Its a great place to find books. Right now they have limited bags so if you can bring your own that would help out. Its always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

Love this place, if you plan to eat here and find vegan menu you wont find anything to eat, take your own food, they offer some vegetarian options, but if you order coffee they DO have almond milk.

I spend SO MUCH TIME in here! The people are so sweet and helpful and I love how quiet it is. I wish they would have the hardcover option for more books, especially if its available in it, because I would buy so many more books in store than online. Also, if the book is cheaper on their website compared to instore, they will price match!

I always love going to Barnes & Noble. There is something magical about book stores, and this one is no exception. They have a incredible variety of books, and genres. There is a nice cozy cafe where you can enjoy some Starbucks and your new book. They also have an amazing AV section department with a great selection of movies and vinyl. My only complaint about this location is the bathrooms, which are always kind of gross. It is a very busy location so I am sure its difficult to keep up with, but still.

Clean, smells nice, employees was not greeting customers as they walked in or walked out. None of them were friendly or outgoing when they passed you it wasnt hello how are you today or is there anything I can help you find. I will return to shop there but Im hoping the next time I go in itll be a little more friendlier

Clean bright store with helpful staff and a great vibe! My youngest daughter and I spent an hour or so there and had no trouble finding tons of awesome interesting things. This is also a very easy to find and park at location.

Barnes and Noble always has really great and high quality home goods and fun toy kits for kids of all ages. I know this is a book store and that those 2 things shouldnt be the main focus of the store, but you already know they carry books, not much to say there. The store is clean and well organized. I worked there years ago and there have been a lot of changes in the years since I left but it looks great. It was definitely nice to pop in and visit again.

Great variety of Anime and the Starbucks inside of it is great. Everyone was very helpful, except for Craig. Avoid Craig.

The staff I encountered were very helpful & professional. The store was organized & clean. My only qualms with the store was their lack of books. They didnt have any of the books I was seeking and while I was waiting in line I heard the young man tell someone on the phone they didnt have what they were looking for either.

Nothing beats the tactile experience of paper books. I only wish this store wasnt in a mall, but it is always clean and well kept. If I were B&N I would add a more robust photography section and add film development classes. I know it sounds odd, but you would capture the retro crowd and foster a new dedicated group. Adding game days would be cool too. There are a lot of board and role playing fans out there and again it would foster a new enthusiastic fan base.

Always a nice visit but the art books are bit scattered. As well the fiction area has been overwhelmed by YA fiction/science fiction. It is a great genre but takes up almost the same volume as all other fantasy/science fiction/sci-fan combined in the store, making it hard to find certain titles from prefered authors.

I just left the store. I bought a few books, a calendar, and a notebook. A guy named Ben checked me out and signed me up for the membership. He is the BEST, that was the best customer service Ive had in a while. I cant wait to go back!

Everything is always neat, organized, and clean. The prices are great, and having a membership makes it even better with coupons and discounts! I always have an enjoyable experience, between the great variety and the polite and helpful employees.

I love this place. I hope it never gets taken down or moved because Ive grown up in Savannah since I was three and have been going here since like 12 yrs old. I had just recently started going there more often to sit and enjoy the indoor Starbucks while I read manga and dont even have to pay for it. Its like my own little library I can just take the bus to. I know the staff and they know me pretty and well and theyre all very sweet and very cool. Theyll help with anything you need but always have a mask on in the store unless youre in the cafe eating/drinking. Its cold sometimes to me but that doesnt ever stop me. Its one of the calmest places I can ever go to. During my times of homelessness when I couldnt carry my bags around the mall, I always came back and nothing was missing. That was just a bonus for me specifically. Ill literally never stop going here.

Always the same as every other Barnes and Noble. Good selection of books, clean and organized. Starbucks inside does not stir your drink so be prepared.

Wow! Not even a hello or a well be right there after standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I was the one to pick up several drinks for my colleagues and simply left. The group agreed and I picked from elsewhere. Ive given this place a few tries, but the shotty customer service is always a ZERO.

