

Comcast raises your bill without even explaining why and you pay 95.00 a month and barely have any channels and you can never talk to a person on the phone. It’s very frustrating to say the least when you’re trying to figure out why your bill went up and you pay tons of money with hardly any channels to watch. I’m not sure of anyone else but I would love to speak with an actual person instead of that automated thing they have in place.

I never had issues with the service quality. But the customer service reps are beyond incompetent. I requested my services be relocated to my soon to be home and it ended in disaster. Short story short, i spend a total of 5 hours on the phone in different phone calls,my services were disconnected on and off for a few days and connected to the house i didnt lived in yet, they raised my bill with no notice, i have no access to my account because it says that that account no longer exists. Im going with Tmobile or At&t.Im sick of xfinitys poor customer service.

This company is very unprofessional. I just moved to a new area and into a new apartment. This is my first time every purchasing internet service with this company. I purchased their WIFI and paid a $50 deposit which would credit to the first months bill. I set up the internet service in my apartment the same day. Everything worked well. Today I went to use my WiFi and it was disconnected due to the previous person who lived at this address that Xfinity had on file. I know nothing about the person that accommodated this apartment before me. (The Lease that I have is brand new. I just move in two weeks ago. ) This Company took the other customers charges a pinned them to my account and demanded that I send them a copy of my Lease, Social Security Card, and ID or my services would not be activated. I immediately contact the store and the manager told me the exact explanation. I’ve never witness an internet company do anything like this after paying my money with a whole different account number and a different Social security number. I refuse to send that type of information over the network. The manager gave me a refund today however I will not receive my money until 5 or 6 weeks from now (according to him) I will receive it through the mail as a check. I paid with a debit card yesterday. Poor professionalism. I’ve only been with this company for few hours and I don’t like the way things are operated.

Bought a S8 plus then a note 10 and a S10plus. Had nothing but problems. Email did not work could not check to see if I had a message. Got them paid off got my unlock codes so I can get another carrier . Now Im with ATT and no problems. Now they say I owe 1600.00 for phones and service. I have my receipt showing the phones where PAID IN FULL. Going to challenge them in court if they do not stop trying to intimate me about this.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR XFINITY MOBILE or visit this store! All I wanted was a statement with my Xfinity Mobile account info on it which I was told by customer service support over the phone could only be provided in store as Xfinity Mobile does not generate actual billing statements which is absolutely absurd. The unprofessional store associate told me I was misinformed and there wasnt anything she could do. She didnt even attempt to see if she could assist me. Again if you want the normalcy of a traditional reliable cell phone bill, account, provider or exceptional customer service support then Xfinity Mobile is not for you! If you want unreliable information, terrible customer service support, and terrible service then by all means please sign up for this trainwreck which is Xfinity Mobile!

The customer service here is out standing. I was greeted by 2 reps at the door who very nice and helpful. Ive had comcast for long as can remember but Im have moved to North Carolina and the area dosnt have comcast. The cable company is no where near what comcast is. Corporate had really messed my account up and I had been dealing with them over the phone I whatever location they are but when I came in to the store these awesome people made sure they had all of the facts and then helped fix what corporate had done. I’ve been trying for two hours dealing with their chatbots and automated phone attendant loops. I can’t get a real human being to try and fix my internet service or schedule a tech to come out and fix this garbage. Oct 7th a comcast worker came in my home broke a picture of my wall then stated it was my fault because I didnt have installed right he had the nerves to clean it and just dump the glass in the outside garage can without a bag I been calling every day since they been given me the run around on everything but that 249.29 . As always the service offered isnt worth the price they are asking for.. when returning the product you can expect a Russian roulette of attitude they dont take no and not wanted anymore lightly.. they offer promos but suggest you read the fine print. I can tell you from experience they know it by heart and will use it against you if you choose leave them early... For me not worth the headache....

If you have a choice between visiting a Comcast store or calling them on the phone, always skip the phone call. The folks in the store know what theyre doing and are very helpful. And their English is great! ;-) If only the folks on the phone were as knowledgeable and competent as the people in the store, Comcast might actually start to get a good reputation.
