Mr. Rick was kind and up front that he had a wait for service! Unfortunately, I was unable to have my car repaired at his facility! I was quoted a price for what he felt needed to be done but had to wait about two weeks and used rude share to get to work, which took all funds I had! I was informed his work is good but unable to find out. I had to pick my car up and take a cheaper route! All in all, he and his staff seem to be sincere with trying to help!

The first time I took my car in they did a fantastic job it was prepared and returned to me within 2 days, but I was only planning on giving them a three score on Google but I decided to talk to Rick first and see if I can get some issues resolved. And resolve them he did on the second trip that I took my car in for regular maintenance at $160,000 MI. Rick explained to me at the time that they were short-handed, but they will get to my car as soon as possible. I was okay with that. I let him do what they did because I am looking for a shop and I will return back to them. They did a fantastic job within about a week I have my car is running great thank you guys for the great work.

Dropped my car off on Sunday (23 Oct 21) because of a knocking noise. I received a phone call saying that the lower ball joints and sway bar link needs to be replaced, parts was ordered and then put on the car. I picked my car up on Wednesday (28 Oct 21) drove the car home…to find out that my car is still making that same knocking noise. I called back the same day and I was told to bring my car back and a mechanic will ride with me to see if he here’s that knocking noise. More to follow….

Had to bump my review to 4 stars. My vehicle after alignment was pulling to the left but after nearly a week it’s stopped. I guess maybe it was the tires breaking in, don’t really know but it’s fine now. The owner also personally called me and offered to fix the issue which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service. I only took off one star for the car being returned with greasy rims. I understand it can simply be washes off but that’s even more reason for them to have been cleaned after service. Owner is a good guy and I have a feeling my experience was a one off.

Definitely will bring my vehicles to this location again. called on Monday was able to get my vehicle in on Wednesday. Called me with estimate by Wednesday afternoon and had me driving my 2007 out the door on Thursday afternoon. Hands down best automotive and customer service I have experienced in my 22 years experience of dealing with automotive shops. Fair pricing and offered a military discount without me asking. Already planning to bring another ol school vehicle down from Augusta to have then work on it rather than find a shop in Augusta. I believe in their service.

Ive personally worked in the auto industry as a service writer at a local dealership for 2 years on and off to supplement my part time job while waiting on a promotion. In those 2 years I received alot of exposure of what everyone in the repair process goes through, and also a good bit of mechanical knowledge. Ill simply put it that Rick is one of the few people Ive met in this industry that Id trust with my vehicles. Honest and ethical people are hard to come by, and hes at the top of my list as far as that goes. I would recommend anyone with anything from a classic car needing special attention, luxury imports, to aging everyday cars.

After moving to Savannah, it took me 3 years to finally discover this place. Good Mechanics are like good hairdressers - once you find a good one there is no reason to go anywhere else. The first time I brought my car to RPM Autoworx it had an electrical issue and my tires were in bad shape. I asked Rick the owner to give it a full review. They fixed me up and when I drove away my car was driving s smooth as it was when new. I was very happy. Obviously they know their stuff at RPM Autoworx and building trust and loyalty is first on their agenda and they are so professional. Dont expect them to be the least expensive because this is not Joes Crabby Car Shack, this is RPM Autoworx and you can bank on their reputation for taking care of your treasured Auto.... Not to mention the facility is top notch. I usually dont write such full reviews but I am just so happy and relieved to have found a knowledgeable car repair and enhancement business I can rely on.

I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready right after lunch at 1:30pm.Location: It is located right off of 17 on Chatham Parkway going toward 16 on the right hand side. In between a KFC (CHICKEN!) and a Midwife Birth Center. There isnt much parking at all so you will end up having to park in the Birthing center lot (which I felt a little bad about, but I wasnt there long).Shop: The front Shop/office area was dimly light and clean and the A/C was a plus with the summer heat we have been having. There is a display of awards off to the side, with some comfy seating and restrooms toward the back. And windows along the back wall looking into the garage. Which was empty at the time other then a oldies car.Customer Service: I didnt have to wait more then 5 minutes before I was greeted by Rick who I could hear was on a phone call in the office. We exchanged greetings. He walked out with me to see my car and check my old tires to see if I needed to also have a alignment done. Which lucky for me I didnt need!He was super friendly and knowledgeable and at no point made me feel like he was pressuring me into getting more then I was comfortable with.I decided to use RPM because I had heard good reviews from previous clients and I wanted to know that I was leaving my car baby in good hands.I didnt need anything crazy done this visit. Just needed to have my old tires removed and the new ones added with a balancing.Overall: Im very happy with the service I received and I will be using them again in the future even if its just a oil change.