Always opens on time or sometimes before the schedule time! Very customer friendly and are willing to help anyway possible. The inside café is fantastic and works extremely HARD!!! But they always deliver satisfying orders in a timely manner.

I love it here. I come here when I have a lot on my mind and need inspiration and of course purchase a few books from time to time.

The sales agent was extremely helpful in locating the books I needed. She was friendly and interested in me as a customer.

While enjoying coffee with a friend the manager informed us that we had to put our mask on in between sipping it. She stated that they were not a true cafe. Well the Chatham County Health Department certainly thinks they are. She also stated that it was a rule per their Corporate Office. When I called the Corporate Office they were not sure what she was talking about. Perhaps she she is just ignorant but I can go anywhere and spend my money and it will not be in that particular store.

Whichever lady is working “Mask Patrol” today in the cafe area was rude and unnecessary. I entered the building wearing a mask, as I always do, but took it off as I was seated in the cafe and enjoying my coffee. I was approached by a lady and told to put my mask on in between sips.. really? I’m all for following proper precautions and doing my part but some things are excessive. Do better and focus your time on things that matter, like attitude.

MY FAVORITE STORE IN THE WHOLE MALL! This clean book shop is HUGE and there isnt a genre or sub-genre you wont find. I recommend finding your best literature treasures in the Annex! Theres a section for kids that my class would go to on field trips back in elementary school. Now Im 21 years old and Im so glad that I know of this store. Theres a coffee shop located inside so you can sit and read your new book while sipping on a nice beverage. Sounds nice right? Thats because it is. Book Lovers beware, you may find yourself so immersed that a whole hour may pass before you even check out. Theres just so many wonders on those shelves. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

They have some good books and a wonderful section for children to read from an assortment of books by a mixture of artists. I was amazed by so many black artists n books that they have for children along with the illustrations that r on throughout the books. Go get ur Valentine a book that I guarantee that theyll love.

I be been riding around many places to find a Holy Bible, and I decided to go to Barnes and Nobles, to see if I could find the right Holy Bible the original King James Version and surprisingly I found what I was looking for and the customer service was great, thank you Barnes and Nobles.

Barbara P was my delightful cashier who stepped in to check me out. Encouraged me to use my coupon to treat myself and my unborn. The other cashier and his customer finished up in time to watch me leave. Found what I wanted and may consider a membership soon...maybe

I was able to shop without any hassle and found some amazing deals. I purchased a couple of books to give as gifts. The set up of the store was nice for the holiday season making navigation easy throughout the store.

The Starbucks inside here dont know how to make coffee at all and gave us the wrong drinks too...The book store otherwise was very good and the service very attentive.

A lot of the comic books are obviously neglected as they have rips, tears, and creases everywhere. They also, in my experience, never have at least the first 4 of a particular series, they’re always missing at least 1 or 2. That being said all other books have been fine.

My favorite book store.If Incant find something I ask an employee and they dont just tell you where it is they lead you to the section the book is in.Great selection and if its not in the store loom in their site.Now I do buy from that online megastire too but theres something to be said for holding a book in your hands before you buy.

Everyone was very rude, from the cafe to the cashier who rang me up. I normally buy my books from Amazon now anyways so no huge loss for me.

Not many bookstores around this is always a cool place to go even if you dont do a lot of reading. They have a nice sitting area and coffee shop inside. Always can find something to keep you entertained at Barnes & Noble. Easy to park and get in and out. nice place will go back.

Love the manga section there! always clean, however the Starbucks there has the rudest employees but I dont think its your fault.

Fantasy section was in good order.Was in the business section for about 20 minutes looking for a specific title. Very disorganized in the business section. Found one title in three separate places. Titles that should be next to each other in different places. Poorly alphabetized. No dividers saying when it changes from management to finance to sales, they just blend together. One employee came over scanned a book on the shelf and left. Another woman approached me and asked if I could make sure that my mask covers my nose and then left didn’t ask if I needed help or anything.
