I was looking for something very specific and they didnt have the product so I began to look for something else and much to my surprise I found a lot of interesting things- things that I could use but wasnt ready to necessarily buy that day. But one word to the owners and managers I felt how you looked at me how you watched me with an eagle eye. It is not lost on me as to WHY you were looking at me so hard- maybe there has been theft in your store before for that I am sorry, but I wasnt there to steal...I can only imagine how you must look at people of color and other ethnicities.. it really didnt feel good. Not every customer is a bad customer... But Ill leave it at that.

I have been going to this place for this last year since it is closer to my job. There was a hair product that I wanted and the only one available was the one on display. The item was relatively inexpensive but nevertheless, I asked if they would give a discount since it was a display item. The individual, which I learned during our conversation was the owner, rudely said no. I told him since he insistent on being rude, that he has lost me as a customer and very nonchalantly, he said OK. I had to laugh and ask myself, is a dollar and some change worth it to him to lose a customer? And the answer is yes. As a previous business owner, it is not worth losing the sense of being just a good human being and giving great customer service!

I always go to this here store. This store is very very reasonable and have great deals.

Half of my babys hair was done and couldnt find the hair I needed anywhere! They had it! Thanks soooooooo much!!!