I researched mechanics that specialize in Jeep repairs and found RPM. After being told by another mechanic the noise from my Jeep was very serious and thousands of dollars I decided to call RPM. From the phone conversation with Rick to the actual service that I was having provided; I felt at ease about everything. It appears that everyone gets along and has fun working together. Scott is the technician who performed the install on my vehicle and he was very helpful and professional concerning all of the details That needed to take place in order for the install to be a success. Rick quoted me a price over the phone when I spoke with him, however since it didn’t take quite as long he cut a great deal off of the price. I will definitely be returning to them to have future work done.

I have been a client of RPM Autoworx for a few years and Rick and his team are fantastic. Rick replaced my burnt out indicator light at no charge the first time, only asking that in return, I come back for my next oil change. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to diagnose a coolant issue. They did the work very quickly. Rick informed me of some routine maintenance based on the manufacturers recommendations for the mileage I was at. He did not pressure me to do any work I did not want to do. He was honest about what he found and what he didnt find. Prices were fair. I will return to RPM Autoworx for my mechanic needs in the future.

Absolutely the worst and I do mean the worst experience of my life….I had my car towed in on Feb. 1st 2021 and today May 11th 2021 I had to tow my car from them after having my car over a 100 days and taking $2,921 of my hard earned money it’s still in the same condition as I originally brought to them. 3 months of wasted time as they continued to guess along with trial and error, gambling with my money to give no satisfaction or even offer any refund remedy or just plain ole remorse. I had it towed to them and a 100 plus days later towed from them without anything to show for what I spent with them!!! People be aware please!!! Shady mechanics!!!’

My wife’s Jeep air conditioning was just not cutting it living where we do. Checked reviews and took a chance, and it was a good one. Even though the shop was at max capacity they were able to troubleshoot, locate and order replacement part to get the A/C back to running again. When dropping the car off, I could not get a word in with the men talking over me. The issues I was trying to explain weren’t taken into account. Or they just don’t care. When my BF spoke up they had the car for three days and only did an oil change. The cars engine light came on an hour after picking it up, was still rattling, and still doing a hard start! Which was all explained to them. They did nothing to fix the issues! Cutting corners. And brushing off a woman. That’s what it felt like. Not that they even wanted business. Car stalled out on the highway two days later! Thanks for nothing.

I had two custom requests for the awesome folks at RPM. They were very professional, walked me through how they were going to approach the work, and then delivered ahead of schedule. Would absolutely recommend this team and will be taking my car there in the future.

I honestly don’t know where to begin on how bad my experience is with this place. I paid over 15k out of a 20k tab for an Ls motor and all the trimmings for my 75 caprice. I showed up a few times in the past two years my car has been there to check on the car and the motor hadn’t been put in the car yet months after paying all that money. Every time I would show up I would be told we are going to rush it soon and they would try to get me to spend more money. I haven’t received one picture the whole time my car was there detailing any progress of my vehicle, what’s really confusing to me is the online rating that they have compared to the service they provide. You can’t send a guy one picture in over two years after spending the kinda money I have spent? Seems a lil crazy to me I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know! I’ll keep you guys updated on my car once I see it I wouldn’t be surprised if was still not in the car yet.

Would be 5 stars but my steering wheel was crooked after alignment. Called the location and told them the next day. They told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. First time using them and I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Had to have a/c compressor replaced on my car, they got part in and got my car cooling again in a timely manner. Price although seemed high, was actually right on point when I checked around. Overall they are quick, reasonably priced and will get you back on the road quick.

This place is a rip off and they know it. Went in as a first time customer. They told me my total for a wheel hub/bearing parts and labor would be $620. Called a place down the road and they quoted me for half that. In addition, they charged me $75 for diagnostic work when many places will do it for free, especially if your a first time customer. Im sure this place does quality work, but its going to hurt your wallet. Do your research folks.

Soon as I walked into the shop there was another customer raving about what a wonderfull experience she had every time she came there to get her car serviced. They were on time with the appointment. Fixed the car quickly, I am a one car owner so spent the time in their waiting room which is pleasant. No TV but wifi so can stream. Also, you can watch them work on your car if you want. The pricing is fair and they dont try to up sell or come to you with add-ons.
