I lost a receipt for small plumbing repair I did and I needed it to submit for a credit on my water bill. I called and Mr. Joe answered the phone and was happy to help and quick to help. He asked my name number and date of transaction and within the hour was able to email me the invoice and I was able to submit it for my water bill adjustment! This is why I support this business I will always chose Maycrest over the big name brand because they care about their clients. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the community! New management and wonderful helpful people. They have most anything you need for a home project without having to go all the way to depot if you live nearby its a great stop for projects, lawn and garden, gifts and more. My go to place for hardware shopping and unique items. Huge thumbs up to the friendly staff who go above and beyond for every customer and make you feel like family.

A little slice of classic American Quality.Today I had the time to really take in and explore Maycrest Hardware and I was BLOWN AWAY! This place has a little of everything and the service was outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their merchandise and top of the line products. I have been going to OTHER home good stores for years such as Home**pot and Lo*es and have been disappointed time and time again by sub-par service and cheaply made products. I am making it my priority to make Maycrest Hardware my go to local store regardless of the slightly longer drive. Give these guys a shot and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I have shopped here for years and am a big fan of small hardware stores. They have most everything I need and they are knowledgeable. The big chains are always my second choice and usually dont have staff that has hands on know-how.

Just a hardware store... Part of the store should have been closed as they are using the upstarse as storage and when loading it from outside sounded like the building was going to collapse and triggered my PTSD. They also have a min purchase price with no sign so waste of time if you need just a few screws or something.
