Nice environment. Servers very nice but not so fast. (They worked hard but need more servers.) Just regular bar cuisine.

Love this publix. Always has what I want or need and is clean and inviting. The staff are exceptional and the prices and deals are hard to beat. I have never had a negative experience here and love to shop at this publix. Conveniently located and always a good shopping experience. I highly recommend this location.

I live in Metter, and we were supposed to get a Publix in Statesboro, thanks covid. So I love your nine grain bread, and I stopped by for a loaf. And got my chili fixings while there

Went to get a birthday cake, they didnt have a whole bunch but I got the raspberry elegance and it was amazing! They always have great cakes!!! And everybody is always so nice!!

You will find the best freshest food in town and feel so hip and cool while shopping there.

Publix, for me, is convenient. This store has almost everything that you could be looking for. Their deli has really good dinners and my Dad often requests for me to go there to get him a plate. Publix use to be known as the “higher-priced” grocery store, however this is really not so much the case as much anymore. Especially if you live closer to a Publix the convince is worth it as well as the cleanliness of the store and these stores are always well staffed with cashiers so I never have experienced a long line at Publix. I recommend, if you have not stopped by s Publix store lately, check it out, it will not be a waste of time.On my next trip to the store I will be sure to post some pictures for extra review.

Publix gets a big F today. They dont carry as many selections of foods like they have in the past. They discontinued carrying Kraft Sandwich Spread and it wasnt because of the pandemic. That product is a staple for salads. What genius discontinued that??? Im done with publix.

Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores, although they are very pricey, they do have things that I like and the produce is fantastic. Great quality and easy to find. I can find a lot of health conscious items here more so than anywhere else and their selection for dairy and cheese is great.

So clean and pretty well organized. People stocking are great and helpful. Cashiers are usually nice and pleasant. Management however, not a pleasant or professional group. Not sure what it is but everyone is great until you need a manager and they will let you know their day is worse than yours cause theyre stuck in the store. If it wasnt for that, it wouldve been 5 stars.

Just moved to the area looking for a good place to shop. This store is bright, clean, well stocked, friendly and had a fresh atmospher. Shopping here reminded me of my HEB in Texas.

So thankful for kind people at Publix. I ran in for a few items with my six month old. Attempted to balance him on my hip while I grabbed what I needed. The employees here offered to help me out every step of the way, from finding what I needed, checking out and carrying my groceries out to the car. The best kind of service. Thank you guys!

Beautiful produce section, great deli selection. Only a few items I have to go elsewhere to get. Staff is always very helpful and courteous.

I am very disappointed with Publix! I shop at Publix all the time and I have never been embarrassed by an employee. Apparently, the mask mandate is back on in this area. I don’t mind wearing one however, i felt attacked upon arrival to put one on. I was unaware of this change bc I don’t live in this city. After being handed a mask, and i told her that i was unaware. Her response was “it’s all over the news”. What i didn’t like is that it was in front of other customers, and implied that I watch the news. I don’t because it gives me anxiety. But she said it in a condescending tone. As I shopped I noticed other customers without a mask. That made me feel targeted! I don’t appreciate that feeling, and it gave me anxiety throughout my time in the store.

This is an amazing store! We live in the neighborhood, and shop this store all the time. Always clean, the staff are so friendly and the best deli in Savannah! We are addicted to the hot wings!Please let the ladies in the deli, as well as the cashiers, know just how much they are appreciated!

The bakery section was my favorite section. My brother is in St. Josephs hospital. A very nice young man assembled a balloon bouquet while I shopped. I was able to bring treats back for the medical staff.

Customer service is excellent. As always, as a budget minded shopper, I found the prices a little high. So shop the sales. Their subs are the best around.

I normally come to this Publix to buy meals for work, but after today I do not think I will be returning. I was in aisle 6 ready to check out with two people ahead of me. The cashier quickly checks on the first woman, and moves to the second ( the one in front of me), but strangely after she checks this woman out she stops to disinfect her hands with a copious amount of hand sanitizer. The reason this was off putting to me was because she did not do this after checking out the first woman ( a white or hispanic woman I believe) and I looked back and she did not do it after checking me out ( a black woman) it was only after handling the woman in front of me an asian woman! I believe she did this purposely and with prejudice due to the controversial circumstances surrounding the covid pandemic. No customer deserves to be treated with prejudice. So the short heavy set African American woman with short hair and glasses a cashier at lane 6 from the hours of 7:30-7:40pm on 10/06/2021 has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth surrounding who Publix employs. Will not be returning.

