This is the second time my son ordered me some flowers and THIS COMPANY who was entrusted and responsible for the order that came in via FTD to deliver the flower to me. Well my birthday was Saturday 10 July but was told that my flowers my son ordered would be delivered to me on Wednesday 14 Jul four days after my birthday which would have been fine.But to NOT receive them at all and not even a call to inform my son of a delay or me is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I demand that you give my son a refund he saved this money from his allowance to buy this for me he is only 11yrs old.

The flowers person was stuck at the gate. I went to meet the young lady, she had the flowers. However, it was short a few more items of what I ordered for my wifes Birthday Party. The flowers were good for a bit, however, they died nearly that week. We also found tape that was around the top of the jar to possibly keep water from getting out? As you see, we found a huge water bug .......PSST, its a cockroach. WHERE DID THAT GET IN THERE?????? We dont have nay cockroach infested areas around. I do thank you both for getting a nice plush animals and more chocolates for her birthday. However, those flowers should have food attached and not have flowers that are about to die go out. From the looks of it, the cockroach died from the water. Either way, this is unexceptional.I look forward to your response and hope you can fix this issues. Thank You.Respectfully,Jason Neumann

Had a drop dead gorgeous bouquet delivered to my mother in law for Mothers Day. It arrived in the evening (pretty late) but they seemed to be doing the best they could. The customer service and beauty of the product completely makes up for it! Will definitely use them again!

I ordered a small pothos plant for a friend that lost her dad. What was delivered was a peace lilly that filled her whole front door and nearly as tall as she is. She had nowhere to place something that large. The shop offered for my friend to bring it back ! Really, if dealing with funeral arrangements isnt enough lets add returning a product that is incorrect. The company blamed it on me saying their policy is to substitute something similar if they do not have what is ordered. This is NOT similar and I should have been phoned to prevent this mess.

My friend had a really great business success and she told me Sunday afternoon— I called and they zipped a really lovely bouquet. She cried, I cried —- it was awesome!!!! Lovely flowers, great service and they went over and beyond so that’s 5 star customer service!

Very disappointed. I paid for deluxe and got mediocre. The arrangement was about half the size it should have been. I paid about half the price for an original arrangement to a shop in Mamou Louisiana and my sister got a huge full arrangement of flowers. Definitely going to just go get flowers at a local grocery store and make my own arrangement. Wish I could post pictures of what was supposed to be and what was delivered

I visited the store and ordered a sunflower bouquet to be delivered. They were some of the largest sunflowers I had ever seen! It arrived on time and were well received! The person I worked with was very helpful. I would definitely purchase again.

I stopped into The Flower Boutique on my way to visit and decorate my grandmothers grave sight for Christmas this year. On a whim I decided instead of fake flowers I wanted to purchase some real with beautiful lillies (her favorite flower). Boy was I pleasantly surprised by the employees here. They were all wonderful, accommodating and so so kind. Dee especially was wonderful! She went out of her way to help me create a spur of the moment bouquet to go along with the Christmas arrangement i had purchased. She turned such a simple idea into a masterpiece! The flowers for my wedding this month turned out fantastic! Jackie took the time to meet with me and was able to tell me exactly what each flower was in my pinterest pictures and my bridal bouquet turned out so beautiful. Jackie was always quick to respond to any questions or suggestions that I had and was easy to contact. Highly recommend!

I ordered the standard bouquet for my mother on Thanksgiving and she has been raving about it for 4 days. The bouquet had 5 or 6 lilies, several yellow roses & a beautiful lime green vase. And it was delivered within 3 hours of my placing the order. I will definately be using this florist again!!

Just bought some Lillie’s from there today. I have to say they did amazing job making an arrangement for a just cause bouquet. The price was ridiculous good! They even give you transport box to around the vase to take it home. I will for sure be going back here for flower purchases!! Definitely recommend if you want flowers at a great price and great customer service!

February 14, 2020Probably the busiest day for a flower shoppe. Normally on other occasions I order flowers from here for my daughter on her birthday and Christmas and dont have any issues. Flowers look just like the picture and always on time. Now come today, I ordered the flowers on the previous Monday to be delivered today, but my daughter was not at work so they did not leave the flowers. I am totally fine with that, but when I called to reschedule the delivery, it all went down hill. The first person just blew me off and passed me on to a delivery specialist, that was not going so great. They would only tell me how busy they were, Not my problem, I ordered the flowers 5 days ago. So I asked to speak to a manager due to not having a positive vibe from the two people I have already spoke to, as the person was passing the phone off to a so called manager, I heard her mumble to the person to just tell this guy something to get me off the phone. All I wanted to do was reschedule my delivery. I discussed it with the manager and let them know what I heard and how I felt about that. I said sure you are busy today but what about Monday when I call to speak with the owner and you are looking for business now since the special day has come and gone. It took about 5 minutes of negative discussion to really get the mangers full attention. They have promised to get the order delivered on Monday and sounded confident. I hope it works out. In todays business world companies need full time customers more than full time employees.

