The staff is great and helpful, but waiting over two hours for a called in appointment for an oil change and tire rotation seemed a little excessive.

Store # 2478Do not go to this store. I had a nail hole in the tread, not on the side of the tire. I received a call from the store and was advised that it was not repairable. It was a simple nail in the tire. His recommendation was to buy all new tires. I know they have a policy not to fix a tire at a certain thread level but his attempt to up-sale was completely unprofessional. As a customer I needed facts, opinions and his recommendation. He went to store profit first and customer service last. I would not recommend this store. I went to a local owned auto repair store and they fixed the tire 17.00. They inspected the thread and and stated it met safety standards.

I brought in my 2017 expedition to be serviced I dropped my vehicle off they called me and told me that I needed a cabin filter and a ventilation cleaning service which would cost me about $120 I declined then I decided well if I do need this I can do it myself I called JC Lewis Ford to get a cabin filter for my expedition and guess what my expedition does not require a cabin filter they was trying to rip me off run people dont do business with these people they will screw you over big time Im trying to find out who to report them to like the GBI or someone I will Im still looking Dont dont do business to these people

I went in for a tire change today and had an absolute wonderful experience with Jassel Koritko. They were extremely busy/short staffed for the day, but they were very professional and helpful. Jassel was very informative with updates and was very considerate of my tight timeline. Everyone was taking the proper precautions due to COVID-19. I had a great experience and am highly likely to return back to this Goodyear! :)

I came and was relatively well taken care of. It was regrettable the place was so dirty during covid. The manager did not wear a face mask while manning the front desk. The attendant did. They took care of my issue and did it fairly well, though I cant help but feel they were potentially giving me a hard time ( I dont know why a mechanic would walk away from a car for twenty minutes except to potentially charge labor to a less wary customer. ) I was told my spark plug was stuck in the engine. I believe it, I just had to watch my car because as I stated they werent on top of it.Would go again and frequently. Customer service was excellent.

No appointment but they took me right away for a rotation and charged me $20. Not the $65 from a nearby competitor.

Both my and my husbands car broke down yesterday. The friendly staff was able to work us in and have our cars finished on the same day! We have had our vehicles serviced here since 2015, and they have always been so helpful. Dan, Troy, Terri, and Jonathan rock! :)

Customer service was nice and professional. I walked in and was told that they could do an alignment in one hour. I left and came back, and was seen and was out within 30 min. Your time matters and they didnt have you sit and wait forever.😊

I used to take my vehicle to Savannah Tire. I got fed up with delayed appointments, work not being completed, and just the rude customer service I continually received. I decided to change and take my vehicle to Goodyear on Hwy 17. I got there way before my appointment and figured I would hang out and wait. My oil change was done before my appointed time. Besides that, the customer service is 10 times better & the overall experience is better. Going to keep going to Goodyear.

Im in Savannah GA for work and had a flat tire. I called this Goodyear and was told they were really busy, but if I came at 3pm they would get me right in which they did! They inspected my car, replaced two tires (which I knew I needed) with my permission and I was out the door in 40 minutes. Great customer service and pleasant employees!!

A great store. Easily seen. Handicapped parking and entrance. Terry, my sales rep made all my arrangements for my tire replacement. She was super friendly and product knowledge was impeccable! !!.the l price was fair, tires are a great smooth ride..the best tire Ive had so far !!! .. very quite on all road surfaces.. the parking lot is very clean..the store and the bathrooms are very clean...Comfortable seating, with TV or books..The wait is normal and its very quite in the store...no shop noise at all. !!The mechanics are cerified and know their job..find the problem and explain what has to be done ! They order the parts and get job done in the alotted time .. drop off and pick is available. If they find more problems they make you aware and the option to repair with the cost is presented in a professional manner. !!! There is great service and special offers to be had...with my purchase today I have a lifetime free balance and tire rotation at all USA corporate store and most franchises will honored this also !So, give Terry a call..she can handle all you car services, for sure. !!!