The Publix Chain of stores are always well organized, neat, and clean including the bathrooms. This location was no exception. I would give 5 stars if the prices were lower. The bogo specials apply to certain items. Im sadden that they are heading toward automated check out because what set them apart from other chains was having more human beings checking you out.

Very busy this weekday morning. Lines ere backed up but the g.m. stepped right in to handle the overload. Fast, easy service.On the negative, their ice cream jobber had a limited and depleted selection of Talenti Gelato.In general, a great neighborhood store.

I do really hate to complain. I know retail is tuff. But managers make it or brake it. On Sept 17 around 5:30pm. Found all of the cartons of large eggs (public brand) had broken eggs in them. Some cartons were torn open and reclosed hint, hint. Went to check out, all cashiers were backed up 5 deep. The express lane just closed up and left her post with no replacement. Seen 2 managers in the back, one with a feather duster in his back pocket. Told them ya know they are all backed up in the front They then broke up their busy little meeting and started managing. Asparagus was dried out and shivelled in the bag. Had to drive back to get a refund. Thanks Publics

Going to Publix is an adventure in itself when grocery shopping because the items are first rate and worth dying for if need be, especially their ready to go chicken wings and little drum sticks. In fact I have no problem smashing someones face for the last box of wings.It is what it is

We stopped in the morning to get a deli sub for our visit to Skidaway Island State Park. The bread and ingredients are fresh and they are open early. Even at regular price, its a good deal, but theres also usually a special.

So, entering Publix, I was greeted by its ever clean store. What troubled me was that I spotted 5 people without masks on. Even though the store rules clearly state we wear them. Surprisingly, management decided to approach any of these people that felt it was beneath themselves to wear a mask.

Good neighborhood store. Nothing too fancy or even very international but for standard shopping its great any day but Sunday evening. Many staple are typically low on stock by then. Clean, well managed, wirh friendly if not well rounded deli & bakery.

I came in today and there was not a single regular cheesecake in the bakery. I have been buying for the plain cheesecake for about 2 weeks straight. Mind you, its a Saturday and around a dinner shop time. I came in about 6 oclock. Why when my husband asked the bakery lady she seemed preoccupied with the dishes and kinda ignored him until she finally heard him calling to ask. The store manager is supposed to check every department before they leave their store. Is there a shortage on cheesecake? Cmon...its Publix, its supposed to be the better and best place to get specialty items and they are always fresh. Why is this Publix not like this? Please get some cheesecake in and Ill keep buying them and you guys make money. Thats why you are in business right? Or you dont want money right? Cmon, its very simple.

What an AWESOME EMPLOYEE you have at this store this store has an employee whom you need to promote. His name is PHILLIP. HE SAVED MY HUSBANDS LIFE. Here is how. One day I frantically went into your store with 60 dollars cash wadded up in a bundle in my pocket . .. I ran up to the pharmacy which we prefer & love - I submitted the prescription order for my husband for the strongest antibiotic available that a person can possibly take...... Johns toe had gangrene in it and it was trying to spread up the leg. . .While shopping and trembling all over w concern for my husband--- I left the store and dropped my cash bundle out of my pocket which was all the money I had to buy his medicine. When I got home I realized I lost it. I thought to myself -- Surely someone grabbed that CASH$$ . But I called the store anyway. Well PHILLIP found it and turned it in ! THE MANAGER answered and returned it to me immediately with a smile. I was immensely relieved and AMAZED !! I was able to buy the medicine john needed so badly and it literally saved his leg and his life .I just thought yall needed to know what a great employee you have working there . I sent a letter to corporate concerning this matter. Johns leg and foot and toe is healed and I feel that warm fuzzy feeling in my heart when I shop there . Thank you Phillip ! I cannot say enough great things about this store and the store manager is doing a super job throughout this COVID thing. His store is always the cleanest, most organized store in town. We Always go there for our needs. Keep up the good work. You have my loyalty. We will always shop here. 😄
