I purchased BOXED hair, I opened one box and realized it was the wrong color. Attempted to exchange both and was told that the one box that was open could not be exchanged because it was opened. However every piece of the package was in tact including the tag that would have to be torn from the box in order for it not to be resealable. The boxes on the shelf were also torn and I showed him. I was given two different stories. 1st was that because the box was open I couldn’t exchange. So when I asked for the unopened box to be exchanged, because the worker felt offended when I stated the facts, he denied that and wanted to have a conversation and called me a child. Beauty Mecca will forever get service from me and my clients. It’s so much more organized and the workers are much more helpful and knowledgeable of the material. I will be speaking to the owner concerning this matter because myself and my clients have spent a great deal of money there and I will be redirecting my clients elsewhere. It’s policy states it must be resealable and it WAS, never taken from the package at all (all labels, tags, and security tags still in tact). I Simply opened to see in better lighting because the store has dim lighting.

By far, the best beauty supply store in the Savannah area! They have everything you need and the customer service is amazing! The owner and manager is super nice and understanding if there is any issue. The girls that work there are super nice and helpful, it seems like they know just about everything or somebody that can help you out in a really big way! I just love going here and I travel over 30 miles to shop here exclusively!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Customer service is horrible and workers are not knowledgeable of the products at all. It is very hard to navigate through the store. The cashier was very annoyed by customers calling and I’m not sure if she thought her negative remarks about the phone ringing was supposed to give me a giggle but I was not at all impressed because it could have been me calling the store. The other worker seemed on edge and complained loudly about her personal matters the entire time I was in the store rather than assist customers. She Yelled from one end of the store to the other while her and the cashier named Ava or Anna or something and carried on the conversation. I left and went up the road to a different store called Beauty Mecca and the atmosphere was much better! Beauty Mecca actually has a better wig selection, cleaner, and much better customer service. The lady in the wig department is amazing and very knowledgeable at Beauty Mecca! Beauty Mecca on 17 is sooooooooooo much better in every department!

Placed on line order on thurs was delivered to me in ny on Sat in tack package well so happy exactly what I order satisfied customer will order again!!

If its your first time going then youll need to spend a good amount of time in that store because they have soooo many products and beauty items! Its time consuming but, its still one of my favorite beauty supply stores to shop at. Its just a little overwhelming. I have yet to look at everything.*Bonus - they offer military discounts.

This place is nice, organized and fairly priced. However, the young hispanic/latino lady that works the counter, could use a crash course in customer service. It would behoove her to not feed into the stereotype that ALL black people steal by following me down the aisle pretending to work. Especially because you work in an industry that caters to the race of people that you feel cannot be trusted. The next time I experience this i will be reporting you to the BBB. Do Better.

Listennnnnnn!!! I found my new favorite beauty supply store! FIRSTOF ALL I walk in and the store has gospel music jamming up in there, then its like two lil brown girl Angels appear, the gentleman at the counter greets you IMMEDIATELY and they ask if you need help! Almost simultaneously! They will literally take you around to find your stuff and explain or assist in anyway! Great service! I left there and told everyone I knew about this store. I just couldnt believe it! The atmosphere was set HONEY! 💛

I LOVE sister, especially this one in Garden City. Ive been going to just that beauty supply store since I moved to 912. The NEW location on Ogeechee is trash. I got three bundles and a frontal in February of 2019 why March 12th I go to dye my hair the hair is falling apart like butter OFF THE TRACK. He remember me buying the hair but asking for a recipe!NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK !!!!!AND I GOT THE DYE FROM THEM ALSO, smfh

DISCLAIMER: long post IS RACE still an issue?!Sooooo, first time going there, they greeted, we looked in awe. BEAAAUUUTIFUL store! BUT just like the typical hairstore ppl, they tend to stare and follow you around the store. I didnt notice it until I went to go get my niece out the car to check out this amazing place (mind yall were cosmetologist plus I left two others in the car that we peeped out the door at while shopping) to come back to stares👀. I ignored it and we just kept looking. I ended up not purchasing anything bc of it. I normally spend like 200 in a hairstore on products and spend about a hour in there but CHILLLLEEE. They may have lost our business. I just let my niece and daughter get their items bc that didnt sit well with me. When she was done ringing us up, she made sure she rubbed the bag over the deactivator. Another man worker had the nerve to stand at the door while we were leaving like it was gonna EFFING beep and kept saying have a nice day😒 (didnt speak). That has to be the most disgusting thing to do. None of us had purses😫 I HAVE NEVER experienced anything like this EVER!
