Nicki was AMAZING! I was a bride from out of state and had left my veil at home. I looked everywhere and called several different shops trying to find one. Nicki was able to come to my rescue! Even though, she was closed on Sundays, she STILL provided me with a veil for the day. She was extremely sweet and I appreciate her dropping everything for a complete stranger (me) and help with my big day! She truly is a wonderful person!! Please, swing by her store and show her some love if you are in the Savannah area!!!

I said yes to the dress! The second we stepped foot into camellia bridal we knew we were somewhere special. The whole atmosphere of the shop is exactly what every bride needs as well as the amazing woman that run it! Leanessa and Nikki are the perfect duo, they went above and beyond and gave me the perfect day! I have been to multiple bridal boutiques but Camellia Bridal takes the cake, and not only because they had THE dress. The one and only bridal shop you will need to go to!

We had the most wonderful time shopping for my sister. Leanessa is welcoming, patient, accommodating and informative. She went through the entire selection with my sister and handpicked several dresses for her to try. She was interested in knowing the styles my sister was interested in but also had her try a verity of styles. Nikki was also great- I was very impressed with her handmade veils, custom designed shoes and overall knowledge of the “industry”. It’s clear that these ladies love what they do and they are GREAT at it! I have been to quite a few bridal shops and Camellia’s is by far my favorite!

You should go to Camellia’s Bridal shop. It is filled with all kinds of bridal treasures; from jewelry and unique accessories and beautiful gowns. Nicki is a true expert in the field with a wide range of options for all brides. The atmosphere was great. Very welcoming, comfortable and she has seamstresses on site. Highly recommend even if you already have your dress go look at all of her unique creations.

After seeing how many great reviews this bridal store had, I was surprised to be totally disappointed with the customer service we experienced. Despite having an appointment and hoping to find my wedding dress during our visit, we felt very unwelcome by one of the staff members. She did not agree with my vision and was very vocal about her own opinions. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience I did- It might help to be less than a size 8 to meet this store’s standards.

I absolutely love this shop. It’s so quiet and personal not like the bigger chain stores which is amazing! Nicki is just so sweet and she really will help you find a dress that not only you love but is flattering as well! I will recommend this shop to all my friends in the future. Her converse she embellishes are so adorable. I rated 4 stars because we had a little issue with her alterations gal but Nicki did everything in her power to make it right so while it was a stressful occasion for everyone I left even happier with the results. Went yesterday with a friend to find her dress and Nicki(hope I spelled her name right) the owner and her staff were so kind and gracious. I had such an amazing experience at Camellia! Emily was seriously the best to work with. I was very torn between a dress from Camellia and a dress from another store. We worked with Nicki at Camellia Bridal for a wedding dress for a styled shoot for my wedding planning company, and were so very impressed with their professional service, and the quality of the dresses they had available. There shop is so cute and located downtown. We ended up with a Lillian West gown that was absolutely to die for. Nicki also provided us with earrings, a headpiece, and veil and it was all absolutely gorgeous. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Camellia Bridal was the best experience I feel like any bride could have. Camellia’s bridal has beautifully kept gowns at every price point! The quality of her gowns are top and the line, drop dead gorgeous! The owner is one of the most creative and sweet people I’ve ever met! Unbelievably, she also hand makes the coolest wedding day sneakers and will customize them for anything the bride likes (hand painted, lace, crystals, whatever your heart desires!) She is one of the few bridal shop owners I worked with that actually cares about making each bride feel absolutely wonderful and will do anything to ensure your day is a success! This shop made me thrilled about my dress, they were fun to work with, and the communication and customer service are beyond comparison! After shopping at some terrible Chicago boutiques, I am so very glad to have met and worked with Camellia’s bridal. No stress with this dress!!

Everything in this shop is beautiful; Nicki, who owns the shop makes some of the bridal accessories sold here which are not only stunning but also pieces that you will only see once. My friends and I went there for my friends first wedding dress shopping experience and we were sure it was just going to be a starting point, but she found her dress! I had the BEST experience with Nicki and Emily at Camellia Bridal! Nicki who owns the shop was our main consultant. They called a few days prior to my appointment to ask me what I was looking for, and when I came in they 100% listened to everything I mentioned!! The dresses they had pre-pulled incorporated aspects of each of the dresses that I said I was looking for. I ended up finding my DREAM dress and for an amazing price and it was all thanks to Nicki and her amazing team. I came in all the way from Nashville, and I even plan on coming back to get my alterations done there because they were so great at listening. Nicki was Incredibly helpful! I came into the shop late in game, I forgot to get a veil with my wedding dress! Nicki showed my veils readily available for purchase but I wanted to have a veil at the “Royal” length, so about 115in. And she assured me it was no problem whatsoever to put together a custom veil for me and my veil was ready well before her initial deadline! I also didn’t think about alterations for my wedding gown BUT she was there, ONCE AGAIN for me, with services for alterations. Nicki had a wonderful young seamstress available and I was able to have my gown taken-in and hemmed, and with all my alterations my gown was ready and was a perfect fit just in time for my wedding! I’m so grateful for this amazing woman and her bridal boutique! Every penny was money VERY WELL spent!

I had so much fun at Camellia trying on dresses with my girls! I needed a dress quickly because everything got messed up with this pandemic but I was assured they have a company that ships within a week- what a life saver! Trish, who does their alterations, was amazing. She was able to fit me in to get my hem and bustle done quickly. Great experience all around, Ill post pictures when I get them! If I may offer a word of advice to all you brides-to-be out there, you cannot find a better shop than Camellia Bridal for your perfect dress, veil and bridal accessories. But as important, you will not find better customer service anywhere! My daughter and I met Nicki last fall at another bridal shop, before Camellia was opened, and she helped my daughter find the perfect veil, earrings and other accessories to compliment her gorgeous gown. Flash forward 8 months and 1 pandemic later, when my daughters dress came in, that other shop offered an extremely disappointing experience and absolutely no customer service at all! On to Camellia to pick up her veil and accessories, Nicki turned the day around by offering an understanding ear and introducing my daughter to a highly rated seamstress for her fitting and alterations.Nicki truly cares about her brides and offers her expertise and great eye for design in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough!! Being a COVID Bride was not easy and I ended up having to move my big wedding date and did a small wedding with just immediate family.