She was really kind and super professional and friendly and she put together the best flower arrangement and delivered them right on time! I am definitely calling this place whenever I need flowers. If I could rate this experience less than 1 star, I would. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional shop owner in my entire life. I ordered the This Magic Moment arrangement, which was $57 (a total of $70 once they added tax and a delivery fee), and the arrangement consisted of yellow roses, peach and white spray roses and greens delivered in a clear glass bubble ball. I even spoke with one of the employees when I placed my order to confirm that this arrangement would be very similar, if not exact, to what was pictured on their website. I was assured that the colors and flowers would be as exact as possible and that I should not worry. When the flowers were delivered, this is what I was sent: bright pink lilies, carnations and gerber daises (?!?!?!?!??!). I am going to upload pictures of what I ordered versus what I was sent so that you can all see, so please check that out. When I called the shop to share my frustration that what was received was not what I had ordered, the owner yelled at me and told me that she would call me back, and then she hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later, in disbelief that I was just hung up on, and I asked to speak to the manager (unaware during the first phone conversation that the person that hung up on me was, in fact, the owner). When I called & asked to speak with the manager, the owner proceeded to yell at me again and screamed, I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU BACK [phone slammed down]. To my surprise, I did receive a phone call back approximately 5 minutes later (I was pretty sure I had been scammed at this point), and she proceeded to tell me that I was giving her the wrong name of the order & that she could not find where I had ordered something). I gave her both my name & my mothers name (who the arrangement was for), and she insisted that I was still giving her an incorrect name. She then hung up again and said that she would call me back. Sure enough, she did call back within the next few minutes, and she began to tell me what flowers were included in the arrangement that she sent (pink gerber daisies, lilies, and carnations). I explained to her that this arrangement could NOT be FURTHER from what I ordered (pink carnations/lilies/gerber daisies in a pink vase versus yellow/white/peach roses in a clear vase... really?!?!!!!?!?!), and I told her that I even spoke with her employee to emphasize that I wanted the arrangement that was sent to look very similar, if not EXACT, to the image online. She told me that I didnt have any appreciation for her flowers, and then continued to ramble on for about 2-3 minutes & everything she said was completely inaudible. Since I was completely unable to make out ANYTHING that she was rudely yelling over the phone, when she was done, I asked her how she planned on remedying the situation-- she said that I would be refunded.... and then she hung up on my AGAIN. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS SHOP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau next Tuesday to inform them of the scam artist that is running this floral shop.

I recently visited this place because I needed to have some corsages made. I gave the Store Clerk my ideas of what I wanted. Her name is Tina, and she was extremely helpful and very courteous. The very next day she had an example of what I needed made for my approval. Even on such a short notice, they delivered. Thanks Tina, will be seeing you guys again!!

I just had a great customer service experience worth noting. I had placed an order and unfortunately had to cancel due to a hiccup in the scheduling on my end. The shop was so professional and courteous. They promptly refunded me my money and cancelled the order. Thank you for understanding. The initial customer service experience was also fantastic.Ill be a returning customer.

I paid for a listing that showed 12+ pink roses, for my mother. She only received about 7 and they were already wilted. I understand product substitutions because of the holiday or whatever, but at the very least they could make sure the flowers looks nice. And if they don’t look so good, they could at least put the prettier ones in the front. I’m just disappointed, and don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

My sister made an order for our 93 year old mother that were delivered the last week. These flowers came out soo extremely beautiful! We were all very impressed! The colors--so vibrant and full of depth! I was there when the flowers arrived and we spoke with the delivery driver, Stacy. She is a very sweet and incredibly kind young lady! She did not hesitate at all to help mother read the card and since the vase was so heavy, she helped Mother find the perfect spot in the front hall. Now, you can see this beautiful arrangement as soon as you walk in the door! We will always use The Flower Botique for all our floral needs.

I was super surprised to have flowers delivered from my parents after getting engaged. However, the flowers were already looked like they were dying the minute I received them. Within 48 hours, they were completely dead. I didn’t have the heart to tell my parents so I’m leaving this review instead. Wouldn’t recommend this place, ever.

Well my wife ordered flowers for her moms birthday. They broke the vase which I understand accidents but they couldnt get it together in time to deliver them on her birthday. She placed the order two days prior but they wait until after 5 to contact her and tell her they couldnt deliver her moms flowers that day. So she gets her flowers a day late and wait, guess what its not even the flowers she ordered for her. Never again with this place.

