The customer service was awesome the pair of shoes I was looking for I found in my size but they looked as if they were Warren already so they offered me a percentage off and then the more we looked at the shoes they looked as if they were defective so not only did she order me a new pair but she still gave me the 15% off and they were having a BOGO sale the day I was in so I bought an additional pair of grasshoppers great shoes great shoes Ill buy another pair of grasshoppers in the future.

My husband bought his work shoes here at he loves them.

The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and pleasant. We had a discussion regarding what I assumed was a homeless shopper and his level of compassion for this person was the epitome of southern hospitality!!!

I do not recommend this store. They have an awful small selection compared to any other rack room shoes I have been to. The main problem is, I purchased a pair of boots for $60 online and bought them on a buy one get one free sale, so I got 2 pair. The pair I actually paid $60 for unfortunately did not fit. I took them back to exchange them for a different pair of shoes that were also $60. They would not do an even exchange and told me I would have to pay 20 something dollars for the new pair that I wanted. They said it was because the buy one get one free sale that I bought them under was no longer going on. But another rack room employee told me I would be able to bring those boots back and have a $60 credit as long as I had my receipts and was in the time frame for exchanges. I will never shop rack room shoes again. Shop shoe carnival instead.

Just scored another great BOGO 1/2 off deal and had an additional 15% online coupon ( for opening new online account 😉) Love my new shoes. The Nike’s with the little cute Nike logo’s all over them are so comfortable and I have received so many compliments on how cute these are. I have not worn the others yet but I honey never lose with Nike They just fit my feet perfect.

I give the store one star only because of the experience I had with a return. The lady manager was rude and unprofessional. Argumentative because she did not return the correct amount as was on the receipt, after about 10 minutes of showing her proof of her mistake, it was corrected, however, rather than give me the receipt in my hand she tossed on the counter and walked off. Will I shop at this store again? Definitely NOT!

They helped me find the right size memory foam Sandals. The assistant manager Chabree is knowledgeable and patient with indecisive shoppers such as me. Saved time and money . Both staff were friendly. I will be back for the next sale !