Ive been going to Goodyear for years. The staff is always friendly and willing to work with you. Their prices are usually pretty good, too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic!

On 3/2 I took my car in to have the coolant flushed I picked it about 630pm that. I really didnt drive it any where but to the house. This morning I was my way in town temp light came pulled over I checked it was completely empty I called Goodyear told them my problem I was told nothing that could be done until tomorrow. I then told this person on the phone that was unexpectedly, got there he walked out saying he wasnt touching the car till tomorrow. My car wasnt leaking anything until Goodyear missed with it. Ill be calling the gm in morning and customer support

Been going to this service center for 4 yrs. oil changes and tires always had great service but I will not be going back. An older lady came in about her car overheating. Counter person told her it would be 50 some dollars to trouble shoot. I understnd its a business but would it have hurt to walk out just to see if it had radiator fluid or leaks and if wasn’t then explain to her it would have to be the full trouble shooting. I lost a lot of respect for this service center. I regret not going to check her car myself but was in shock at the response of the service center and by time I cooled off she had already left. I hope my mother never is In same situation as this lady was and gets same response. Sad

Best Customer Service around!! I urgently needed a tire and they were happy to sell a great new tire for under $100. came to Goodyear because Midas didnt have what size i needed (nothing special) and said if they did have it they wouldnt be able to mount that day (it only takes a couple minutes to mount and balance). Then midas employee behind the counter suggested I go buy a used tire across the street.

Great service! I called form the road. They were ready when I arrived. Tire mounted balanced and installed in less than 20 minutes. Im impressed!

My mother went down to the GoodYear after finding a nail in her tire on 4-25 around 4pm. She had asked the gentleman at the counter if they could fix it for her. He went and looked at it and said no it couldnt be fixed. She had a spare tire on the rim, so she asked if they could put it on for her. The man told her no. That was against policy and she had to buy a new tire from them if she wanted them to f her tire. She refused and went home and called the emergency road side assistance to have them put the tire on for her. When the road side assistance got to the house, he told my mother that it was an easy fix and fixed it for her in less then 20 mins. When she explained what GoodYear told her, he said that it was an easy fix and anyone who works on cars should have been able to fix it.

They are good. Yes they can be busy but they get the job done and are honest. Call ahead. Bring something to read. ;)

The service that I received was excellent for fixing my tire as always.

Very slow. I called 30 minutes ahead to see if they had time to mount/balance two new tires. I was told they could get me right in. When I arrived, they said it would be 10-15 minutes before they could get to me, and maybe another 20 minutes to put the tires on. Two hours later I was still waiting. I arrived at 4:30 p.m. I didnt get out of there until after 6:30 p.m. There were three cars in front of me. The price of $40 total seems a little high, but not a deal-breaker. They said they had WiFi, but I could not connect. There was an HBO R-rated movie playing on the TV in the lobby with the F-word flying like crazy. However, they did the job I paid them to do - just very slowly.

Good service ! They have a great deal on a road hazard protection. When you buy it you get free tire rotation, front end alignment check and free tire replacement if youre tire gets damaged.

Went here and got the oil changed in my car. Went well but they did not rotate the tires because they said that you have to ask for that before they will do it but told me that they would if I came back after the holiday

Very poor service. I had work done an another store while on a trip. The work was done poorly and this store would not honor the warranty with out charging me for another diagnostic. Also I had to explain the problem two times because the person behind the desk had to go get the manager. They just wanted to brush me off. I will never use Good (bad) Year again!!

My wife took her car in for a diagnostic and they cut it short saying take it to the dealer... However, still charged us for an incomplete job. Ridiculous... Last time I will ever go there.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment. Took 2.5 hours!Yes. Seriously. I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I can only imagine how long it would have taken if I did NOT have an appointment. 2.5 hours to perform a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. If you dont value your time, this is the place for you!