I live in KY. But my daughter lives in Savannah. Not being familiar with florists in the area I went to the web for help. After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about using this florist. I can say I am glad I did. When I called this morning at 10 am to place the order I described to the staff what flowers I wanted in the arrangement and color choice. They assured me they had the flowers I requested and they would be delivered that day. My daughter was surprised and said they were so beautiful. Loved the service...Wonderful florist....Went in to pick up something to give my wife and I was amazed by all that I saw. Like a kid in a candy store, I wanted some of everything. My husband was so excited to send me a Valentines arrangement. The roses arrived wilted and brown and looked nothing like the photo that my husband ordered from. The photo showed 12 roses and I received 7 half dead roses. Save your money!

Expert Service! My friend being Military/Exotic Dancer, he paid with $1 Bills, they were very accommodating! Did not judge his lifestyle what so ever.

My husband ordered me flowers from overseas yesterday to he delivered today. He got the confirmation email that clearly says they’ll deliver by 5pm, as their website when you order says the same thing. He told me he even has his mom try calling this morning to verify they’d be delivered since he doesn’t have service, and the person who answered the phone was just annoyed that my MIL was even calling to check it was almost like “duh” we have your order. She called again at like 3pm and was told by dee that all business deliveries had been made. Well, mine still never arrived. They said they had so many orders and apparently it’s going to take them until Tuesday to look ours up to make sure it wasn’t actually delivered or what happened. I’m then told by the manager they don’t have refund policies but they try try to work with people. She said they have sooo many orders so out of 350 “they’re doing pretty good.” Needless to say; i hope they do the right thing and refund my husband his money considering it was $90. It just sounds to me like they’re super unorganized and can’t handle the business. Especially if it takes them 3 days to find our order. I’m only so upset because my husband is so sad about the situation, especially since we don’t get to spend time together anyway.

They were unbelievably kind as my daughter needed to find some specific flowers for an art reference. Definitely an odd request that we were making, and they were so helpful. They allowed her to look at all of the flowers available and were even willing to swap flowers out in arrangements that were already made (luckily it didnt come to that! lol) Heartily recommend this shop - we enjoyed our visit. :)

Anne was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I explained what I wanted for my dear friend who was just diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was so helpful with suggestions and texted me a picture of the flowers before they were delivered. Absolutely stunning and will bring a smile to my dear friend! Called on a Saturday at 4:30 when they close at 5:00 for a same day delivery as soon as possible. Anne was suggestive, helpful, arrangement was what I asked for, sent me a picture prior to delivery, and the delivery was made on time! First time customer. Would definitely use again and recommend. I live in Texas and and have a cousin who is a deputy sheriff in Georgia. After his bad car accident while on duty, I needed to find a florist that could deliver flowers to his hospital room. I randomly picked a florist on the internet that I thought might be near his hospital. My random pick turned out to be a great pick. Ann and Margaret have been great to work with over the phone and were able to have flowers delivered the same day I called. Both of my flower orders have received many compliments from my cousin and his visitors. I recommend The Flower Boutique for your flower needs in Savannah.

Yesterday I placed an online order since I live out of town. I ordered a dish garden to lift the spirits of a friend and wanted live plants that could be maintained in the house. The standard basket I ordered had at least 5 plants listed (for the standard size), but not a single one of those plants was in the basket. The basket was WHITE and some straw poked out the side. I would never have chosen a white basket for this gift. My friend said there were 3 plants. It was an ugly display, no arrangement or balance to it, none of the colors shown in the picture. I understand substitutions do occur, but I should have been contacted to discuss the changes. It was not what I ordered.

Definitely didn’t get what I paid for or what I thought I paid for. Very disappointed looked nothing like it did when I ordered them online the picture shows 5 yellow roses instead of the 2 that I got and there’s like three different types of flowers that aren’t even in it! Very very disapointing! Never again nor will I recommend them to anybody. I paid for a premium and got a standard one.

I called from out-of-state with a detailed request for a surprise arrangement for a friend moving to the city today. I ordered flowers for my anniversary the other day, but I never received an email about my order. I also saw a mistake on the review page after I submitted the order, and so I sent an email to the company about it, hoping it would be fixed since they had time before the flowers would be sent. I never received an email back from the company. I would not recommend these flowers. I would pay a little more and get quality. These flowers die within 2 days. My wife and I were very disappointed seeing as we still spent almost $100 on flowers that don’t last.

After my wife had told me that someone she knows would not be making the flower arrangements for us the late night before our uncle’s wake, I contacted the owner of The Flower Boutique first thing in the morning on the day of for arrangements to be made and delivered by the afternoon. Not only were they able to do it, they were able to do it with the greatest quality of flowers and it looked amazingly beautiful. Definitely will be a repeat customer for any future arrangement needs.
